That new front desk stephanie made my experience so bad. I always go to dr. Kelley but now I will find a different clinic that has staff that cares for patients. All stephanie cares is how much she needs to charge you. Automatically she’ll assume you are coming for some sickness did not even bother asking first what you are coming for. I have not had my well check up this year that is why I wanted to come. She was telling me that “you asked for lipid panel last time which is different code” first of all, I DID NOT ASK for it. Dr. Kelley was the one who wanted it. Dr. Kelley is great but just getting an appointment and first dealing with Stephanie makes me don’t want to go back there. Mind you, I also work in healthcare but the way she talks to patients makes them feel like they are dumb. I know what you mean about well check up versus a non-well check up and she already explained it twice no need to keep reiterating it.
