Follow through is horrible for both the front office staff as well as Dr. Millman himself. For several months I have been trying to resolve an issue between this doctor’s office, my pharmacy, and my insurance. Phone calls are automatically put on hold. On the rare occasion I am able to speak to someone my requests are ignored and nobody ever seems to know if the good doctor is in and he’s certainly too busy to answer any questions. I have left messages with the staff as well as voicemails…all of which have been unanswered and ignored. I haven’t been able to get the medication I need and no one here has helped or even shown any concern. My pharmacy can’t even get the office on the phone. One star is too many. 👎

Dr Milman and his Nurse Practitioner are excellent! I am very, very, concerned that since the transition to Village Medical, the Additional Senior Care Management that both my wife and I subscribe to is…. No longer supported. We’re spoiled by the previous care and support from this office but since the transition to Village Medical, it seems as though there is no staffing to answer the phone. Calls to the office go unanswered, calls to the office, selecting the “priority” for those in the Senior Care Program are unanswered, and when I use the previous extension given to me, prior to the village changeover, that extension of x351…. Well, that is never answered.
How are we to communicate with our doctor??
I understand the transition to Village Medical created a few bumps in the road… but over a year later it seems the phone message (excuse?) remains the same and the reception of telephone calls has… worsened, not improved. Help.

I was a patient of Dr. Milman's from 2010 to 2016. I moved out of the Las Vegas area and was unable to see him for my primary care needs. While he was my physician he was sharp, always spent enough time, available, and I felt well cared for. I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I will return to him should I relocate to Nevada again.

an ok office but a great doctor. it's a shame how front desk treats people. they all need to go back to training or seek another job.

I can't think of another medical professional who I would recommend before Dr. Milman. He is extremely intelligent, has a great sense of humor, great compassion, and is very articulate. He impresses me with his concern for the patient and goes out of his way to provide the time and inofrmation one needs to make good decisions about healthcare., even on really busy days. The office staff is equally attentive and do their best when overwhelmed by a high patient load. Priority Health Group and Zeeba Sleep center have my strongest recommendation! :)

Dr. Adam is one of finest doctors to ever treat me. He takes time to talk to you and is personable, honest and knowledgeable. You know after each appointment that Dr. Adam cares for you as a patient, really wants to get you healthy, and you can trust his advice.

MILITARY FRIENDS - DONT GO HERE!!! The first time setting up an appt, I had to wait over 8 weeks to obtain an appt for a "new patient". I thought that was a bit ridiculous but figured since my husband is in the military I simply needed to get a dr established in Las Vegas. 1st appt - At my first appt (10:30am) the wait time was over 2 hours but I was told there were a few emergencies Dr. Milman needed to handled. Appt went fine, got blood drawn in the office which was awesome! I later found out that the lab tech they have isnt covered by 90% of their insurances so I had to pay an additional $40 for the bloodwork to be drawn at his office. If I had known this I would have gone to LabCorp myself. Milmans office made it seem like it was covered under my visit. 2nd appt - My appt time was (8:30am) and my wait time was only 20 mins which was awesome! Dr. Milman went over my bloodwork and told me I didnt have celiac disease nor Crohn's disease but I do have way too much protein in my blood. I asked what that meant and he said he doesnt know and to see my GI dr. When I told him I dont have a GI dr he said "well, looks like you gotta find one." I wasnt expecting a dr to be so rude about it but i have thicker skin than that so i never said anything. 2 weeks after my last appointment I was involved in a serious car accident where a woman under the influence smashed in my driver side of my car. My husband who was called off base to Spring Valley hospital tried calling Dr. Milmans office to notify him that I was in currently in the emergency room and will be staying in the hospital due to injuries. My husband tried for over 20 mins to to get anyone on the phone to take his call. No one would come back. He gets to the hospital and let's the ER dr know who my primary dr is and the hospital along with the ER physician BOTH called numerous times to Dr. Milmans office to speak with him however no one could reach Dr. Milman so they gave up and assigned me an in house dr during my stay. When I was released from the hospital August 31, 2018 I called 4 times to make an appointment as my discharge paperwork stated I needed to be seen within 24 hours. On the 4th try I requested the automated service to call me when someone is available. No one ever called. Thankfully I had an appointment scheduled from my 2nd visit so I only had to wait 2 weeks after being discharged to be seen. 3rd appt - My appt was at 9:15am and I waited over 2 over to be seen. I told the nurse about my car accident and how no could reach this office and she looked puzzled and apologized. I also told her how concerned my husband is being hes in the military, he would much rather me use the base drs but I choose to use drs off base. She stated her husband is in the military as well. Dr. Milman came in and when I stated I was in a car accident and we couldn't reach his office, his response was "well, I'm not contracted at Spring Valley anyways." As if to say that was to make everything better. He also added that my insurance will likely NOT pay for this visit because I've mentioned I was in a car accident. Again, how unprofessional. He asked if I had any imaging done and I said yes. He asked what am I doing to help my injuries and I stated I am doing chiropractic care and it has helped immensely since the 2 weeks after being released. He then began to belittle me on how chiropractic care is proven to not work and that I wasting my time. He continued belittling me with studies of how chiropractic care is a joke. I was completely speechless because after only 2 weeks I felt so good. 4th visit - follow up appt on repeat bloodwork. My appt was at 10:15am. I always show up to all my appointments 15 to 20 minutes early just in case of traffic because I'm traveling from the base. I wasnt called back into the room until 11:20am. I stated to Dr. Milman the wait times are absurd here. He was very sarcastic and said that his wife just texted him saying shes at the pediatrician and shes been waiting for 2 hours with 3 kids. RUDE DR!

Very thorough. He was respectful, and listened carefully to my every word. He then asked me the right questions. He made sure I had the right meds for my problems, not what the pharmaceutical salesman was pushing. I really felt I had found my perfect angel from God. I'm 73, and have many critical health issues. Dr Milman is very knowledgeable and knew the exact medication that was making my legs and feet swell. Thank you so much for helping me.

Dr milman is a great Doctor. I recommend him to others all the time and even have home as my daughter's primary. He gives each patient the time they need. He is concerned about them. The office staff is very nice and the wait times are nothing. I will continue to recommend him.

A doctor who listens to his patients. I've seen Dr. Milman on multiple occasions and have had great experience with availability, insurance coverage, and comprehensive care. I've been to enough doctors who look at their keyboard more than the patient, and I can assure you this doctor acknowledges you as a human. Highly recommend.

Dr. Milman has been my doctor for over a year now and I love him and the practice. From the front office to the MA's to the Doctor. They are all awesome. Dr. Milman actually takes time with his patients and understand them and their concerns. His bedside manner is great and it's obvious he truly care about what he does. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone looking for a Primary Care Doctor.
