I visited Dr. Simon’s office due to some pain in my legs as well as ugly spider veins. Within just a few minutes he was able to tell what the problem was just by looking at my legs, then confirmed his suspicions with an ultrasound. He thoroughly explained the cause and treatment options in a way I could understand, which made me feel so much better about the whole process! I still have some procedures that need done to fix the problem, but I am 100% comfortable having them done by Dr Simon and am so grateful to finally have a solution!

The Ultrasound was administered at my appointment time, and Dr Simon saw me shortly after reviewing the results.
Dr Simon is well trained, experienced, and very competent. He listens, probes, answers questions, and clearly explains his diagnosis and recommendation. I did not feel rushed and I trust his judgement.

I had the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any Doctors office. Dr.Simon and his team Paula and Deejay literally just tried to slap me with a bill of $200 for an Ultrasound after Paula specifically said my insurance would be covering the cost and there would be no co-pay or deductible.

Once they found out I had an HSA weeks later, today and after already getting the ultrasound and coming in for a 3rd visit to get the results of the ultrasound, they changed their tune and tried to present me with a bill of $200. No I won’t be paying with my HSA or with anything else because when I called on April 26th, Paula specifically said there would be no out of pocket charge, deductible or co pay.

Deejay if you’re reading this, when you called me to remind me of my appointment two days prior to my appointment,why didn’t you tell me about the bill? When I called this morning to reconfirm my appointment, why again didn’t you tell me of this bill? You guys totally bamboozled me.

Before I came in for my Ultrasound appointment on April 29th , I called on April 26th at 3:13pm to find out what the charges were gonna be if any. Paula told me I would have no out of pocket charge, co pay or deductible.

Dr. Simon, before you call your clients a liar and try to defend your inept and incompetent staff from their mistakes, try to have a phone recording system in place. Don’t call your clients a liar when you weren’t present during said conversation. I drove 30 minutes from my home to your office only to be insulted. I will tell everyone I know, including GOOGLE how terrible I was treated and what a terrible business your run. As you suggested, I will be seeking treatment somewhere else and will urge everyone else to do the same. You lie and try to rip your patients off their hard earned money. It’s no wonder, anytime I’ve visited, your office is always empty.

If i receive ANY bill from your office, it will be returned back to you and I will also make a complaint to Better Business Bureau for fraud. Good luck.

The Dr. at the Office is Great! Dr Irwin Simon M.D. I would say he's Kind, Serious about his Profession & is thorough with his patients. The Dr. offers many diff. treatments in various forms to everyone. He offers varied leg veins treatments, hair restoration, Lifts for neck, cosmetic laparoscopic surgeries, hernia surgery just to name a few. Myself, I go for the vericose veins treatments on my legs.So far I'm pleased with the services & the staff there is Always professional & courteous. I like the reviewer Danielle had a negative experience with Vegas valley vein institute. If you are looking for cosmetic spider vein treatment, go somewhere else!! I had sclerotherapy and the “veingoh” procedures done and I had ZERO improvement of my veins. I have had treatments done elsewhere with success in the past, but this place was a lot closer so I thought I would give it a try . They also charged me a consultation fee on the last visit Just to say that it hadn’t been long enough to notice any improvements (1 month) and to wait. Well 7 months later still no improvement and of course they are worse because they never diminished in the first place $800 later. That is a lot of money for me, that is all I had. So no improvement and still very self-conscious of my legs. The doctor was nice enough and bedside manners fine, but his practice manager (or head of office person) was rude and cold for the majority of my interactions there. I waited a long time to write this review because I was hoping for some improvement but now that clearly is not going to happen.

Horrible 👎🏼 Paid $2000 & now I have triple the amount of veins than when I started, and I went back & spent $300 to remove the ones I had before the procedure and NONE OF THEM WENT AWAY EITHER!!!! Also mine were all mini spider veins ( that I’ve had done before with no problem ) so it wasn’t like they were the worst case scenario. It’s been almost a year & my leg is still completely numb in that area and super sensitive! So I called about 8 months after to set up a appointment to tell him my problems & 2 days later after making the appointment I get a call saying I have to pay around $60 - $80 just to go talk to him AFTER already spending $2300. Worst service ever, staff super unfriendly & so is the doctor! It seemed like he was bothered by me asking him questions pertaining to the service but not small talk, as a matter of a fact when I did say I wanted to ask a few things before we started he sent in his nurse ( who was the nicest & helpfullest out of EVERYBODY) to answer me instead of the doctor himself! Save your money & do your research!!!!!!
