NuThera is an OWCP-enrolled medical practice in Las Vegas (Rainbow / Spring Valley) treating federal workers' compensation injuries, DOL claims, and personal injury cases. Our physicians, physician associates, and licensed physical therapist deliver coordinated, evidence-based care — from initial evaluation through return-to-work planning. We handle the clinical documentation federal claims require, including CA-1, CA-2, CA-17, and CA-20 forms. Services include OWCP / DOL injury recovery, personal injury care, primary care, medical weight management, and advanced rehabilitation modalities. Nevada GOED Tier 2 certified. I went to NuThera because of my work related injuries and to have a medical evaluation to present my case to the Department of Labor (DOL). Ms. Ashely Shuarez, PA-C and her team provided compassionate and very detail oriented evaluation and had been truly instrumental in my recovery. They provided comprehensive care that is very timely and effective in addressing my health's concerns. They are very knowledgeable about the DOL case process and when DOL requested an additional information, Ms. Ashely Shuarez PA-C and her team presented it together with the supporting evidence from the medical research literature.
I also want to say a very special thank you to Mr. Jessy Hervey, PA who is also a part of the team, for creating for me a very specialized PT sessions and for his expertise and kindness when answering my numerous questions during this stressful time. I am also supported by Ms. Tiffany who is lovingly guiding me through my communication with complex DOL system.
The NuThera also provides PT and Ms. Marlo is very instrumental in my recovery progress. Her PT treatments are well designed and powerful and very encouraging. The front desk and Ms. Destiny is making the process of scheduling times and keeping up with DOL requests for additional documents very easy. Thank you NuThera for providing compassionate, high quality integrated healthcare, Las Vegas needs more of it.

Been going to Nuthera for a few months now for my shoulder injury and I've gotta say it's the best of the best. EVERYONE is incredibly patient and kind, turning what could be a boring "transactional" experience to a personable road to recovery.

While delivering wound care treatment to my mother ,who has a stage 3 bed sore, he has shown compassion, kindness ,and dedication to improving her very dire condition. What a dedicated healer.! He is a wonderful asset to this clinic.

I went as a new patient. Ashley took the time to listen and she was very thorough. Office staff is wonderful. To my amazement I was sent the notes of my visit to refresh my memory😊. They were all kind and professional and very attentive. I am impressed. I’ve been to other medical facilities since moving to Vegas less than 2 years ago and was not impressed with their care of service. I referred my husband and he was amazed with the service just as I was. It was my daughter who referred me.

Thankful to have Ashley Suarez, PA and the Nuthera team helping manage my care. They’ve made primary care visits easier whether it’s in person or via tele health with easy communication via texts or phone calls. They’ve even made things more convenient by coordinating for medications to be delivered directly to my door same day in some situations. They go above and beyond to help their patients.
I’m also excited to have used some of their other lifestyle services. They helped kickstart my weight loss journey a few months ago and I’m happy to say I’m 26 lbs down and so happy with the results. They have other great services that I’m excited to incorporate into my weight loss journey. Hoping to add their Emsculptneo service to my weight loss/fitness journey.
100% would recommend wether you need a primary care provider, someone to help you with weight loss, nutrition/health/wellness guidance, they have so many great services to offer and make it easy that its all in one place.

This new Clinic is in good hands. The PA Ashley Suarez is young and innovative and ready to help you figure out the best approach to a healthier you. I spoke to NuThera about some gut issues I was having including lots of bloating and they scheduled some blood test and we found out I have a gluten intolerance. All other other Doctors have missed this before. They sent a diet change pamphlet and I’m ready to start on this new path to a healthier gut thanks to them.
