I was suffering for 2 years from an accident, I could not turn my neck to look from side to side or lift and twist my back past a certain point, they were able to get full permanent movement, in both neck and lower Spine . Horrible experience! Booked online and showed up for appointment. Appointment consisted of a staff member showing me the facility, then handing me off to reception who said, "would you like to schedule an appointment in two weeks?" Today was my appointment!? I just completed physical therapy the Henderson office. I was very pleased with my interactions with Maria at the front desk. She was always happy, extremely efficient, organized and on top of everything. The treatment I received from Dr. Box was very effective. She was also a real pleasure to deal with. The PT techs were both great. They delivered the therapy with great care, knowledge and good humor.
The main reason that I am writing this review is because of my experience with Dr. Caroline, the physical therapist. She is a real sweetheart, but that is only a small part of what makes her the best PT I have ever dealt with. I'm 70 yrs old and I've seen my fair share of PTs. She listened to all my problems, and came up with solutions for all of them. She even solved a problem no one else could find an answer to. I even consulted physicians, and they couldn't solve my issue. I can not praise her enough. All I can do is let you know how wonderful she is and recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.

***BEWARE*** FRAUD*** I had a consultation, insurance paid and I co-paided cash during the visit. Six months later I get a bill in the mail. I wasn't expecting an additional bill, but for $30, whatever, I'll pay it and be done. The bill doesn't have an online payment option and can only be paid via mail (what business in 2025 doesn't have an online option to pay) seemed suspicious so I decided to pay in person (I have a receipt).

One month later, I received another bill stating the bill I PAID IN PERSON is past due and the charges have doubled. I called the number on the bill and got an answering service. I left a message but have not been contacted back. I called the physical location and was told "they switched billing companies and things are being missed"... or something to that extent.

The person I spoke to said she'd make a note on my account and will have the billing department contact me. I have not been contacted.

Do not go here. I mentioned I went to the ER with pain to my left side and the hospital instructed it was pulled muscle pain. I made an appointment to seek reasons for the constant left side neck back and shoulder pain and was instructed I was in the wrong place and I must have had a panic attack. Panic attacks don’t cause constant shoulder neck and back pain with no other symptoms. This was the weirdest experience I’ve ever had. No examination, no follow up questions. Super weird and uncomfortable, but got to wait 40 minutes to have my temperature taken.

Everyone here is so fantastic! As a previous healthcare worker myself who worked in hospitals, I can say their expertise, knowledge, skills, and care they provide is highly recommended. I have multiple issues being addressed from the side of physical therapy with Dr. Linck, and Stephanie in charge of my care. This is the first time in years, I'm finally receiving the proper therapy, and work to strengthen my "straightening" lordosis inward curvature of my neck that causes awful constant pain from a past injury. My back also has severe lordosis along with a severe autoimmune issue. I don't trust just anyone to work on my neck especially, but I trust them here. The neck traction therapy done on the chiropractic side is helpful, Vince on the chiropractic side is excellent. And everyone at the front desk are super helpful and friendly especially Lindsey, whenever you need to schedule appts, get insurance claims taken care of, or anything else, I know I'm always taken care of. I verified with my insurance that my chiropractor adjustments with full X-rays and ultrasound are covered under my copay by several insurance representatives before going in to the office and after being handed a large bill on the date of my initial appointment. Unfortunately I believe this facility is not practicing ethically and are overcharging for services that are covered by insurance. I suggest looking elsewhere for services.

I recently had knee replacement surgery. I chose ASP for my Physical Therapy provider. I get to work with a therapist one-on-one and am not just given a series of exercises to do. I found out after I started PT that my insurance is now out of network (thank you Teacher’s Health) but I am staying here since this is the first PT provider ever that looks at my progress and works to modify what I need to meet my goals.

The facilities provide comprehensive health care. I came to get my frozen shoulder evaluated and the physical therapy team was extremely attentive and caring. The PT's evaluate and create specific programs for your needs so you meet your physical goals. They and the PT assistants challenge you so you can get well! I was very skeptical about coming to this Chiropractor because I had a family Chiropractor who was about care and not about money all the time, he ended up passing and I went months without a Chiropractor. When I found ASP and walked into their building I thought they were only about taking their patients money and providing minimum care, but as I did the intake I got another experience. If anybody is ever looking for the best physical therapy in all of Las Vegas and surrounding cities oh, this is the place to go. I did my research and I am so incredibly happy with my decision to go with advanced spine and posture. Doctor Linck and his team are absolutely fantastic and such a rare thing, they know what they're doing. When I first started to go to this physical therapist I could not walk very well my right hand and wrist were completely locked up and I can actually type. Great place. I used to get headaches everyday with severe pain. After 10 visits I still had headaches, but the level of pain dropped dramatically. After a couple more months of consistently showing up my headaches were CURED. They educated me on the importance of spine health. They are the best. Today I said. " My knee hurts today. I go for PT for my neck not my knee Dr. Emily said. " Yes it's related to your back. Here let me show you. I love the whole vibe in the office. It feels like a family and everyone is always happy and smiling and so friendly. From the front desk with Shay and to the floor staff Jordan and Hedi and Dr. Trey! I love going there after a long day and get my work out in for stretching my back and neck and the injections that I was afraid to do but it's working. This is the best place they care about. My daughter was going there and she told me nothing but great things about Advance Chiropractor. The team works would fully together. I called them up one day because I couldn’t walk they said come on in . As so as I got there they new what they have to do to help the pain. Boy I was so happy I thought am not going to be able to walk. But I was up and walking so much better.
So if you have pain this is the place for you. I done everything I could do. I decided to say I’m getting help. I’d rather be in good hands instead of the doctors hands that they want to do is cut me open. And then after they do that they don’t want to see you no more that’s been my luck in Las Vegas Nevada. And I have been here since 1977. Just letting you all to check this place out and they’re great and the personalities are awesome and I will be going to I can deal with the pain with no drugs.
