I truly admire Erin Miyashiro, NP. She is incredibly compassionate and professional. She listens carefully to her patients and genuinely cares about their well-being. She takes the time to ask questions about symptoms and makes sure everything is addressed, responding quickly to messages whenever possible. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I am especially grateful that she also takes good care of my dad, which means a lot to us.

Excellent annual check up. The staff was pleasant and professional. The individual who took my vitals had a positive attitude and put me immediately at ease. Ms Miyashiro was caring, friendly and professional. What I truly appreciated was the time she took to go over each important aspect of my bloodwork so I could understand what I would need to work on in Layman's terms. So appreciate that!

I’ve given this place 5 stars every time I visit. I love my doctor because he’s so very caring about his patients. I love the front desk staff. They’re fast and friendly. However, this visit, I was seen by a NP and I’m giving 2 stars. This visit they made me wait for 30 minutes TWICE! Once to get a report and the other one bec my BP was so low, the nurse said to wait bec she was gonna tell someone about it and I waited for 30 minutes but no one came back to check on me so I left! either they’re too busy they’ve totally forgotten that they have a patient waiting in the room. This 2 stars is just for this visit! Like I said, I’ve always given them 5 stars bec I love my doctor!

9/10/2025 - someone from this office called me and said my appointment with Erin Miyashiro for next month had been cancelled because it was double booked when I made it 2 weeks ago. I cannot believe the incompetency! I asked why am I the one being made to reschedule and not the other patient? The answer was because she got the booking first! Can you believe that it was made 2 weeks ago and they missed the double booking. So now I am stuck with an appointment with a date that is farther than original sched because they made a mistake. Unbelievable! And that lady that called me was also rude!

Front office is rude they do not greet or smile. You say thank you, they say nothing. There’s no smiles, professionalism, empathy to be in the healthcare field. Check out doesn’t understand English. I was there for 2 hours for a physical for work to not get it. My appointment was with Erin Mayshiro they sent an intern in. I had same intern last time instead of the person I scheduled my appointment with which was Erin. I refused intern this time. I wanted to see who I had made my appointment with. Intern tells me they have no universal physical forms. When I made appointment I told them appointment for an employee physical they never said bring a form from employer. I did this same employee physical last year with Intermountain health with Dr William Wakefield when he was employed there I didn’t have physical form. Being doctors office they should access to these documents and/ or type of forms. When I come to doctors appointment I don’t have all day or hours to sit in there that’s why I make appointments. I would like to be treated with respect and courtesy. I would like to see the doctor I scheduled with not an intern. I would like them to ask me first is it ok to see interns those are my rights as a patient. I come to treated not waste my time. I’m the first in the office for my appointment and last out 2 hours later with nothing accomplished. No employee physical form completed.

Very disorganized and lacked communication. Was told I didn’t need to get a blood test prior to my appt. only for them to say it was needed and to make another appt. when I got there. Erin Miyashiro, is wonderful, Erin listen to my problem and care for getting into the root problem of my medical condition right away.
The fact that the concerns, was very detailed of wanting to more of my symptoms was very important to me to help get it resolved. It take alot of patience to understand my situation and Erin shown she really cares.
I would recommend to anyone that's looking for a good detailed NP that cares for her patients.

Erin listened and took care of what I needed. I'd give her 4 stars and the support staff 2-3 stars. I completed the informational documents online before the appointment yet when I got there I had to redo some of it. When I told them I already did it, she just said "it printed blank". No apology for their errors that make me waste my time. They also sent my prescription to the wrong place. Not even close to the location I told them. So I had to contact them to fix it. My few interactions with the support staff were all weak. They aren't friendly or personable. Just robotic and then don't even get things done right.
