I can’t thank Dr Mitchell enough for healing my sciatica. I waited so long to go in until I could barely move. I’ve suffered w/sciatic pain for the past 5 years. Then this last time, it was so aggravated I could barely move at all. I finally made an appointment to get help. By the 3rd session I was able to function normal and start working out again. It’s amazing how acupuncture healed me. I continued with 3 more sessions just because I wanted to. I recently attended Dr. Mitchell‘s office for soreness and pain in the back of my neck left shoulder after the first treatment I felt very good and even better and when the third one was done was very pleased. The price was reasonable. Dr. Mitchell was very personable very well educated knew his job very well. Highly recommend this doctor and I’m sure I will be returning in the future for other needs.

Dr. Kyo has quickly addressed my carpal tunnel issues in the past, and this week, greatly improved the pain from a slipped disc. Such excruciating pain that was so much better walking out of his office. This was after one treatment and I'm looking forward to even more improvement with the next treatment. Acupuncture is vital to my health and I am glad to have Dr. Kyo on my medical team.

Dr. Kyo is the GREATEST!!! This man is a true healer, and a true Doctor of chinese medicine. He may seem a little stern at first but i think that’s just because he takes his work and his patients very seriously. Once you get to know him he has a great sense of humor. His office is kept very clean with multiple different rooms that he treats patients in simultaneously. I have been to other acupuncturists before and no one even comes close to Dr. Kyo. He books appointments in groups of three sessions, you don’t have to pay for all three upfront but what I mean is he typically will have you do three sessions and then after the third session you’ll both gauge where you’re at at that point depending on the status of what your issue is that you are getting acupuncture for in the first place. The first appointment will be a little higher in price than the second and third appointments but that’s because it includes a consultation with Dr. Kyo where he will take time to thoroughly assess your issue and plan where he will place the needles in you. He is very gentle, he always tells you to let him know if a certain needle placement makes you uncomfortable

If you’ve never done acupuncture before, trust and believe that it is NOT painful, but we are humans and all of our bodies are different which means there may be parts of your body that are more sensitive than others, so you may experience a brief sting with one needle or two but if so, it only lasts a split second. And again, it is very rare. I’ve been getting acupuncture done for years now even prior to seeing Dr. Kyo and I’ve maybe had two or three needles that briefly stung when they went in, and the pain dissipated almost immediately.

Dr. Kyo even hands you a wireless call button that you can use if you need him after the needles are in. But if you don’t then he usually just puts the needles in, leaves you alone to relax in your room for 20-30 minutes while the needles do their thing, then comes back in to check on you/gently twist the needles and finish out the rest of your session. He’ll even put on some relaxing music as well or a fan/space heater if you need one.

I cannot recommend this place enough, it’s the best. If you’re struggling with pain, heart palpitations, digestion issues, sleep issues, you name it, I truly believe Acupuncture can help all of it and Dr. Kyo is the one to trust.

Dr Mitchell worked on my wrist and after assessing it he researched it and found that I had De quervain's syndrome and said I needed an orthopedic specialist. He's not just licensed at acupuncture, he's a doctor. Let me say I don't usually give reviews but I felt like in this case I had to. Even after one visit the next day a lot less pain. Day 2 pain basically gone. Prior to going to see talk to her Kyo Mitchell I went to a sauna jacuzzi steam room for 10 days it felt a little better but it didn't heal the pain at all still throbbing pain. I highly recommend him, you won't be sorry ...

Dr.Mitchell knows exactly what is he is doing. He must of checked on me 5 or 6 times during the duration of 50 minutes to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I was always skeptical of acupuncture because I have heard of you don’t go to the right person, you can get pretty mest up. I have been super stressed and my nerve was pinching and radiating down to my wrist for over a month. One session helped tremendously!!! I am going to hollow up with him a few more times!! Had vivid dreams and slept like a baby! It is not the following morning as I post this review and I’m super calm and just relaxed. He is amazing and he is a healer. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Kyo Mitchell OMD, is it wonderful acupuncture I was very skeptical because I had never tried acupuncture before I was very nervous about it which I did do my research on him and also on acupuncture. Being in a lot of pain due to severe degenerative disc disease at L3 and L4 causing right leg pain, numbness, and tingling also hip pain. I have been to my doctor pain management, orthopedic, urgent care, who told me it was shinsplints, emergency room who told me it was nothing wrong, each one given me more pills for pain I’m telling them I do not want to narcotics because all they do is make me sleep and do nothing for the pain. Had steroid injections in January pain management wants to repeat it only after three months. I just can’t keep letting them mess with my spine and it not working or helping the problem. So from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Dr. Mitchell for his service, after three treatments I am relieved of most of the pain I can say at least 90% of it is gone I was a skeptic but I am not now. Yes I give Dr. Kyo Mitchell five five star rating. He will tell you step-by-step what he’s doing why he’s doing it, and if you have questions he will answer them.Yes I would recommend Dr. Mitchell he is the best, thank you once again.
