I’m new in town and needed to establish a primary care doctor. I’ve been going through some difficult circumstances physically and mentally. Dr. Shanks was so supportive and caring, I felt like I was part of the family. Yvette, Veronica and Yiset from the front and back office were equally wonderful. Extremely frustrated after having my virtual appointment that I scheduled weeks ago canceled ONLY HOURS before it’s supposed to begin and with minimal effort to reach out to me notifying me of this. I understand their reasoning is that they would like to see new patients in person for their first visit. However, if that is the case the many options of “NEW PATIENT VIDEO VISITS” needs to be taken off their portal.
As someone who works full time I’m frustrated that I wasn’t contacted sooner for rescheduling. Requesting time off work isn’t easy, and having my appointment canceled hours before it’s supposed to begin was a waste of my time and now I’m forced to request off more time from work. Had they contacted me earlier instead of THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT I could’ve rearranged time off with my work. Again…this appointment was scheduled weeks in advance.

It’s a week later, and they called to cancel my appointment the day of, for the second time in a row, which I also requested time off work for. Honestly at this point I’m frustrated enough I’m gonna start looking elsewhere for a primary care. Maybe somewhere else they are a little more courteous when it comes to wasting people’s time.

New patient here and let me say the first visit went well enough. I had no issues with them until needing to get a prescription refilled. I have been trying to get this filled for a week. Was rejected by the pharmacy erroneously and has been a nightmare. Even just the initial request took days as they did not respond till the pharmacy requested it twice and I called. After many calls this week which be prepared to sit on hold (30 mins at least each call for a refill request) which if it was just once ok but this has been MULTIPLE calls to get it filled. It makes me question if they really have the capacity to take on new patients. 🧐 I asked to speak to the supervisor and surprise… they were in a meeting. I guess I’ll enjoy my weekend with high blood sugar….

Adding to this review that I am going through this AGAIN with a new medication I’ve been prescribed only now when I called to check on the status I was told it was not in my file or a record of it.

In addition, I called the number provided in the reply below… went to voicemail. Days later and no return call. Also, interestingly they noted I spoke to a supervisor which I did not… they did not even call me back as I was advised.

I needed a lab test to verify a medication an urgent care Dr prescribed was working before I ran out. Idf it was doing the job I then needed doctor to write a new prescription. My doctor wasn't available but I saw PA Margarita Shanks and she was very nice, efficient and made me feel very comfortable. Her assistant was also extremely nice. I immediately went to get the lab work done and would definitely recommend her services! Intermountain Health on Craig is the best!

Well they have me seeing a different doctor than my primary care doctor but the doctor I've been seeing is good she listens to all your concerns and problems and cares my primary care doctor is amber Quave I be bern trying to get in to see her but they tell me she's on vacation or is out but when i go to intermountain she's always there i dont understand that but Dr. Nathania Smith is good the one I've been seeing since Dec 5 th ,okay so finally I been back seen my primary care physician amber Quave she has an excuse for everything, she's not very concerned about my current medical problems that's going on when I last seen her was April 17 2025 due to ER visit and results of x rays and she had no type of concerns of those x rays I have the paper results and saw everything they said concerning back / spine she rushed to get out of the room and stated she had another patient and make another appointment not happy with her at all to me amber Quave has no consideration for what i try to tell her or show her she put on a smile cause its her job

This has been found to be on of the better doctors offices around Las Vegas. You get seen by your doctor and can get your labs done in the same building. How cool is that I love this office everyone is so friendly here. They had the top phlebotomist here they only stick you once and the have the vein. I arrived a bit early and was fortunate to be seen early. Andre did all the preliminary checks and was friendly and professional. He pulled bloodwork reports done earlier in the month, which saved both time and cost since I wouldn’t have to repeat those tests. Ditto previous chest X-ray. I saw PA D’Silva (pretty sure of title) who was equally professional and friendly, taking all pertinent information for establishing the care relationship, advised of and made referrals for additional tests and established follow on appointments. Make no mistake, this was a new day typical appointment where the pros are jammed with patients (Marcus Welby died a long time ago) so there was no wasted movement or conversation. Welcome to US healthcare. But, given the constraints providers must abide by, this was a very satisfactory experience.

I had an appt with Dr. D'Silva for a shoulder injury. My pain was not getting better but the doctor didn't seem concerned about that. It felt like she had more important things to do. I was not given any other option to deal with my pain and was then asked to drive to another health-care provider (Mountainview healthcare) where I went to an urgent care visit last week to get a copy of the x-rays. I drove over to the other Healthcare provider and requested the x-rays. I was given a DVD with the images and a summary letter. I then drove back over to Intermountain health care to deliver the requested x-rays. I was told by the receptionist that they could not download any images. She took a photocopy of the summary letter. I asked the receptionist to please have the doctor contact me for a resolution to my pain. I have not received a call back.

The PA D’Silva needs to stop trying to play Dr. and go home. I been a patient of Dr Quave and hadn’t seen her for last year do to no insurance. I now have insurance and couldn’t see my dr cause she was booked out and I needed to get back on my meds so I saw the PA. I been taking nortryptoline and nurtec both since 2020 and before that was taking nortryptoline and imitrex.. Every dr has been prescribing and now this PA thinks she knows better than every dr I’ve ever seen in last twenty years and refuses to give me my nurtec migraine meds. Dr Quave and the previous Dr here at this location has prescribed me the nurtec and nortryptoline simultaneously. This is why I have not been seeing PAs and never will again. If you come here do not see the PA.

Also I told this PA I have to be careful with ibuprofen since I’m prone to gastritis and what she do she tells me to take ibuprofen.

This facility is ok if you need a pa or doctor that takes almost any insurance. The followup is awful as it takes weeks sometimes. If you go in with a list to your appointment, make educated medical suggestions as to your treatments and tests, it is the best way to work with them. Also, they refer a person to other facilities far from their home or 5 to 6 months out for tests or specialists so be prepared to find your own and tell them you will only go to those you found.

I have been going here after my previous two PCP Offices could not keep up and handle my multiple issues. I saw Dr. Amber Quave for the first time in August, and not only did she and the Craig Clinic get me all set for my surgery in October, but they have now gotten ALL of my complex health issues addressed/handled, and I am finally caught up to date.

Example: I sent them an online message at 6 am after a Holiday weekend, and they addressed it with my Medical Supply company before noon that same day. Before I even called the other company!

I've found this Clinic to outstanding, and much more efficient and effective than my previous Dr. Office. I consider myself lucky to have found them and Dr. Amber Quave!

The office was not prepared for this call. They informed me that they never received medical records from my other specialists, which were important for this call. I was very disappointed. Obviously, this office did not follow up on obtaining those records. I had provided them with this information several months ago, and they did not follow through. I am extremely disappointed. Since this is my primary care office, I would hope for much better follow up and concern about my well-being.

Dr Rebecca D'Silva is the best doctor out of all my other primary care doctors. She's attentive,kind,she actually cares about listening to the patient,she also has amazing bedside manners :) . If you want a great doctor go for Dr Rebecca D'Silva. I looked around with my insurance and went through a huge list of primary care doctors that will never compare to Dr Rebecca D'Silva

This office is the worst. The doctor wants you to pay for blood work but then yet don’t read you the results, treat the results nor refer you to a provider to facilitate care. I’m an asthmatic and have AERD. Not once was I referred to a provider. I was told I needed an authorization from my health plan. I have a commercial PPO plan Aetna, who I work for. This place is a joke!!!

Customer service is awful. Call center reps are Awful. Providers do not care at all. I can't get refills on basic meds like BP meds. Appointments booked out months. I could not ask questions without being treated rudely. Awful Awful Awful.

I took off 2 stars because I go into 1302 B. I am in a wheelchair and the handicapped parks are not in front of the doors. Aside from me I see a lot of ppl come in using wheelchairs and walkers but there are no automatic handicapped friendly doors. Other than that my Dr (Dr Atif) is great and the staff is helpful.

I went today for some concerns and general health wellness. I went in anxious and afraid that what I thought was wrong would go unheard of. But Dr. Atif listened to me and didn't make me feel crazy. He helped so much and gave me the referrals I needed to get my life back on track. The nursing staff are amazing. The front desk ladies are so kind and caring. 1000/10 experience. I'm so glad I chose Intermountain Craig for my healthcare needs.

You don't realize that the doctors don't care when I called about a possible sinus infection and was due to travel the next day. After waiting several hours, I was contacted only to be told to go to urgent care, but I wasn't told they have urgent care that they are affiliated with, so I went to one I found online. They prescribed an antibiotic and the pill is just too big for me to take so after breaking them in half and realizing you're not supposed to break them in half I called my primary care and at 9:30 a.m. 1st phone call then again at 230 I called again. The person on the phone said that the doctor knows and that they'll get in touch with me but nobody ever got in touch with me and at 615 pm. I call and the person "helping" me hangs up on me after I told them I wanted to do their survey afterward the phone call. Obviously they didn't want me to do a survey because the doctor failed at getting back in touch with me to make sure That I was OK that I was on the right medication and that they were able to adjust it to something that I'd be able to take. After all, they are my Primary care. They have all of my information and shouldn't they be the one who's making sure that I was prescribed the right thing? When I called back again at 6:27pm and talk to a woman named Rachel, who was also very rude with me, she asked me oh did you need to change the dosage - change the dosage? Excuse me I'm not the doctor I just asked for something. I could take so that just goes to show you how much they're really not listening. She told me that the office was already closed and maybe somebody would get back to me tomorrow. Maybe wow, horrible, horrible healthcare service out here in Las Vegas. I'd keep looking for a caring staff if I'd only known!!

Having a very difficult time getting a simple referral sent out to my insurance! Dr. Smith and her staff haven’t returned my calls since 2/16/23. They just keep sending my referral to the wrong places. Impossible to ever get a hold of anyone or any help.

I’m a new patient and I was in and out in 35 minutes!! I did the paperwork online which I’m sure expedited the process. Dr. Quave was patient, attentive and answered all of my questions. The front office staff was very kind as well.
It takes awhile to get an appointment but it’s well worth the wait.

Folks are very nice here but they are slow. It takes months to get seen by a doctor, to get blood drawn, etc. I went to the doctor at the beginning of February. I needed a referral they said it would take 2 weeks for approval. Meanwhile it’s been a month waiting while I sit in discomfort. I’ve never had to wait this long for a referral at other offices. It typically is done the same day. Lovely folks, but I think they may need some help.
