My Experience from check in to check out and of course In between was BY FAR THE BEST CONCENTRA IVE VISITED!!!! The staff was Very Warm Welcoming and had a STRONG WILLINGNESS OF WORK ETHICS!!! The receptionist had Beautiful how may i help you Smiles!! The intake staff that performed the physical had a swift.. smooth.. thorough flow announced back to me my numbers I did not have to ask .. THE DR OH MY Very Thorough... informative.... had a beautiful listening ear and was genuinely concerned if one had questions or if he seen something a bit off with the results of the physical he was more than willing to explain so one can understand. I visited this Concentra to have bloodwork and a shot for a job. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had getting something as simple as bloodwork and a shot. The tech was unorganized and confused. He would come in the room and leave out the room because each time he would forget paperwork or to go ask questions and that was simply for the DTap shot. The bloodwork was the absolute worse. First off, he had one glove on and the other off. 2nd, again he would forget stuff and have to leave out the room. 3rd he forgot the paperwork with the orders of what to draw, and lastly, he stuck me, got one tube and in the middle of reaching for the 2nd tube the needle came out the vein so blood is running all down my arm. He eventually called another tech to come and finish. Then lastly, he didn’t even have my labels for the tube. I was honestly afraid that he would mix my tubes with another patient’s labels or vice versa. Again, the absolute worse experience ever. He couldn’t even put the bandaid on properly.

Wait time is horrible. They have ppl drawing blood who don’t know how. I was stuck twice because the gave me a nurse that had no idea what she was doing. Then once yu get to the back he wait is ugly. I wasn’t the only one complaining when I went to my apt the person heard me complaining from down the hall and decided to complain as well. He was only waiting for release papers so he could leave. I would give a ZERO rating if available. I could not give an initial urine sample for a pre-employment drug test. I was told that I could not leave the building and to drink more water. I finally gave a sample after waiting an additional 2 hours and drinking (10) 8 ounce cups of water. The lab said the sample was mishandled by the tech. Now, I am going to LabCorp this Friday. Over 12 years in trucking, I have completed hundreds of DOT medical exams across different states. I can confidently say this was one of the most inefficient and outdated experiences I’ve ever had.

I was initially told I could not be seen because I did not provide the last name of a company contact person. In all my years of DOT exams, this has never been required, and in the trucking industry companies do not typically disclose employees’ last names. All required personal and company information had already been officially submitted through my company’s request.

It should also not be the patient’s responsibility to deal with internal or administrative issues related to the fact that a company works through a third-party provider. If multiple intermediaries are involved, it is the medical center’s responsibility to streamline the process, not the driver’s burden to compensate for inefficient workflows.

The organization was extremely poor.
After 45 minutes of waiting, I was:
• asked to fill out two paper forms with identical information,
• then asked to enter the same information again on a tablet.

It is 2025, and forcing patients to repeatedly enter the same data that is already on file feels completely outdated and unnecessary.

In total, I spent nearly two hours waiting for a procedure that takes only a few minutes. For a professional driver, lost time means lost income, and this was clearly not taken into consideration.

Conclusion:
This facility urgently needs to modernize its processes. Excessive paperwork, duplicated forms, and disregard for patients’ time significantly reduce the quality of service. I would not choose to return.

I’ve been coming here for continuing care for about a month now. My Doctor is very sweet and took his time to explain lab results with me, I don’t feel rushed when he’s speaking to me.

The medical assistants and techs have all made me feel comfortable and safe. They’re all very sweet and you can tell they all have a good work relationship. It’s nice to see them laugh and enjoy their job.

Christian always has my back and manages to only stick me once, I’m usually a hard stick but he makes everything seamless and easy with a few laughs in between. Overall a 10/10 experience. I truly enjoy being a patient here!

Front desk staff was rude. I was just taking a hearing test. The doctor was great. The first person that took me back did not care if the equipment was clean and dismissed my concerns. The guy that checked me out was great. This place definitely has staffing and cleanliness issues.

The staff was efficient and helpful the tech had a sense of humor, I was in and out with little wait. The truck pulls on tv was cool, location was a bit out of the way but, RTC was in their game so all was good.
