I am a new transplant from NC and do not have family or friends and as a senior I am shocked at the lack of care I have received . Not only does she not care that I am in pain and have my pain clinic appoinment put far out she has my long time sleep medication put on hold and has it sent to the wrong location and has me stopped and as if it is something I need to be lectured about. I was already told incorrect information and delayed by "Albert" who said the medication would be approved and sent me to pick up only to be diverted by Blevins and on hold as if this is the Gestapo. I am in shock and on hold and in pain and the lack of empathy and compassion is unbelievable for this to be called a Senior Care Facility.

This was my first visit with my new primary physician, Jennifer Blevins. I was very happy to meet her and she seemed to feel the same. She went over most of my blood work(I am diabetic)since it had been sent to another doctor of mine by accident, I'm sure. We also talked about the plan of action which she wants to take particularly regarding the diabetes. One of my previous primaries has helped me get to the A1C of 7.1 when I was much higher. It's a slow process but I'm hoping that we can somewhat speed it up some. Maybe my new primary has some tricks of the trade tips.
