Dr. Eric Grimm is a very good pediatrician—professional and attentive. However, the referrals department is extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

I called over a month ago to request a referral. They took all my information and clearly told me it would be sent. After waiting this long with no update, I called back only to find out that the referral was never submitted.What’s even more concerning is the lack of accountability. When I asked what happened, there was no clear answer, no urgency, and not even a simple apology.This kind of situation is unacceptable. Referrals are an essential part of patient care, and patients should not have to follow up repeatedly for something that was already promised.
The referrals department seriously needs to improve their communication, responsibility, and professionalism.

I am so happy with everyone at Buffalo Clinic! I felt the care of each person working there from the moment I walked in to departing. Ashly, Lisa (I think) and Michelle were excellent in taking care of me. I've had great doctors, but Michelle was the best doctor/nurse I've ever received care. I switched my Medicare add-on parts and they proved I made a great decision and in good hands. Can't say enough praise!! They even gave me a folder with a summary of my visit, a card with future appointments and other useful papers about my health. Honestly I was nervous changing my medical care, but now I'm delighted! Thank you Buffalo Clinic!!! Can't wait to go back...I'm a basket case.

I always have a very pleasant experience whenever I visit Dr. Tiegler and her MA Ashley. From the moment the door opened I was greeted with a big and friendly smile from Ashley. I even got a “Hello Jose” which brings a smile of my face. Ashley is very accommodating and a very nice person to talk with. She makes you feel very comfortable and takes out whatever anxiety you may have from being in a doctors office. We need more MA’s like her.
Dr. Tiegler is very pleasant and personable. She takes her time to go over tests results never rushes and explains them in a way that you can understand and by the way my test results were great because of her. She listens intently to any issues I may have and gives great advice to resolve them.
I always look forward to seeing them again. It’s like being with family.

Did not get that total "care" feeling Instead I felt rushed and ss if I was on their time .I was barely able to get through my list of issues Fill in for Dr. Nurse Practitioner Michelle blamed all my ailments on prior meds and DEA regs. She only wrote a min of Rx only making it more difficult for me in a multiple chronic pain body in very near future pushing it off on me to call a pain mgmt dr. I had to convince her I wasnt trying to quit cold turkey and was told the regular Dr. Shared the same opinion against " dangerous" pain meds I've been familiar with for over 20 years.with the same Dr. It's hard enough trying to find a new primary care doctor let alone try to deal with BS from ins co Dr's office hospitals setting up too many apps. Trying to get rides meals meds and Detox from time to time all because of unnecessary BS! You can usually tell who is sincere with their problems and who is Drug seeking or a type of hypo. Now Good Drs are being punished for being a good Dr but didnt cross the T or dot the I then all of a sudden they no longer practice . DR WINGARD - GREAT GUY ! It's too easy for these Dr's to use meds as a tool for or agenst their their side. Talk to a Pharmacist or at least get another opinion if your not 100% comfortable with what went down behind that door. I think alot of Dr's are just as guilty of prejudgemental opinion as anybody. I don't think I'll go back to this location. Be extremely cautious of any company that boasts only 5 star ratings and only comments on positive ones. There are too many choices to pick from to settle on one your not happy with.

Intermountain Healthcare has been taking care of my health issues for a few years. The office located at 1700 N Buffalo Dr Ste 100, the whole teams are outstanding. The receptionist, the nurses and doctors together they made my every visit satisfied.

Dr. Philippe Lam is a patient and compassionate professional. I've met many doctors that rush through appointments like a Nascar pit crew so it was refreshing to see Dr. Lam take his time. Dr. Philippe Lam is the best doctor I've ever had in my life, and I'm 76 yrs old. I can't say enough about the team of Intermountain Healthcare, at the Buffalo location. My primary doctor, Dr Philip Lam is the best. He takes the time to go over all my blood work and any issues I maybe having. I'm so comfortable with him. I can talk about anything with him. As a woman, it's not often you get a male doctor and he puts you at ease from the 1st visit. His assistant Nurse Maria is a sweetheart. Shes spot on with follow-ups, and making sure I get lab, mammograms etc done.
The personal touch is 5 star and above.
Front Desk team, always greet you with a warm greeting and big smile. That sure changes ones bad mood into ... boy! They made my day, and snapped me out of a bad funk..

I see Michelle, a Nurse Practitioner, who helped me survive whatever I got in January 2019 (I think it was COVID) recently went for my annual checkup. She is the best. Easy to talk to, like an old fashioned family doctor, with the little black bag, who came to your house. Egads, I'm getting old! My visit was with Dr Lam through FaceTime. It was a routine check up. Dr Lam, as usual, was very thorough. Went over every items in the blood test, with detailed explanation with items which are out of normal range. He also provided guidelines to me to deal with those abnormal items. Then he asked me if I have any health related changes or health concern. Reminded me to make appointment with radiologist whom he already notified for bone density follow up test and compare with my last test result.
I like the FaceTime experience and requested that we do the same for our next visit.

Dr Michelle Pierson is simply THE BEST physician we've EVER seen. The staff at the office is AMAZING too. Dr. Pierson takes every symptom seriously and uses her vast knowledge and experience to really solve health issues- things other doctors wouldn't think of and works to get to the bottom of your health issues.

The amount of detailed care we receive from Dr. Pierce and her staff is unmatched anywhere. It would take 3 specialists and five appointments to get the care we get in one appointment with Dr. Pierce. When she refers you to a specialist, she's already made a highly targeted plan and she's involved in your follow up and care.

We are beyond grateful for intermountain healthcare, Dr Pierce, and all of the staff.

Dr B Chan is so warm & caring. He is very busy BUT he never rushes my visit. I talk about all my health concerns & he listens and lays it on the line as to what is good for me as well as what's not.
