I visited NP Felicia Love at My Virtual Physician for routine blood tests about five months ago. After repeatedly requesting additional tests (5–6 times) through the front desk, she stopped responding to my requests. I was eventually told I either need to find a new NP or come in for another visit before any tests or medications could be ordered, even though it hasn’t been six months since my last appointment. In my case, she stopped responding after only three months and now expects me to return, which feels like a waste of time and money. I also felt pressured to write a positive review during my visit, which doesn’t reflect my actual experience. I wish I could give zero stars for the delay and for what feels like a policy designed to push patients into unnecessary follow-up visits. I truly hope the clinic improves its communication and clarifies its policies regarding test and medication orders.

Dr Howard is one of a kind. He recognized an issue that had been reported through main intake. He realized that it would require a phycical visit vs virtual. He took the time out to call me personally, discuss symptoms, and he squeezed me in the next day. He was able to recognize the issue immediately - something for which other doctors, for 9 months, had missed. Thank you, Dr Howard. Thank you, Michelle. I'll forever be grateful to you both!
