I couldnt have been more happy! The professional manner from all staff was so amazing and hardly seen anymore now days. Very kind and genuinely concerned and helpful. They really made us feel at ease.

Last week I needed to schedule an appointment with my ENT. I haven’t seen them in 4 years and was told that because of the timeframe between my last appointment (2022) and now (2026) I am no longer considered an existing patient and am now a new patient and need to wait 6-7 months for an appointment. I’m not waiting. I in-turn called Dr Waterman at Las Vegas Sinus and ENT center. So glad I did They took me right away and had my first appt yesterday. Entire staff is top notch. Very thorough, professional and friendly. The office is clean and the process from walking in to being seen by the medical staff, to check out was very orderly. In addition the work that was performed on me during my visit was great. I’m glad I found this ENT office. Really really great so far.

While on vacation, I experienced a medical emergency. I contacted did Las Vegas sinus and ENT clinic closest to me. They were able to see me on an urgent basis the same day and resolve my problem with one visit. All of the staff was extremely kind and efficient. My experience at the Centennial Sinus Center was nothing short of amazing. I was slightly nervous for my procedure & the moment I walked in I was greeted with nothing but kindness. Shuli (the wonderful lady as the front desk) was so kind and made me feel as if I had nothing to worry about. The Doctor was awesome as well. I was so happy with my first visit here, as I was walking out after just about 30 minutes with my hearing fully restored! PA-C Jamie Lee Planes is amazing and she helped me with great expertise and kindness. She took the time to resolve my issue and save another trip. I’ve had such a great experience at this office. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness and feel genuinely taken care of. Shuli at the front desk is always welcoming and helpful, which immediately sets the tone. Rosa, the scheduler, is amazing, she’s patient, thorough, and really goes out of her way to make appointments work with your schedule.

Juliana, the PA, is incredible. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. And Dr. Waterman is fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and truly invested in his patients’ well-being.
