I've been seeing him for almost 20 years! I have a disabled adult son who doc has always been good with. I recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor for someone disabled. They do take Medicaid, that helps.The rest of the staff is friendly and efficient. I adore his new nurse!

Hello,
I have been seeing Dr. Tsai for over 30 yrs.
He has been so very caring and understanding over the years with all the crazy and serious health issues I've had.
It's true sometimes his office gets a little behind, but they all do, Dr. Tsai is one of the quicker offices most of the time.
I would give 10 stars if possible.

Dr. Tsai has been our primary care doctor for a few years now. He really takes the time to listen to our health issues. I don't ever feel rushed when speaking to him. Its nice having a doctor that will actually listen and offer helpful suggestions and specialists to see! The front-desk and staff are always super friendly and I know I'm in good hands! Thank you all so much. Would definitely recommend him if you need a PCP for yourself and/or your family!!

The doctor's building is a bit older, and could use a "freshening up" but the nurse and doctor Tsai were excellent. In response to an earlier post about the front staff talking, who cares. They were polite, and got things done. Yes, I had to wait an extra fifteen minutes past my appointment time, but that is not a different experince I've had at other doctor offices. The doctor tooks his time to learn patient history and made some excellent suggestions regarding current medication(s) effects, and other medications to consider. This was left up to me to say "yes" or "no" and in no way did he force the decision. The doctor's bedside manner was polite and professional. I feel I made a good choice in establishing a new PCP after an out-of-state move.

Even i made appointment and came earlier I have to wait more than 40 minutes just to get to examine room . The staff very busy talking about personal things non stop. They do not bother to inform patients that they running late .But they charged me up front. Probably not coming here anymore. In previous years my experience with tis business was much better.

Dr. Tsai is a very caring doctor and has never treated me like just another patient (some just want to hurry and finish with you and get on to the next). He takes the time to answer any questions I may have but he also isn't one with a big ego who claims to know everything. Sometimes that runs him a bit behind time-wise but he has also come in early for something I needed. He is patient with my son who has a disability. His office is close enough to the Buffalo Campus of Opportunity Village so I can get my son to his appointment and back to work easily. The is friendly, good and, unlike some, do return phone calls. I have been seeing him for about years and, obviously, think highly of him.
