I am deeply disappointed by my recent visit. This establishment cares far more about extracting money from patients than providing genuine eye care.The entire experience felt like a high-pressure sales pitch. I felt pushed to buy overpriced designer frames and unnecessary lens add-ons. To make matters worse, they try to tack on hidden fees and extra charges for standard procedures.Eye health is essential, but this optical shop treats patients like open wallets. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want an honest provider .

After my first visit, I knew I had found my eye doctor for life. I won’t be going anywhere else and I have been going there for years now.

Can’t thank the staff here enough for making our visit as easy as possible. We had to bring our 3 toddlers with us and it’s never easy to do appointments with all the kids. But the staff kept our kids entertained letting them color with their highlighters and giving them rides in their office chairs while we got our eye exams. The entire "front of the house" staff are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Dr. Lavine is the best Optometrist I've seen in the Vegas/Henderson area in the amost 4 years I have been here. She is the only one who did not leave my refraction to a technician, which is great because of a certain condition in one my eyes. She was extremely patient and understanding and explained everything while trying different lenses. Also, by agreeing to an OCT (which is a necessity given the eye condition), she was able to give me full exam without needing to dilate my eyes. I can finally stop shopping around for an eye doctor.

I originally came here out of urgency—my usual optometrist isn’t open on weekends, and my daughter developed an eye infection that needed attention right away. I was stressed and worried, but from the moment we walked in, I knew we were in great hands. Again, Dr. Lavine and her amazing staff went above and beyond for us. I took my husband, and at a separate appointment his friend, both who are on walkers and suffer from dementia. Upon arrival, Ashton was so welcoming, on both visits. You immediately feel like you're a part of the family. And Liz, well, she went to the max to ensure both old guys were positioned properly for all diagnostics. As for Dr. Lavine, well, she can read her patients in an instant. She knows how to ask them questions so they can respond accurately. She's so kind, caring and she does not rush them... Just a really great, thorough exam for both. Then, Emily after for new glasses. Well, she's simply delightful. Her smile and warmth, again no rushing, was such a gift. We've had other Eye Docs and none can come close to Dr. Lavine and her amazing team. We're so very grateful. I scheduled an appointment with Optic Gallery and, at the time of booking, I let them know that I might be running a few minutes late due to a court hearing—I’m an attorney, and sometimes hearings run over.

As I feared, my court appearance went long. I arrived just two minutes late to the appointment. Not ten. Not fifteen. Two.

Despite having flagged the possibility of being late in advance, I was told the appointment had already been canceled. No attempt to accommodate. No grace period. No acknowledgment of the reason I had mentioned ahead of time. They even called me from the parking lot and I told them I could not find their store and they stated it was fine.

This wasn’t a no-show, and it wasn’t a surprise. It was a situation I communicated clearly when scheduling—and yet I was met with zero flexibility or courtesy.

If you’re someone who juggles real-life responsibilities—especially professional ones where exact timing isn’t always within your control—this practice may not be for you. Their approach left me disappointed, disrespected, and wondering what kind of “care” they’re actually offering.

This is by far the best source for all your eye health and vision needs in the Las Vegas area. My family and I have been patients for over 10 years and the entire staff, from the technicians and admin team to the Med Techs/PAs and Doctors all bring their A-game every day. The service is good. Bad review is for the bifocal lens that cost over $200. I can’t wear these glasses. Anything and everything off center is blurry. At least with reading glasses, my eyes can transition. I spent $270, after insurance and I’m buying $2 Amazon glasses today… I won’t/can’t wear the expensive ones..

I had an eye exam by Dr. Justin Hart. He was patient, polite and very down to earth. He took the time to explain everything about my eyes to me and answered my questions with obvious knowledge and comfortable professionalism. He got my vision corrected to 20/20 and performed a thorough exam.
The office staff was exceedingly polite and friendly at check-in, and the technician that helped select my frames was excellent. She had a better idea of what I wanted then I had, and found the perfect frames for me. She went out of her way to explain the options available for lenses and worked out my insurance so that my payment was minimal.
The office is clean, well-staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people who obviously care about the patients that come in. I didn't wait at all for any segment of the exam procedure, and was out of the office and on my way in record time.
I highly recommend this practice and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Great service in a nice facility. I have been going to Optic Gallery for several years. Scheduling appointments is very easy. Even if I had an issue with my contact lens, I as able to see a doctor right away.
You are greeted by one of the friendly staff when checking in. They make you feel comfortable while waiting in the lobby.
