I visited a few other neurologist in Nevada and unfortunately, I never found a doctor who could provide the type of care and attention I expected to address my issue.
I was at the point where I believed my only option was to seek care outside the state of Nevada, that is until I came across Dr. Scott Selco.
After doing my due diligence and reading reviews of current and past patient’s, I decided to give Dr. Selco a try and I’m glad I did. He had a wonderful disposition, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very welcoming.
After discussing my issue and reviewing my test results, he provided an extremely thorough analysis and explanation of the brain and the possible causes related to my issue.
He developed a very comprehensive plan moving forward should the need arise. I learned more and appreciated the time spent and his genuine interest in wanting to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed.
Dr Selco is a wonderful doctor and is someone I would definitely recommend should you need a neurologist in the Nevada area.

My experience with Henderson Neurology and Dr. Scott Selko has been outstanding. From the very first appointment, the entire office has been professional, organized, and genuinely welcoming.
The scheduling staff has been excellent—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. They make the process easy, communicate clearly, and treat patients with kindness and respect, which is greatly appreciated.
Dr. Selko is everything you hope for in a neurologist. He is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, thoroughly answers questions, and explains complex medical information in a way that is easy to understand. Most importantly, he truly seems to care about his patients and their families. His compassion, patience, and willingness to help make a difficult medical journey much easier.

What a great Dr! I went to Dr Selco for a second opinion and from the time I sat down with him to go over my paperwork, agreed with the diagnosis, provided a plan or treatment, blood tests to determon what exactly I had (CIDP), and at the end, I switched to Dr Selco and have been happy ever since. His treatment plan, engagement of my concerns and questions, his staff, and his way of doing neurology for rare conditions is so wonderful that I can't say enough good things. Thank you, Dr Selco!

I can't overstate how impressed I am with my experiences with Dr. Selco and his staff.
