Dr. Maxwell was able to get me in right away to help with my issues. I appreciate that since trying to get through answering service is a royal pain. I spent a whole day trying to get the doctor and was placed on hold for 20 minutes all 3 times. When they do answer they don't listen.

Dr. Maxwell is just fantastic and his staff. My father had open heart surgery almost two years ago and we could not find a great primary care physician till we find him going on a year. He explains everything thoroughly and friendly. He offers his complete expertise, advice and asks if you have any questions or concerns. My father is 77 years old and I am so happy to have him as his primary. My only wish is that I could have him as my primary doctor. Thank you sir!

Excellent experience as always. Iβve been coming to this clinic for over 12 years. Staff is courteous and helpful. Wait time is minimal. Dr. Maxwell is the best doctor Iβve had in over 75 years. He listens to me and allows as much time as needed. Itβs obvious he cares about his patients. Between office visits he is quick to respond to calls or emails. My request for a new Rx was immediately sent electronically to my pharmacy & I picked it up less than an hour later.

From the moment I arrived at my appointment, I was treated in a friendly but professional way. I didn't have to wait long at all to be called in. Ana, the medical assistant, who took my vital signs was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Maxwell took time to go over my lab results in a way that was easy to understand, answered all my questions and assured me I had recovered fully from a recent illness. I was made to feel like I mattered and not rushed. There is a also a marked improvement in the communications from the office, and Deidra was super in following up on how I was doing after she arranged last week for me to be seen and tested and treated at Intermountain Wynn Urgent Care. I can honestly say I enjoyed the visit!

Instead she SCREAMED AT MY FACE saying β youβre not hearing what I am telling you ! ββ¦.I was caught unaware of such a verbal attack and I answered back in tears of my frustrations and moments later SHE REVERSED THE INCIDENT THAT IβM THE ONE Who raised my voice and I told her ..β YOU STARTED IT!!!!ββ¦ what can you say about this kind of doctor?β¦ I placed my trust and confidence in my medical careβ¦ I 0came home sick having palpitations and high blood pressureβ¦. took another dose of Aspirinβ¦. never at all checked meβ¦NO Heart/ Lung auscultation, NEITHER CHECKED MY GAITβ¦ my CHIEF COMPLAINT for yesterdayβs visitβ¦left the room in less than 20 minutesβ¦& Today I called HUMANA CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT TO CORPORATE OFFICE and I request immediate termination Maria MOLINA as PCPβ¦ sheβs not suppose to be handling AGING PATIENTS β¦ she has NO EMPATHY ON PATIENTS and SHOWS BURN OUT CHARACTER in her profession.

My wife and I both enjoy having Dr. Maxwell as our primary physician. Recently, we met together with him to review our current health status and plan for future actions we can take to further protect and improve our health. He couldnβt have been more gracious, or competent in meeting these objectives. And he didnβt conclude the appointment until all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. When l was over an hour late for my appointment for a MRI, l informed them about my car fire. They couldn't fit me in with the people still waiting. They went out of their way to make sure l would get my MRI the next morning. They gave me a time of 9:00 and was finished by 9:35. Thank you for understanding some unexpected things due happen.
