Wish I would have read the reviews for this Senior Care office, that does not accept the UHC/Medicare that retired folks have for SENIOR CARE. Wasted a day. Was directed to a different location luckily completed everything already on line but man, would have thought that if you advertise Senior Care, that you'd be contracted with Medicare.

Set up a new patient appointment just to be called and told I was not welcome at the clinic for appointments because they do not take my insurance that only certain intermountain clinics take my insurance. They called me right before I left for my appointment. I scheduled this last week and was not told anything about it when I gave them my insurance. They could have told me at the time of scheduling my appointment.

Dr Miller is concerned, caring , informative doctor. We've seen her since she began practicing at this location. She listens and gives good evaluations and advise. Prior to that we've seen 5 different doctors over the period of 6 years. I hope we can be consistent with her staying in the future. My wife and I see her at the same appointments (ie: 11:00 and 11:30). The only concern I have is that we never really get a full hour. with Dr Miller, the sessions usually last @ 25 -35 minutes and I find myself trying to rush my thoughts and conversations into that time span for both og. I know the doctor's schedules are full and run over many times, but this would be my only concern.

The person on the phone was absolutely disgusting. I was looking to see a doctor, a new PCP as a new patient and she had a terrible attitude. I inquired about D.O docotor or functional medicine & instead of admitting she didn't know what either meant she had a bad attitude. She said we have doctors. There's a location on Craig. Please find someone with common decency, manners, phone etiquette, & professionalism. Absolutely terrible.

All the staff show care and professionalism in an efficient manner. The facility is well maintained in all areas. Plenty of parking spaces close to the entrance. Immediate check in upon arrival with Andrew. Nurse Kristin completed the assessment after the weight and height were recorded. Doctor Miller spent time answering my questions after reviewing my labs. Last year I changed primary care physicians and selected Doctor Sejal Duggal after reading about her background and patient reviews. I changed because I was very disappointed with how my previous PCP mishandled my wife’s serious illness! I have been overwhelmingly impressed with Dr. Duggal and her entire practice “across the board” and have told her so! This practice clearly is being managed in a “state of the art” environment in terms of patient care AND technology! Compared to my previous PCP who’s practice operates in the 1980’s, Dr. Duggal’s practice has advanced well into the 21st Century! I have already recommended this practice to several of my friends and am a very satisfied patient!
