I started my search for an alternative to a traditional hip replacement which was recommended by my orthopedic doctor. I have a partial rotator cuff tear on my right shoulder. I had researched Stem Cell Therapy as a alternative to Surgery. Two years ago I had surgery for a full tear of my left shoulder, complicated by a complete tendon tear. It was an arduous recovery period .
During my research I discovered Dynamic Stem Cell in Las Vegas. Based on advice of one of my Doctors (not the surgeon) to consider Stem Cell Therapy, I decided to start Therapy.
Stem Cells are not a miracle in that you have them injected and you are fixed, it is a process that takes time to heal. You still have to minimize the use of the shoulder (in my case) while it heals and rehab it as it is being mended. The post injection process is much like the post operation period without the drugs and pain, loss of sleep, and that massive pillow sling you must wear.
You are given detailed instructions on how to change your diet and limit use of the limb to facilitate the Stem Cells having the best change of doing their job. The instructions will tell you when you can start using the limb and by how much.

Had umbilical cord tissue cells and Kimera Exosomes injected. Surprised at how easy the procedure was. No down time. No hassle changing clothes, or needing a ride, etc. No anesthesia used so I was in and out and went back to work. Was not painful. Aloha, I had stemcell therapy in May 2023. This process was removing the cells from the fatty part of your body. Did have good results from that. Went back 3months later to complete a PRP. This process was pulling cells from my blood. It's going on 6 1/2 months.
My results are Great. I can squat, lift my arms, no more waking up numbness or swollen in the hands. The pain due to Arthritis in my body IS GONE. (Yes I still have Arthritis) but I can sleep now. I HIGHLY recommend this procedure to those that may be suffering from body pain. Worth every penny.

The treatment at Dynamic Stem cell (with Blake) was the foundation of my being able to significantly heal some chronic non-healing injuries I'd had for years.

I have a mystery collagen disorder that many patients with Lyme disease, mold poisoning, and Bartonellosis have where our collagen doesn't hold together and we get easily injured and don't heal well. We tend to have high hydroxyproline and get injured even from something as minor as going over speed bumps. There are no known treatments for this condition. I've tried all the usual recommendations like treating the known diagnoses above, collagen supplements, glycine, EDS supps, gotu kola, even BPC-57, and nothing really made a significant difference.

I came across Dynamic Stem Cell and decided to give it a shot on the strength of the reviews. I first tried PRP, which was helpful but didn't seem to be able to be injected where I needed it, the injuries were too diffuse, and the effects didn't last long for me.

Then I got a stem cell infusion of umbilical stem cells. This IV infusion did get where I needed it to go and I felt it very soon working on all the chronically injured parts of my body. The stem cells alone provoked a massive healing reaction that went on for at least six months at a significant level and then for a year or so after that at a lower level. Stuff in my body I never thought would heal went through a healing progression and finally became 80-90% healed, if not fully healed.

It took a lot of time though -- my body healed slowly maybe due to my other health conditions above. I could tell I was making progress but I didn't have a lot to report for the first few months when asked about my progress. I also had to really restrict my activities while healing for the first 6-9 months after the infusion to allow the healing to happen without just perturbing it, similar to when you are healing from a major broken bone. I wasn't expecting this and I wish I'd been able to plan better not to expect much from myself after the stem cells.

I did find that a few things helped to prolong/intensify the stem cell effects in a synergistic way: deer antler, Changbai mountain ginseng, and goat placenta (tonic herb supplements) and various organ supplements like trachea cartilage.

A few years later, my body is significantly healed compared with before I did the stem cells at Dynamic Stem cell. My daily life is much easier and I'm able to socialize more, go hiking and running, eat out more easily, get in and out of the shower more easily, cook more easily, etc. It was gradual progress, so it's easy to just overlook the changes, but the difference from before to after is night and day.

In my experience, the stem cells here had a profound effect on a condition I thought was hopeless. If nothing else has worked, maybe give it a try.

This is an update from my other review.
I cannot say enough about this place. I have had multiple things done at Dynamic at different times and each time it has been nothing short of a miracle. I have been playing competitive sports my whole life, which leaves me with injuries from time to time. I first had injections in my hamstring, which I tore 3 times (martial arts) and could barely walk without pain. I am now a year out and have no pain. I am back in the gym and playing sports again with zero issues. Then I had a tear in the tendon of my elbow and couldn't play tennis anymore. Blake injected it and I have been pain free since. Then I tore my rotator cuff competing again, had it injected and I am now pain free. The BEST thing of all.....I did stem cells via IV drip hoping to repair my kidney after damaging it from taking too much Advil when I was competing. My Creatinine was high and my GFR was 51, when it should be higher than 60. Today I got my bloodwork back and my Creatinine was in the normal range for the first time in years and my GFR was 69. I was jumping for joy. I am dumbfounded. If there is one thing I have to say, as I hear some people in other reviews saying it didn't work, YOU HAVE TO BE PATIENT AND GIVE THE STEM CELLS TIME TO WORK. IT IS NOT AN OVERNIGHT PROCESS. It took time for my kidney to repair, almost a year. My hamstring and my other injuries, I had immense relief in 4-6 weeks, but around 8-12 months, the pain completely disappeared. Please give the process time before judging it so quickly.
On another note, my husband had stem cell injections in his knee for a meniscus tear and he is able to play sports and walk the stairs again with no pain. He is no longer sitting there icing his knee after playing. I have friends who had stem cells in their mid and lower back, when they were told they needed surgery. I am having severe hip pain and tried a variety of treatments, all of which were unsuccessful. The only option I had at the time was a hip replacement. In addition, Blake was very fast in getting my FMLA forms filled out by the doctor. The treatment went very well. Brie (nurse) was wonderful and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The procedure was very quick and painless. Unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement. I definitely understand that every patient is different and some patients may have improvement and others might not. If you are considering stem cell therapy, it is important to do your research and you should understand that it can take a while for your body to feel better and there is no guarantee that this therapy will work. I really wish I could give these guys 5 stars but unfortunately my review is based on the outcome of the treatment not the friendly service and follow up that we certainly experienced. After all, we paid $5,000 for a treatment that was recommended by Blake and was given assurances that it would heal my wife. His confidence and positive affirmation was encouraging and reassuring. It was the final nudge that influenced my wife and I to go ahead with the procedure after our appointment with Blake.

I am not your typical consumer. I had studied and researched the efficacy of stem cell therapy for months before I had finally considered it for my wife who suffers tremendously from rheumatoid arthritis. All of my research prior to our meeting with Blake left me dismayed because it was well documented that almost all of the the success stories involved localized treatment at the area of the bone or joint where the pain was caused by degenerative arthritis not rheumatoid. There is a BIG difference! Rheumatoid arthritis is inflammation due to auto-immune system not wear and tear caused by over use or a sports injury. Knowing this, I was reluctant to go through with the procedure and was quite satisfied with waiting until more advances were made in the field for treating rheumatoid arthritis. However, Blake told us without any hesitation that the procedure would work and that my wife would be healed! I would be lying if I didn’t say that we felt pressured to do it.

We reasoned that going through with the procedure despite the low success rate was better than doing nothing and that if by some miracle it would work on my wife and help her get off of pain medication and live a normal life again, it was worth the risk…

Sadly, but not surprised, it did not work. We are now 3 months into the procedure and she is back to square one forced to take pain medications again because the pain is unbearable. It is a crushing blow because at first, during the first few days after the procedure, my wife could feel the stem cells working through her. I believe it was day three when I thought we had hit the jackpot when she was thrilled to report to me that she thought she was healed and she started showing me how much her inflammation had gone down on her hands and that she could do normal things again. This however was short lived because only days thereafter, she could feel almost as if the stem cells were dying or had lost its usefulness. Keep in mind that all the while my wife had altered her diet and stayed disciplined to a very strict gluten free, sugar free diet to give the stem cells the best possible chance to work.

As mentioned above, blake was good about following up and checked in frequently. When my wife reported that the stem cells had in essence lost its effectiveness he tried to steer us towards another type of stem cell drawn from her own fat. On top of that, we would have to cut another $4,000 check for the new procedure. NO THANK YOU. I found this to be interesting because during my initial consultation with him, I thought (based on my research) that this would be the most effective approach to begin with him. But he convinced me that the stem cells they had farmed from umbilical cord was the best route.

IF YOU HAVE RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS, STAY AWAY!

Our search continues. This time we will consider other options and seek multiple opinions.

2.5 weeks since I had Stem Cell and PRP injections and my pain levels have gone from 6/7/8/10 to 2/3/4 and still going lower every day. What a relief! I was the person that didn’t believe. During my consult I was made to feel very comfortable and all my questions (some idiotic) were answered. I have been suffering from lower back pain for over 10 years. My back would give out doing the smallest things. I tried Chiropractor, stretching, massage, etc. It was all a band-aid. I took a leap of faith and did Stem cell back in July. Being an injured professional athlete/fighter I was hoping stem cell/PRP would get me back to business.

From the moment I met Blake in the front office and then to the procedure it was a pleasant experience with all the staff.

I was nervous about the process because I do not like needles; but the drawing and injection were not bad at all, I felt no pain. Only thing after was my arm felt heavy from the fluid being in there. But way easier then I imagined it to be, they are very experienced and gentle with the process. I feel they actually care, which matters to me.

I had a partial tear in my shoulder with a lot of other damage from repetitive punches being thrown. At night and during the day I would have major aches and pains especially at trying to sleep on it. First week I felt a small relief which helped me sleep much better. Second week I do not feel any pain in the “partial tear area” what so ever. I feel like it’s healed to be honest, everything feels normal again. I went to Dynamic Stem Cell due to severe pain in my Rt Knee and Rt shoulder. The pain started while I played sports, 50+ years ago. It had been getting much worse the last few years, to the point I was only sleeping about an hour at a time, before waking up with severe pain. Walking became a chore. I had left a previous review Regarding my IV stem cell infusion. Today I Am writing a new review. I had undergone a 2nd round of IV stem cell infusion for my rheumatoid arthritis. I have since experienced much improvement. It’s has been a little over three months since my infusion and I have experienced zero rheumatoid arthritis flareup in either my hands nor my feet. Previously, the pain in my hands was often unbearable. In addition I have only needed to use my inhaler for asthma once. March through May is usually a bad time for me with asthma. This was an unexpected benefit. I asked Blake if it’s possible this improvement was a result of the stem cell infusion. Blake explained that yes the lungs are one area proven to show improvement.

In addition my husband had direct injections to his knee and shoulder. He has gained greater range of motion in shoulder and no more pain in his knee.

On September 14, 2019 My husband and I were treated at Dynamic Stem Cell. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis. Studies have shown positive results in this disease, so I contacted Blake who said he could assist me with IV infusion. My husband was treated with direct injections to his knee and shoulder. Unfortunately Neither of us had success. Blake was contacting us for follow ups every few weeks. Blake contacted his supplier in case we had a bad batch of product since other patients were experiencing positive results. Sadly to say he was told we needed to prove we had no results. That does not seem realistic. After 5 months and still not showing positive results. Blake said he wanted us to have some satisfactory results so he would purchase additional product from another batch or source at no cost to us and try again to get some positive results. We will try again on 2/21/2020. I have given this 3 stars due to the unsuccessful results. The facility and staff are exceptional. I recently had stem cell infusion in January following a brain aneurism embolization, as well as living with SLE (Lupus). My thought was if it could reduce the pain from lupus just 50% I would be happy and aid in the recovery and healing of my brain 🧠 well that would be great too! Well, its coming on the 4 month mark and I am so very happy with the results! Not only did it aid in the recovery but I have not had any joint pain/ flare ups since, I used to wake up every morning with stiffness and pain in my neck, back, hands and could barely roll out of bed, my mornings are pain free! Mother-in-law was told that she needs to go on dialysis for her kidneys. My wife and I had been investigating Stem Cell Therapy and thought we would use Mom as a test subject. We had 2 doses of umbilical cord stem cells, administered via I.V..

Back story on Mom is that she has EVERYTHING wrong with her. She is diabetic, she has an extremely bad heart which she sees a cardiologist every 3 months, bad hips, bad knees, high blood pressure and now her failing kidneys. She is also 67 years old.

I do believe this is the top stem cell group in Las Vegas because they are upfront , honest, and knowledgeable and the emergency physician at UMC I a director of Dynamic. This director has had successful shoulder stem cell therapies. Unfortunately I should and could have had stem cell therapy on my knew but now I have no cartilage and will need replacement. Had I paid attention earlier when cartlage loss was minimal stem cell therapy for my osteoarthritis would have worked. I most certainly have gotten this care from Dynamic.
