I absolutely love Doctor Wingard. My Mother is 82 and he is so kind, patient and understands her needs. He takes his time to talk with us and listen to her which is so important when your 82.. I’m most definitely impressed with all the staff at intermountain health. Thank you for caring.

Both my husband and I had Dr. Windgard as our primary doctor, until we received a call that he is no accepting our Health Care Plan. He is a great listener, just an overall great Dr. We will miss having Dr. Windgard as our Primary Doctor.

My wife and I have been seeing dr wingard for over 14 years. I had an appointment with him on August 17 and on August 5 I received s call from some one at his office I could barely understand. She told me that he doesn’t take our insurance anymore and he moved to Henderson. Well I have been going to this office since 2001 when I first started seeing dr roben. When he left I received a letter explaining why and told me I will see dr wingard. So I been seeing him since 2004. I think it was wrong how they did this. So this office lost 2 patients who have been loyal to the doctors and this office since 2001. I can’t understand how you treat your patients like this.

Unfortunately this doctor got the worst customer service I’ve ever seen not the first time that I had scheduled an appointment with the doctor and nobody called me to let me know I cannot come in. every time I call very rude girls on the phone it doesn’t matter How urgent you need to see the doctor it’s always going to be in three month appointment! It’s my primary doctor and the girls decided to tell me 10 minuets before my schedule appointment the he decided not to take my insurance thank you for calling me in advance I canceled a trip to California after they told me two days ago that if I’m not going to make it I’ll need to see him in three weeks- you could have told me then he doesn’t take Cigna—- you asked me what insurance I have!!!!

I have been seeing Doctor Wingard since I was 12 years old I'm now 47. Dr. Wingard is the best doctor in the world he cares about you as an individual he listens to you and fixes you. It takes a while to get to see him because he's so good because he actually takes the time to listen to you and figure out what's going on in your life to better assess your problem. But the wait is definitely worth it he's great.

Dr wingard is the best he was my dr. For more the ten years until health partners decided to change Medicare patients AARP Medicare complete to different clinics been bumped to different dr and location so dissapointed in health partners so hard to adjust still can’t find a dr 🙁

My husband Thomas Wu has a pain at the join of hip and leg. My primary doctor was no in office this day. The staff sent us to urgent care at 9499 W Charlestown Blvd. This was Thursday 4/28/16.
We went there. Wait an hour. Dr. Janffery Powers came in examining him. Ask him pain level 1 to10 ?
Without hesitation she got the answer is 10 . She checked him sent him for X-ray. Took pictures. Dr. Powers told us that she checked the pictures did not see any problems. Have to wait the experts see the pictures, tomorrow . If still can not see any problem . The next step is (Kaskai ?). this was Thursday. She promises she will call us on Friday . Friday I call Dr Power. The reception told us the Dr have not check the report yet. Before 5:00 pm. I call again Share(?) answer the phone say DR.POWER LEFT. We changed some words finally she agree that : Dr .Winfdgard will see the X-ray report and call me TODAY ( Friday). I never get an answer from this office so far.
Not only Dr. Power but the staffs are so irresponsible too. I wonder if Dr Winfdgard got the answer.
With the trust. We miss the chance to counsulting with my primary Doctor .
By the way your survey are useless . The staffs and the dr are very curtesy but solve no problems.

Dr. Wingard has been my physician for 20 years. During that time, I have developed many major health issues. I truly credit him for the fact that I am still alive. There is no doctor on earth who is more caring and truly concerned with the well being of his patients. If you end up having to wait in order to be seen by him, you will also receive the time necessary to address your medical concerns.
