On October 2nd,2026 I had a scheduled visit with Dr.Peter Su. After waiting in the waiting room almost an hour after my scheduled appointment to see Dr. Su for 5mins. He was very short. Dr. Su Didn't care to listen to what was important what I needed to ask. I work in the medical field and Dr.Peter Su was very unprofessional and wasted my time. I left this appointment upset and disappointed.
I wish I couldn't add no stars but I couldn't add this comment but I give this place 0nstars and they can thank Dr. Su. He makes concentra look bad.

I would give a ZERO rating if available. I could not give an initial urine sample for a pre-employment drug test. I was told that I could not leave the building and to drink more water. I finally gave a sample after waiting an additional 2 hours and drinking (10) 8 ounce cups of water. The lab said the sample was mishandled by the tech. Now, I am going to LabCorp this Friday. Do not waste your time at this place!

Well honestly, the dr and staff are above par, however the wait is awful! 30 minutes in the waiting room, another 30 in the exam room, and another 20 to discharge.. and 4 people waiting..kinda sucks
I went back this time 9-23-26. And what a turn around! Much better this time they took me right in and I didn’t wait at all. Thank god! I received my treatment post haste and they got me on my way. Saw the same doc as before too wat up Jason! Great doc! Good job much better.

Do not go to these people for a D.O.T. physical they scam you to get more money. It doesn't matter if you are in great condition, they do not give you the 2 year medical card.. I am 60+ years old and for the pass 42 years I have received a 2 year medical card each time except for one time. After my exam this time, the doctor said everything was great and that he would give me a card for one year. HE LIED , when I looked at my paperwork in the car, the card expires in 3 months. That's the scam to get you to keep coming back to pay for the exam and card every 3 months instead of once a year or every 2 years. Do not go to this place, even if you job is paying for it. They are money hungry scammers.

I believe her name was Brooke, and she was great. First off, I signing in process was quick and easy, but when it was my turn, turned out I had “inadequate specimen.” I was worried that it would be a problem, but Brooke simply told me that if I wait in the lobby and drink enough water, I can try it again, as long as I didn’t step outside of the building and did it within thr 3 hour limit. I did just that and within 20-30 I was back in and out.

Went in for a pre-employment drug test. Waited 30 minutes to get called back. The staff wasn’t rude, not happy or nice, just not rude. The girl who took my sample said if I didn’t hear back about the test in an hour then there was something in my urine. I never heard back from them at all, I just got my congratulations email from my employer so I knew I passed. Maybe don’t say that to people.

This Concentra location provides long wait times , rushed exams , poor evaluations , and poor communication. Routinely downplays your injuries. My injury, pain, and symptoms weren’t taken seriously or properly evaluated . Ignored my X-ray and MRI findings . This may be convenient for employers, but for patients who are actually in pain and need medical attention, the care is inadequate.

I visited this Concentra to have bloodwork and a shot for a job. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had getting something as simple as bloodwork and a shot. The tech was unorganized and confused. He would come in the room and leave out the room because each time he would forget paperwork or to go ask questions and that was simply for the DTap shot. The bloodwork was the absolute worse. First off, he had one glove on and the other off. 2nd, again he would forget stuff and have to leave out the room. 3rd he forgot the paperwork with the orders of what to draw, and lastly, he stuck me, got one tube and in the middle of reaching for the 2nd tube the needle came out the vein so blood is running all down my arm. He eventually called another tech to come and finish. Then lastly, he didn’t even have my labels for the tube. I was honestly afraid that he would mix my tubes with another patient’s labels or vice versa. Again, the absolute worse experience ever. He couldn’t even put the bandaid on properly.

Wait time is horrible. They have ppl drawing blood who don’t know how. I was stuck twice because the gave me a nurse that had no idea what she was doing. Then once yu get to the back he wait is ugly.
