They are refusing to refill my prescriptions after my doctor told me they would, this is paroxitine in which when you don't have your medication for just a day, I start to feel like I have the flu, I cannot function, virdigo and brain zaps. This has to be the worst kind of way to start the month, they will end up making me go into the hospital this weekend.

The lady in the blood draw department was extremely RUDE. First, she couldn't find my vein. So I made another appointment which is today 5/1/2026. AM appointment, I waited for 30 minutes before being called in, and then she called other patient who was supposed to be behind me. When I reacted , she shut me up by holding up her hand, and told me not to talk to her like that. I spoke to her with respect and even called her ma'am, but she continued to give me attitude and even dropped the vial drastically. She didn't ask my name and birthday. She did not do the correct procedure. Very unprofessional.

I am SO Pleased with Dr Hiles and the entire office to be honest. I've worked in medical offices and done most every position so it is Absolutely Awesome to have them know what's going on, know that you need referrals for things, they follow up Incredibly well and in general are just extremely thorough!

I have a lot going on medically so I need people that are competent, and Dr Hiles is!! I am delighted that I was able to get him as our provider for myself and my husband.

The office does a wide range of testing, can do blood draws right that on site and particularly for me, Dr Hiles went through each option for my cancer screening so I could make an educated decision on my health.

I DO NOT hold back, I'm brutally honest in fact. This office has been Awesome! If they weren't or if things change I'll make another review but as it stands, we're both extremely pleased with Hope Christian Health Center. Thank you ALL for doing an exceptional job, I finally feel like I've found a full service office for our health.

After much thought and prayers, I decided I needed to write this review for the MLK office. I cannot stress the disappointment and lack of faith I have for the staff. My husband started going to this center when he needed to get his prescriptions renewed. His experience had been positive. So, I decided to see them myself when my insurance decided to stop covering a medication I’d been on for a little over a year to lower my A1C. My visit began when the MA took my blood pressure. I was literally saying “Ow, ow” when the cuff had become overly tight. And she did nothing to alleviate the discomfort and then turned around and said. “Your pressure is a little high”. Gee, you think?!? I then meet the Practioner who was far more interested in talking about diet and tracking what I ate, than in helping me get my medication issue resolved. I ended up walking out of there with no new prescription. As annoyed as I was, what really upset me was when my husband went to the clinic because he had unexplained swelling on his face, particularly on his left eyelid. Along with pain. He ended up seeing the same Practioner I saw a few days earlier. She gave him no real diagnosis and instead placed orders for him to see a dermatologist and an allergist. He too ended up leaving with no medication prescribed. A few days later, he awoke to intensified pain and swelling, his eye almost swollen shut. We ended up being seen elsewhere where the Practioner took one look and determined he had shingles! Shingles, not an allergic reaction. After these experiences, not only can I not go back, but I can not recommend them either.

Community Health Worker Fernando, did an excellent job of meeting my needs. He assisted me with completing my MTM Service Bus Track Log that is required for the provider to signed and brought it back to me. He has been following up with me to address upcoming appointments and social needs like social security and food. His communication and transparency does not go unnoticeable. I like that he keeps me updated. Thank u! 😉

Been coming for awhile now. They offer so many services in house, they take care of my wife and I exceptionally. I highly recommend this place. By far my best experience with a primary care facility. I hope to continue coming here for as long as I can. Oh and I am an atheist and they have never made me feel uncomfortable in the slightest from my lack of faith, they just ask on a piece of paper if I want a prayer at the start of my session.

I strongly urge other patients, especially parents, to think twice before choosing this clinic. Our experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Despite arriving early, we faced excessive wait times, and the appointment itself felt rushed and inattentive. The level of care and professionalism provided was not what I expect for my child.
The administrative handling of important school physical forms was equally frustrating. I was told the paperwork was ready, only to arrive and find it unavailable. When it was finally sent to me, it had been completed incorrectly, requiring repeated follow-ups calls to correct their mistakes.

Patients deserve timely care, accuracy, and professionalism—none of which we experienced here. For the sake of your time and your child’s care, I would strongly encourage you to consider other clinics.

I sincerely encourage anyone to go here for anything other then a cold or minor scratch, after being here for some time and being managed well for diabetes, I left in tears never to return..all they care about is you keeping your appointment and before you even check out, they ask you to leave a review (really) never again and would not tell anyone to go here , I went to my doctor who did lab work and sent me IMMEDIATELY to a endocrinologist IMMEDIATELY and within ten days my blood sugar went from 600 to 150..Hope medical will kill you by not appropriately caring and evaluating you! I asked them to send me to an Endocrinologist and they completely spoke against it and said one would not see me and my insurance would not pay for it! WRONG ! For serious illness or issue please do not go here, they ONLY have nurses , NO DOCTORS!! I am very disappointed with Hope Christian Medical

This is my second appointment at this office, and I have to express how wonderfully sweet the girls upfront are. Adrianna warmly greeted me the moment I arrived, showing much professionalism. My provider, Ruby, is extraordinarily compassionate, and it's clear she genuinely cares for her patients together with her medical assistant, Adi. They both provided me with excellent care. I simply cannot recommend Hope Christian Health Center highly enough. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are met with such genuine kindness and professionalism. I've never felt so at home at a doctor's office.
The experience here was phenomenal. I recommend this office to everyone because Anilyn Bonina my NP & her assistant Cynthia are terrific people to meet . Anilyn was very nice and listened to all my health concerns. I feel satisfied & happy I found this clinic. The lady at the reception was nice & friendly too.

I would not recommend this Health Center. I have never seen the same practitioner or my assigned PCP. Unfortunately, I was seen by Dr. Ache last time. Whom proceeded to run my appointment and time with her own agenda and without informing me about that agenda. She ran unnecessary test on my samples, never informed me prior to. She told me what I took my prescriptions from other doctors for, didnt ask. She ordered labs I was unaware of, until she disappeared, and a lab tech came in the room. I wasted a lot of time watching her focus on anything but what I came in to have done. At the end I asked her about my true needs and she replied, "She didnt have time and I would have to make another appointment." This was the worst waste of insurance money and time. I now have to find a new practitioner and go in for the appointment I already came in for. It's to bad one bad apple can ruin the bunch, the rest of you were addressing my health needs just fine. SMH.

I’ve been coming here for 6 years, almost 99% of the time the service is great, mmm a lot of Dr rotation but it’s all good, as long as I get good service. The Drs are rushing all the time, but I usually have all my concerns addressed. Sometimes it’s a nightmare to find an appointment, I have to wait weeks or even more than a month to get an appointment. So today at my appointment I wanted to talk to my doctor about the things that worry me, but she spent less than 10 minutes with me, I had something else I needed to address and she said that can only helped me with 2 things because she has a lot of patients and little time. And she already spent so much time with me. I didn’t know that I’m just allowed to have 2 health issues. This is my health we’re talking about here, I can’t wait another month to come and see her again. I’m paying for the service. Im always nice and understanding and try to not say anything. But today I was very upset and I felt like the people that should care about my health doesn’t. After 6 years I’m looking for a new clinic, because this feeling it’s not new. Hard to get an appointment plus when you finally get it, you can’t talk to your Dr because she’s been rush.

Unfortunately had to give low stars. I took my father here because I needed someone to do a full check up on him among health concerns. Denise Cook has a great personality and bedside manner. I really wish her staff was trained better in regards of orders that the doctor ordered. The staff is friendly but just really need to be trained better.

As a patient of theirs for 10 years, this last betrayal was the final one. I can't take anymore. New Guerrero PA acted like we'd never been there before. Absurdly unprofessional. They won't check medical records for history. They change your PA for every visit and outsource even simple diagnoses. There was no compassion. The last person I could trust got promoted and they won't even call him in his new position as COO when we were his patients for over 5 years. Instead, they simply refused to do anything but take our money. My daughter went from active 16-yr-old to wheelchair-bound 18-yr-old in the two years we've been waiting for specialists and being tossed from PA to PA, and all they do is take the money and say a specialist will call you.... but they don't or even the specialist is horrible, not that that was Guerrero's problem or even our old PA'S who is now COO (Myles Adamson). I don't even want to know if they ever called him like I begged them to do.... because it would break my heart if the last one I could trust had also turned his back on us little people who just don't matter anymore. Not Christian anymore. No heart left.

This clinic has gone down , my parents have been going there for over 3 years now. As staff and physician leaves the customer service gets worse. Rude call center staff. Being put on hold for more than 10 minutes just to be told an MA isn’t available and will call me back with no call back. My father did blood work 3 months ago , and barely received his lab results today. He would call to get them and all they would say is “ someone will call you later today” and nothing. They use to be very good and giving lab results within 2-3 weeks but now 3 months insane!

The last time I came, I had a different obgyn, and today a new one. I checked in at 150p, my appointment is at 2p. I was called 35min to do vitals, and another 35min waiting in the room for the obgyn. I followed up in the front on how long more to wait, she said the doctor still with the patient. I don't have time to waste, I was supposed to leave before 3p to pick up someone from work. It is now 3:09 and the doctor still hasn't come to the room. I wasn't sick or anything, I just need a referral to see Thyroidologists. I asked the front to cancel my appointment. This would be my last visit at this clinic. I will look for another doctor that takes me in and out less than an hour.

Unable to get my insulin refilled, not getting calls about lab results, sleep study results, nothing. When I call they just say, “We will send a message to your provider.” Then I never hear from anyone.

I suggest finding a different office, because this place is not nearly what it used to be.

I come to this Health center or clinic and I have to say this is the best health center I have ever been in LV. Clean, staff friendly and professional, to add more, they CARE for me and every patient I have chat here. Christian clinic that offer to pray for you or any needs if you ask for it. Great job to entire staff; nurses, administrative staff and Doctors.

Negative stars, since 11/4 was seen back and forward lack of communication to get a ct scan with Simon med and my insurance I’ve talked to everyone at that location about calling me back to get what procedure was approved to simonmed and no calls and constant reschedule because of incorrect information was sent versus what is approved. At this point I should give up and find another doctor so good luck to anyone else going here. Btw I still haven’t got my scan done because they keep feing up.

My mother has been coming here for a few years now, and it's unfortunate to say that doctors leave here every 5 or less months. Due to the lack of capacity and understanding. Front desk doesn't know what HIPPA is, the back office doesn't vital or even update the patients chart as it should be done every visit. And all of this leads to a comprise in the patients health. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I understand people need training but apparently the doctors aren't even updating the patients chart as they should be and this is what lead to patients developing more health problems.

Our experience with Dr. Nicole Garner was a nightmare and she barely helped my husband with his medical need during a time he needed to take short term disability. She wasn't very sympathetic and twice we begged her for grace as we were hurting financially and my husband couldn't work due to some mystery illnesses in my husbands need to take short term disability. Come to find out it was very serious and landed him in the hospital that almost took his life. When I asked for help regarding the short term disability so we could make our rent she refused to see me. I will never bring my husband to this place again. The only saving grace here was Dr. Andrea who was so kind and compassionate and knows a lot more in depth medical treatments. If she was there more often we would have picked her as our primary care physician. If you are looking for a medical place that only helps with basic illnesses like cold or flu or basic elementary medical help then this is the place. The communication here between the staff and doctors was absolutely horrible and made such a mess of things for my husband and I which brought added stress and more harm to our health than help. We have experienced more help and compassion from unbeliever doctors than most of the staff and doctors here which profess to be Christian. It is grievous and sad. I hope those who do go here do not experience the mental, emotional and medical trauma we have experienced here.

They deserve a big fat ZERO! Terrible providers and even worse Medical Assistants. They rarely call back to give you results. When they do, it takes the 2 weeks to give you your results. The send unable to contact letters without trying to contact you. I have had some pretty bad heath experiences in Las Vegas but these people are by far the worst.

Dr. April is the best. She doesn't miss a beat. You can tell that she takes passion in her work because she is very diligent in treating her patients and trying to figure out the proper diagnosis for helping them. My son and I both go to her and I usually will not go to anyone else.

The doctor refused to help me because I told her countless times that I do not want to take medications. Told me she wouldnt give me referrals unless I take medications from her first. And then told me I could leave and go check out when I told her the final time that i dont want to take prrscription drugs. All I wanted was a referral to see specialist that knew more of my condition then she was willing to help with. I understand doctors get paid per prescription they give to patients. I want to help myself. Not to help your pockets at cost of my health by possibly taking harmful chemicals in the form of a pill. Dont give them your time or insurance.

I came here a few years ago. I have recurring shingles which the doctor questioned me and told me it couldn't be shingles so she wanted to perform a test after scraping my shingles for a few minutes while staring at it oddly she then said she would call me back with test results I received a call about a week later of her letting me know she just lost the test and doesn't know where it went. So sorry. And that was that. No other information was given.

Another one of my appointments I was experiencing physical pains related to traumatic experience and she said basically I just needed to know that one day I would just have to get over it.

I never went back.

I need a specific fuctions restrictions for my dislocated elbow for my job to be on a light duty post. She told me nope cause she wrote a letter its said:
" Advise not to do any weight bearing activity on her right upper extremities." But at my job were asking more like some like this up to 0lb lifting 0lb pushing 2lb pulling. She denied me to make me a real professional letter, so now i need to go to another Dr. Is BS. By the way i have insurance.

I tried to establish a new primary care physician . When I got in Forbes appointment they wanted me to go see a pain management specialist for the same care and issues I’ve dealt woth for 25 years. This caused tremendous grief for me. Caused me not to have a month worth of my medications and forced me to seek yet another doctor who hopefully will not put me through the politics of trying to establish regular maintenance. Just one note example of how politics do not belong involved in medical care, and corrupt every simple task a person needs to take to heal themselves, if they get tangled up in western medicine. Very disappointing, and huge waste of my time and energy.

I loved it when i first came!!!! H0w cause ever.... The staff now all speak spanish when they dont want you to know what theyre talking about & the "care" factor is fading away.... Everytime i come in i have to fill out paperwork & i was just asked 3 times for my insurance info so they can make copies since they misplaced tgem.... Everytime now... I call in for a request... I have to ask for an office manager to get some attention... Pretty sad to see Customer Service start to fail here... Thats just with the stafff... Once you get passed them?... The doctors & medical assistants are awes0me!!

Currently sitting in the office I've been at since 1:57. It is now 2:47. There's been two people come in after me and my mom, and get seen immediately. Why make an appointment, when you don't even honor the scheduled appointment time. If my mom wasn't going to literally die without her medications, we wouldn't be waiting any longer. I have been coming here for a few months now. I was recently there because I had a rash on my face. I use antibacterial soap and otc itch cream and a moisturizer and it spread to my cheeks. Dr recommended dove soap and Vaseline. If I’m coming to you it means nothing is working. This was unacceptable. My face is burning, itching, splitting and red. How many black women you know with a red face? I think it’s time to find another doctors office, obviously I’m not there for mental issues and depression, which they seem to care more about rather than over all health. I haven’t even my yearly blood work scheduled.
