First time trying out NuSpine and I have to say, I really like the atmosphere of their office. Staff was very friendly, Cassie was helpful in explaining the process and doing the initial intake. The adjustment was very helpful and the doctor (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was thorough with his initial questions about what was going on and explaining what he was going to do during the adjustment. By the end of the process I was already feeling some relief and made plans to continue treatment. The final step was a session on the massage table which was a real treat and felt like a nice way to finish up a readjustment.

Very pleased with my first session and I can't wait to go back. If you've never been to a chiropractor, or are on the fence about going to one, I would recommend NuSpine. Wonderful staff and a great overall experience.

This was my first visit to a chiropractor. NuSpine gives me hope for some normalcy in my everyday life. The staff was polite, informative and professional. As I walked into the office, I was greeted right away, which made this experience very welcoming. In the office, we went over my personal well being questions and concerns. After that, the Dr came in, introduced himself and went over a few questions. Then, it was followed by the big SNAP, CRACKLE AND POP! I later got a text to see if I was doing ok. Personally, I thought this was a good personal touch. That night I slept well, and without pain! I will be returning tomorrow for my second session. Hoping that these sessions will help me so that I can stop the pain pills.

That said, the one major drawback for me is the overwhelming artificial fragrance throughout the office. The scented plugins hit you as soon as you walk in, and the cleaner used on the tables lingers on my hair long after I leave. I understand the importance of cleanliness, but I wish they’d consider using fragrance-free or more natural alternatives such as alcohol wipes. Unfortunately, this might be a deal-breaker for me when it comes time to renew my membership.

Amazing is the first word that describes this enterprise. Polite greeting by Cassandra upon my arrival, did my input assessment, professional and polite. Then was met by Dr.Von for my physical assessment. Reviewed my history with me and gave me a general overview of possible interventions and outcomes. Dr. Von did a neuro assessment and range of motion which was followed by a successful adjustment intervention. After my adjustment I met with Cassandra to discuss further visits at my leisure and costs. This was an extremely “no pressure” interaction. Then i was placed on a hydro therapy mattress for 8 minutes of heavenly pain relief therapy. As a healthcare professional for 37 years, i would suggest this establishment to anyone seeking a professional and pleasant relief of pain.
