Can’t thank the staff here enough for making our visit as easy as possible. We had to bring our 3 toddlers with us and it’s never easy to do appointments with all the kids. But the staff kept our kids entertained letting them color with their highlighters and giving them rides in their office chairs while we got our eye exams. The entire "front of the house" staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Dr. Lavine is the best Optometrist I've seen in the Vegas/Henderson area in the amost 4 years I have been here. She is the only one who did not leave my refraction to a technician, which is great because of a certain condition in one my eyes. She was extremely patient and understanding and explained everything while trying different lenses. Also, by agreeing to an OCT (which is a necessity given the eye condition), she was able to give me full exam without needing to dilate my eyes. I can finally stop shopping around for an eye doctor.

I originally came here out of urgency—my usual optometrist isn’t open on weekends, and my daughter developed an eye infection that needed attention right away. I was stressed and worried, but from the moment we walked in, I knew we were in great hands. Their level of thoroughness and genuine care completely won me over, and the experience was so positive that we decided to switch to them as our regular eye clinic. From the front desk to the staff to the eye doctor, everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Dr. Nguyen was exceptional—thorough, patient, and incredibly clear in her explanations. She took the time to walk my daughter through each step, making sure she felt safe and comfortable, even though she wasn’t feeling her best. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Kate, who helped us with the prescription glasses for my kids. She was AMAZING. I scheduled an appointment with Optic Gallery and, at the time of booking, I let them know that I might be running a few minutes late due to a court hearing—I’m an attorney, and sometimes hearings run over.

As I feared, my court appearance went long. I arrived just two minutes late to the appointment. Not ten. Not fifteen. Two.

Despite having flagged the possibility of being late in advance, I was told the appointment had already been canceled. No attempt to accommodate. No grace period. No acknowledgment of the reason I had mentioned ahead of time. They even called me from the parking lot and I told them I could not find their store and they stated it was fine.

This wasn’t a no-show, and it wasn’t a surprise. It was a situation I communicated clearly when scheduling—and yet I was met with zero flexibility or courtesy.

If you’re someone who juggles real-life responsibilities—especially professional ones where exact timing isn’t always within your control—this practice may not be for you. Their approach left me disappointed, disrespected, and wondering what kind of “care” they’re actually offering.

This is by far the best source for all your eye health and vision needs in the Las Vegas area. I had an eye exam by Dr. Justin Hart. He was patient, polite and very down to earth. He took the time to explain everything about my eyes to me and answered my questions with obvious knowledge and comfortable professionalism. He got my vision corrected to 20/20 and performed a thorough exam.

She had a better idea of what I wanted then I had, and found the perfect frames for me. I’ve been going to Optic Gallery for years and this location is probably my favorite!! Everyone is so efficient and friendly! I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Nguyen was awesome! She gave great feedback when it comes to my contact lenses and gave tips for my dry eyes. Big shout out to Noel for helping me pick up my frames! Great service in a nice facility. I have been going to Optic Gallery for several years. Scheduling appointments is very easy. Even if I had an issue with my contact lens, I as able to see a doctor right away.
You are greeted by one of the friendly staff when checking in. They make you feel comfortable while waiting in the lobby.
The wait time before you are seen by one of technicians is reasonable. The technicians are friendly, professional and thorough in performing the various tests.
Doctor Hart and doctor Wynn are professional and knowledgeable and they explain everything in detail and answer your questions.
I highly recommend going to Optic gallery.

I have been visiting optical gallery for a few years now and I’m so glad I came across this practice! On top of having a great selection of frames, I’ve been seen by both Dr. Hart and Dr. Nguyen and feel like I’ve received the best eye care from both. I was able to get a quick appointment. The staff was very helpful n so friendly. I met with Dr. Alaina Lavine. She was so knowledgeable n answered every question I had which was a lot. I had cataract surgery and after months of healing, having to have another YAG procedure on both eyes, my vision was still blurry. I appreciate how Aly n the other girls help select glasses for me n gave their input which looked the best. It has been 5 months being unable to see clearly. Aly put a rush on my order. I really appreciate that.
I had been in before to get my previous glasses adjusted and fixed. The suite is clean n spacious. I was not rushed or interrupted like the other optical store I used to go to. The staff made me feel special n took special care of me.

I only have the best experiences here, regardless of my occular issues. The staff is amazing. I went there one time, just once before, and they recognized me and asked me if what was going on had cleared up. I feel they care about me as a human being and they treat me like one too. I'm very indecisive and they're so patient with me, give me fantastic advice, they're up front about what you're prices and what the materials do and don't do for you.

Thank you to Noel, and my previous tech, and all the techs there today for not only amazing rapport, but not making me dread going to the eye doc.

They got me into an exam within 20 minutes even though I was a walk-in. There was an issue where the type of transition lenses I chose were not compatible with the lens type I wanted, but I was contacted within an hour to resolve the issue and get my glasses ordered. Once my order arrived, I was in and out with my new glasses in under 15 minutes. Overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient shopping experience. Dr. Levine and Emily were both courteous and helpful during my examination and subsequent frame shopping, and I plan to return the next time I need glasses.

Optic Gallery on Seven Hills and St Rose pkwy Have the best staff and a whole bunch oh styles of frames to choose from. It is a pleasant environment with modern and clean equipment. I just took my son there yesterday and had his eyes checked. All good. I got me a pair or Tom Ford titanium frames and a pair John Vervatos as a back up and a change of style.
