Avoid this doctors office. Front staff Diana causes billing issues. The front staff is negligent, unprofessional and does not resolve billing matters in a timely manner. I received a bill dated 01/19/2026 for services, still unresolved due to this office inputting the incorrect billing codes. The claim has been submitted multiple times to my insurance with error codes every time.

Dr. Daulat has been an excellent primary care physician for my 78‑year‑old mother, who has complex issues including GI bleeding, anemia, chronic back pain, and recurrent UTIs. He takes time to explain test results clearly, listens to our concerns, and never makes us feel rushed or dismissed.

He’s thoughtful about when to treat something himself and when to involve specialists, and he stays engaged even after referring her out. His combination of calm communication, sound clinical judgment, and genuine collaboration has made a stressful medical situation much more manageable. I highly recommend him, especially for medically complex older patients.

I had the worst experience with this doctor. First able he doesn’t listen to you. He is a primary doctor however he believes that know more than any endocrinologist or any other specialist!!! My mom arrived to the hospital with high glucosa but nothing serious , her blood sugar was normal right away just with IV but ones this guy arrived to the hospital started ordering insulin wand her sugar level get down causing her a coma!! I left the hospital ten minutes before that happen and the nurse call me and told me that my mom become convulsing after she give her the order from the doctor insulin’s however this guy said that was because of a reaction of some appetite medication!! Is a big liar and doesn’t have a minimum once of consideration . He been practicing with my mom to clear the insuline from her system so no one can verify the big mistake he did causing her to get worst and worst. This guy do not deserve to be call a doctor.

I chose this Dr. in late March, I actually got an appointment on 22 April, sent for labs, returned on May 4, the meeting with this condescending and rude Dr. was more than I could stomach. He told me to come back on June 4th. The assistant asked me why I was there, I said the Dr. made my appointment for today. First he should never be allowed to be called a Dr., a witch would be better served. I asked why I had 3 visits and my ailments are not being served, his response was “you can find another Dr., which he said 3 times before he took his pen and wrote VOID on my folder. He then told me to find a new Dr.

Do yourself a favor... Find another doctor. Preferably one with a better temperament, an office manager that actually works in the office, and works to help you solve a problem, instead of making yours worse.

My wife went to Dr. Daulat several times as a primary care physician, and while his demeanor and bedside manner was curt, that's not unexpected in the healthcare profession in Las Vegas. Many are overworked, undercompensated, and deal with a large volume of challenging patients.

However, during a recent visit, his behavior was dismissive, aggressive and unpleasant. She was asked to come into the office for a routine check-in before he would refill her prescriptions (very standard stuff) and during the visit her became derisive, and essentially told my wife that he would not refill a script for insulin. He explained that she clearly had no idea how to manage her diabetes and needed to seek additional care with an endocrinologist. Did he refer her to one? No. He felt that berating her for not currently having one (the most recent of which had closed their office here in Las Vegas) would be enough.

After his lecture, he then changed his mind, filled the script, but not at our preferred pharmacy. If any of you out there use insulin, you understand very well the cost of a bottle, and the difficulty in getting it at a price that you can afford. *HIS* preferred pharmacy charges significantly more per bottle, but that didn’t seem to factor into his tirade about his need to “work with a pharmacy he knew, in case he needed to speak to someone.”
I have worked in the healthcare field for 20+ years in this valley. My wife has been diabetic for 20+ years. Between us, we understand a great deal about managing insurance, physicians, and prescriptions. Dr. Dualat knows better than us and was not afraid to explain it, in a very unpleasant manner.

There are a long list of poor doctors in Las Vegas, and he is one of them. I would encourage you to find your healthcare elsewhere… Unless you enjoy abuse from a provider, in which case Girish Dualat, D.O. is your man!

Dr. Daulat is the best primary doctor. He is very knowledgeable. I went to multiple doctors to get me treated, however, only Dr. Daulat's expertise was able to diagnose me correctly. In this medical field, only few doctors can diagnose their patients correctly.

Way better than my previous healthcare office. Was tired of getting misdiagnosed by nurse practitioners and thankfully was able to come here and be seen by an actual doctor. Got the 4 referrals I needed in 1 appointment here, vs my last office which was 0 correctly done referrals in 3 appointments.

Dr Daulat is kind, outgoing, personable, and most importantly actually knowledgeable. Nurse practitioners can be nice, but with the knowledge gap they really should not be a person's primary healthcare provider. The staff were nice to me too.

If your are tired of getting passed off to PAs or NPs after scheduling an appointment, try this office. They clearly value the quality of the appointments rather than quantity.

My only complaint is no online scheduling from what I can tell which is slightly annoying. Making appointments by phone isn't too bad, but they only take emergency calls during lunch hours which makes it a bit of a hassle if you have a job.

Dr. Daulat in his team are caring professionals. I found him a straight shooter and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel rushed and he took his time to get to know me as a new patient and address any concerns. Definitely, would recommend this doctor and office staff.

Dr Daulat has saved my father’s life so many times. He is kind, listens intently and is smart about solving problems. This person is seriously saving lives with a compassion I have rarely seen. I have been taking my elderly father to providers for decades in Las Vegas. I highly recommend Dr Daulat and his medical team. My family cannot thank him enough 🙏

This doctor should retire. He is rude and yells at patients. Be cautious with this guy. He dosen't seem to know or understand that some medications Can be used for more than one condition. He also wants to make things harder on patients. I was asking to have a record faxed to another facility. He wanted the other facility to send him a letter with the request or come in and talk to him. Makes no sense. I'm making the request its my medical record. Just overall terrible experience.

The facility looks clean, and that is the nicest thing I can say about this place. They seem severely understaffed, the phone is busy half the morning, my voicemails haven't been returned, and they just lost a new P.A. for whatever reason.

My discontent stems from having been scheduled with the aforementioned P.A., yet upon his leaving the practice I was not notified and my test results (which I had been waiting a week to hear about) were just sitting there and NO ONE was going to call me. They were careless with my care and had no remorse at all. Over the phone the man I spoke with had a very uncaring tone and almost made it sound like there was nothing he could have done, but this was most definitely preventable.

Not to mention on my first visit I waited for over an hour only to see said P.A. for 10 minutes.

I still don't have my results because I now have to wait for DMC to send my medical records to a new facility because I will not go back to Daulat and would not recommend anyone else go there if they are looking for thorough care. This is not premier care.

Seriously the worst doctors experience I've ever had. I saw them in March of 2015 and the doctor gave me two medicines that don't go together that caused a reaction sending me to the hospital. Followed up by them trying to Bill me 240 dollars and my insurance never received a claim. I tried to contact them multiple times regarding this bill and I am always told they aren't able to help and someone will call me tomorrow. Nobody has ever called me back and I have tried to call multiple times. Now I'm in collections because of them. They still will not help me. My insurance said they never received the claim and I tried to call and get help. They refused to speak with me and said I can only talk to the collections agency. Now my credit is getting touched because of their inability to do their job. Bill my insurance properly and there would never be a problem. I think this was intentional to gain more money. Worst experience from a doctors office ever.

Few months later and debt collectors determined that Daulat was in the wrong and took the mark completely off my credit report thank goodness. There was still no cooperation from their office however thanks to my awesome insurance and the kind people at the debt collection agency my end is cleared. Still extremely disappointed with this company and I advise people to avoid them. I'm sure they do this to other people who don't put up a fight to get more money in their pockets. I still cannot believe how they tried to pull this on me, but I am ecstatic it did not work in their favor.
