This was my first visit to LV Sinus and ENT. I could not be more pleased with my experience. All staff were friendly and helpful with filling out forms. Most importantly, Juliana Catalon, with a smile and persistence, successfully removed impacted ear wax from my left ear that other professionals tried hard but we're unable to do so for years. From the minute you walk in you feel comfortable and welcomed by all the staff. With the use of their high tech CT equipment on site, I was able to see results within just minutes. Then the PA Daniel explained everything to me and educated me on what the scan showed. He then used a hand guided camera of the inside of
my sinuses as I watched on a TV screen. Very impressive. I am finally able to have solutions to my problems within only one appointment. Highly recommend!

Last week I needed to schedule an appointment with my ENT. I haven’t seen them in 4 years and was told that because of the timeframe between my last appointment (2022) and now (2026) I am no longer considered an existing patient and am now a new patient and need to wait 6-7 months for an appointment. I’m not waiting. I in-turn called Dr Waterman at Las Vegas Sinus and ENT center. So glad I did They took me right away and had my first appt yesterday. Entire staff is top notch. Very thorough, professional and friendly. The office is clean and the process from walking in to being seen by the medical staff, to check out was very orderly.
