I had three Resurfx treatments in 2024, and everything went really well. I was happy with how it turned out and got along fine with the office and staff.

In November 2024, I booked a consultation for my mom, who was flying in from California to get the same kind of treatment. But on the morning of her appointment, they called and said their machine was down for servicing, so they had to cancel. It was annoying since she was coming all that way, but we couldn’t do anything about it. I asked the receptionist when we could reschedule, and she just said, “I don’t know, I’ll call you back.”

Two weeks went by with no call, so I followed up again. They still didn’t have an answer about when my mom could come in.

It’s now late March 2025, over four months later, and their communication has been awful. Luckily, there are plenty of other places around here that do the same thing and actually keep you in the loop.

I cant imagine a better provider than Doctor Zimmerman for my aesthetic needs. I am a healthcare worker and have been a patient of Dr. Zimmerman’s for 3+ years and met him when i noticed crows feet around my eyes and thought i wanted botox like a lot of my healthcare colleagues were getting. It was a scary venture for me because my face is the first thing people see when they meet me and i use my expressions to convey hope and trust. So i didnt want to look frozen. He helped me achieve the perfect balance between animation while isolating the offending muscle groups without bruising. I moved onto lip filler (i truly appreciate the nerve block-bc ouch!) also perfect results, no bruising, no duck bill, no seeping. This is one incredible doctor. Then i decided to take care of my abdomen; had 2 children years ago and despite exercise/good nutrition had extra skin and some stubborn fat. It’s the best thing ive done for myself. I absolutely love love love my results. If you are thinking about a big procedure he’s the man, good hands, safe practices, on site surgery and does what it takes to get the best results. absolute worst experience. went in for nonsurgical nose job and dr zimmerman was very condescending. he kept bringing up other things on my body that had nothing to do with my nose. it’s been over a year since my procedure with him and there was absolutely no difference in my nose’s appearance. in fact, after the first 3 months it looked worse. it was crooked and out of form. i actually liked how it looked before he touched it. 0/10 experience i would not recommend him. waste of $900!

Look I know this is a touchy subject for the Doctor ( I saw his respond for some old reviews on the same matter)
I called into his office to get an appointment, I truly do not have a procedure in mind, am new to aesthetic procedures.
The $500 dollars deposit to see the doctor is excessive.
What if I decide not to get a procedure? What if I don’t like the doctor( I have seen his videos and find him very knowledgeable and personable).
I presented this possibility to the staff member on the phone, her answer was the $500 would be used as consultation fee!!!🤯
$500 for a half an hour conversation that is nutty. Am happy to pay $200 for consultation not $500.

After being unsatisfied with a blepharoplasty performed by another doctor, I consulted Dr. Zimmerman. He was great! He listened to my problem and offered a solution. The results were more than I even hoped for. So I'm feeling outstanding and I haven't even had my procedures done yet. :) So once they were done with all my work, the care in which they helped me with bandaging, care steps, expectations for the first few days, Week 2, Week 4 were clear and played out exactly as they said it would. So now on to the results: As was said in Blazing Saddles, "Excuse me while I whip this out! :)". I will be taking several folks to pound town with my new fat juicy pickle.;) I love everything about my experience with Dr Z and his staff. It is a horrible place. I don't recommend it to anyone. The clerical employees and the medical assistants are rude and inefficient. No matter how many thousands of dollars you pay them, they have no consideration towards others. I will never go back to that place even though my surgery went wrong and I need another surgery. I would rather go to another doctor than go back to be mistreated by the untrained employees of that place. Please look somewhere else.

I went to aesthetic revolution to inquire about a semi permanent nose job (bellafill) because the results from the juvederm (temporary filler) I had gotten about two year ago were very good to me. I showed Monica photos of my juvederm nose job I had done before and also had showed her pictures of other celebrities noses that I liked and wanted to have replicated. She told me this look could be achieved with 1 syringe for $1250. She was VERY reassuring that this would be way more permanent than juvederm. She said “my name is going to be on your face so I want it to be done right”. I was very happy with how kind she was to me and right after the procedure it was very swollen and appeared to be how I wanted it. But after a few days went by my nose returned to the original shape I had when I went to aesthetic revolution the first day. I tried contacting them via email and phone, sending photos and comparisons to show that I was not happy with the work. I was told they will not fix it unless I pay another $1250. I have been trying to work a deal out with them because I find that price very unfair. Last time I called I was told Monica would call me back and I have never received that phone call. They will not work with me, and left me unsatisfied and down a months rent. They are very kind and reassuring to your face, but do not back up their work and I would even go as far to say that this place is very unprofessional and only seem to care about money and not their customers. Unfortunately, I flushed $1250 down the toilet and in order for them to fix it they want another $1250 from me.

I always reference the care and expertise of Dr. Edward Zimmerman as that of being an alchemist. Truly he takes the somewhat weathered 50 60 70 something-year-old and erases 15 years of life’s challenges. Once his artistry is complete one feels in alignment with their heart and their zest for life. Many of us, because of our nationality, prematurely age and show the trials of life quite early. It’s so wonderful when your heart is young and your glowing face and smile match your true nature. I learned a long time we are beautiful people trapped inside declining vehicles. Monica did my lips and Botox and I must say she is AMAZING. I’ve had my lips done at other places and it’s always been painful but she made this so painless. She was very much a perfectionist which I appreciate. She was very nurturing as well, a gentle spirit which made me feel comfortable since I have a very low pain tolerance. Also, My husband got some personal things done here by Dr.Zimmerman. I must say we BOTH enjoy the work he has done to him. I sent in several inquiries online and never received a response. tried calling multiple days and finally got through to a person yesterday who told me the receptionist was on the phone so they took my info and said she would call me back in about 5 minutes - 24 hours later still nothing. Usually cosmetic surgery places have good customer service since it is mostly out of pocket but this place has NO CUSTOMER service. You can't even get bad customer service from them - you get NO customer service from them. My experience with Aesthetic Revolution has been mixed. Dr. Zimmerman has great ratings and I have friends that have loved the results from getting Botox and fillers from him. However, I think age has him missing a step on surgery. I went in for a lower face and neck lift about 4 months ago. I still have puckering under one ear, my ears now stick out like Dumbo ears, and one side of my face is noticeably different from the other. The left side of my face looks much better than the right, going back to Dr. Z, right handed, missing a step when working on his “off” side. I will tell you that if you complain to Dr. Z, he does not want to hear you. All he wants to do is point to the before/after pictures and say, “see how much better you look!” I point out the puckering under my ears, his response is to point to the pictures and say, “see how much better you look!” I point out the way my ears stick out, his response is to point to the pictures and say, “see how much better you look!” I point out the differences in my face, his response is to point to the pictures and say, “see how much better you look!” I will grant there are improvements in my appearance, but the insignificant things to him, matter to me and are part of the overall success/failure of the procedure. Another nod to his either missing a step or arrogance, is he never calls me by name, it’s always “darling”. Worst of all, since I complained and made it clear I wasn’t happy with the results, I become the villain. He and his senior office staff have demonized and vilified me, doing everything to make me feel like the problems are all my fault and I’m just being completely unreasonable. The office manager, who did not introduce herself, so no idea her name, verbally attacked me at my last visit. I’m hoping attacking me made her feel better about the mistakes made on my face. There has absolutely no attempts made to explain how the problems could be remedied or how long it might take for my face to normalize, if ever. So, the bottom line is, Dr. Z is maybe OK for Botox and/or fillers, but find someone else if you plan surgery. I almost forgot, and this may have changed with the new offices, but he does not do surgeries in a sterile environment. I went in for my surgery wearing street clothes. It was just an exam room in their old office. With all the disease scares today, just another reason to stay away!!!

Dr. Zimmerman is the upmost skilled, educated, professional, innovative pladtice surgeon. His craftsmanship and experience is undeniable! I had liposuction and skin tightening to my upper arms and axillary in october and everyday my result blow me away! I have always been insecure about the way my arms look since i was a teen. After 3 years of research, 3 kids and consultations from other hopeful surgeons, non of them came close to Zimmermans expertise and experience! He gave me an upper body ive only dreamt of! My results blow me away everyday and it just keeps getting better! My arms look toned and slim because he is the best.
