This place is a complete insurance scam hub and not legitimate. I went in for a consultation about my nose and they asked me if I had insurance before I made my appointment. I didn’t get anything done by this doctor but I got billed for almost $1400 to my insurance and I was asked to pay $313.00 co-pay for zero work. But it listed on my bill that he operated in me, what a joke of a business. When I call they would send me over to billing and no one ever picks up! You have been warned!

This office has set the standard for customer service. The staff, including the APRN, Sharon Ruiz, made this experience so smooth. They communicated each step so I knew exactly what to expect before they did anything. The entire staff was polite, friendly, and attentive. Ms. Sharon was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. She made sure I understood my options. I will follow up with them for all of my ENT needs.

Thank you for your response. I'm only responding a year later because I just received a bill from you over a year after I saw you. I have requested an itemized bill because I want to argue this but I still have not received one. I wanted to know what you were charging me $180 for since nothing was done.

What a scam. They sent sales people in one after another to convince me to stick a balloon up my nose and then the closer came in and she said "when can I schedule you, it's $4,000 cash?" I walked out, told a friend of mine who's a doctor and he said you don't need to do that it's a scam. So he had me buy some nasal spray at CVS and my problem was gone in 2 days. When I told my general practitioner about what happened he said, "Oh, we don't send anybody to that guy anymore."

Not him listing the 18 identifiers of PHI down below when he should be listing the number of codes he violated that are listed in his medical malpractice lawsuits. Maybe you should put half as much effort into ensuring you get your license off probation as you do arguing with people on Google. To save yourself the time, I went ahead and listed it for you!
Case Nos. 24-11896-1, 25-11896-1, 25-11896-2, 25-11896-3, 25-11896-4, 25-11896-5 and 25-11896-6
On June 6, 2025, the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners (Board) accepted and approved a Settlement Agreement which allowed for an order to be entered finding that Dr. Nalbone violated NRS 630.301(4) and NRS 630.306(1)(g), as set forth in Counts I and IV of the Complaint in Case No. 24-11896-1, NRS 630.301(4) and NRS 630.306(1)(g), as set forth in Counts I and IV of the Complaint in Case No. 25-11896-1, NRS 630.301(4), as set forth in Count I of the Complaint in Case No. 25-11896-2, NRS 630.301(4), as set forth in Count I of the Complaint in Case No. 25-11896-3, NRS 630.301(4), as set forth in the Complaint in Case No. 25-11896-4, NRS 630.3062(1)(a), as set forth in Count II of the Complaint in Case No. 25-11896-5, and NRS 630.3062(1)(a), as set forth in Count II of the Complaint in Case No. 25-11896-6, and ordered the following: Dr. Nalbone shall receive a public reprimand; pay a fine of $30,000 and reimburse the Board’s costs and fees incurred in the investigation and prosecution of the case. Dr. Nalbone shall complete the University of San Diego, Physician Assessment and Competency Evaluation Program (PACE) Competency Assessment, and if recommended by PACE, a Fitness for Duty Evaluation, pass all sections of PACE to the satisfaction of the Board and follow all recommendations presented in the report(s). Dr. Nalbone shall complete and pass without conditions the Professional Problem-Based Ethics Program (PROBE) offered by the Center for Personalized Education for Physicians (CPEP). Dr. Nalbone shall complete 20 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME), in addition to his statutory CME requirements for licensure. Dr. Nalbone’s license to practice medicine in the State of Nevada shall be revoked for four years, with the revocation stayed and his license placed on probation for four years, subject to the following terms: Dr. Nalbone must be monitored by Strategic Management Services or another monitoring company approved by the Board, with chart reviews and quarterly reports to the Board. The remaining counts of the seven Complaints were dismissed with prejudice.

Vincent, you know that is not correct. Big Picture: you have now openly violated HIPAA by releasing my private medical health information. Last I recall, I did not sign a single disclosure agreement for you to release any information about my visit to the ER nor any findings from that visit on Google. I would think a medical professional would know that, but considering you have lawsuits for medical malpractice it is very clear you do not know how to conduct yourself. An OCR complaint has been filed. You are on probation for your license, yet find it within yourself to violate HIPAA. Failing to inform me of findings on my CT is not a "minor" error, but considering you fail your patients quite frequently, being on probation and all, I could see how you would consider this to be "great" practice. Good luck answering to the medical board, I look forward to being recommended to a competent doctor!

UPDATE: the response below is inaccurate. Abby never informed me of red flags on my CT she had to ask your office staff if they knew why I was being ordered an MRI. IF there was something concerning found on my CT, then do you care to explain why it was disclosed to me on Friday and not Monday when I was in office? IF you are so sure you gave quality care, then can you explain why something as serious as a leak was not reported to me right away? Your medical malpractice records and open lawsuits speak for themselves. Also, I’m pretty sure I did not authorize you to release my ER records, nor what was in them so I am more than happy to let the OCR know you are proudly violating HIPAA. Have fun explaining that to the board. I’m beyond enthusiastic to see another office so I can finally be seen by a competent professional.
Vincent Nalbone’s office failed to inform me of a potential leak of a cyst found on my sinus. When his office was sending me to see other doctors, I questioned why. No one could give me an answer as to why. Abby, the practitioner who originally saw me, forgot to put me on hold and I heard her asking office staff why I was being referred for an MRI. Frustrated and confused I asked to speak to Nalbone as I had never met him, had been seen by him, or had any kind of sit down with him where we went discussed why these procedures were necessary. He gave me a phone call and was highly disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. This doctor, whom has records of medical malpractice, then began to inform me that my CT showed a potential leak in my sinus. When I asked why this was the first I had heard of this, he said “my office made a boo-boo.” I don’t know what professional thinks it’s appropriate to use that kind of verbiage, but long story short we did not have a good interaction. For them to fail to inform me of a concern of a leak is negligent and quite frankly, scary. It is very disheartening to know he runs a facility where he is providing inadequate services.

Serious Concerns About Access to Medical Records
I had significant difficulty obtaining my medical records from this office. After calling seven times, I was provided with a link that allowed access to records for only 7 days, and it did not include my full medical record. The link has since expired, and weeks later I still have not received a complete copy of my medical records that I can download, keep, and share with other physicians. This raises serious concerns about access to records and continuity of care.
Update: I called the office today, and the assistant clearly confirmed that they did receive my email request. I have also called eight times regarding my medical records. Therefore, Dr. Nalbone’s statement that I never requested my records is inaccurate.
It is unreasonable to suggest that I would leave a review without first attempting to contact the office. That claim is unfounded.
If I do not receive my complete medical records by the end of this week, I will have no choice but to contact the medical board.

Dr Nalbone did my sinus procedure. I was not adequately sedated or numbed and he completely brushed me off and rushed me into surgery. He did not even say hello or introduce himself. When I expressed that I was not numb or sedated he literally said “you’ll be fine” and continued. It was traumatic. The sedation kicked in about 30 minutes after the procedure, he could have just waited. He is completely cold and uncaring and I will have issues trusting other doctors in the future due to my experience with him.

My husband, Kevin Breen, had sinus balloonplasty and sinus polyps removed. Procedure and follow up visits were excellent. Abi has been a terrific resource and has such a happy, helpful advocate. Always seen on time at this office, and staff, including the front office, were very helpful.

**Warning!!!** When you go for a consultation, be aware that it could quickly lead to potential surgery. You are seen by a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor. They take you quickly for a CT scan. After that, a nurse came to discuss a balloon sinuplasty procedure, which she strongly encouraged you to consider. Pressure! Ask for a second opinion. Subsequently, they billed my insurance nearly $2,000, including charges for a nasal endoscopy that was never done. In total they charged $559 for the visit without seeing a doctor, $884 for the nonexistent nasal endoscopy, and $500 for the CT scan. So, just a heads-up… be careful!

Surgery went great, I can breath & no drainage that made me cough👍My follow up was with Nurse Practitioner, not the doctor, who did my surgery 🙁They did blood work before surgery, for allergies. When I went for follow up, they didn’t have them. Said they would call me. That was 3 days ago.

I went because my ear hurt, they checked everything except my ear, very improvised doctors made me have an operation on my nose, saying that my ear was fine, to this day I still have an earache, terrible assistance, they had to call me back for checks I have never received a call I think that instead of treating the patient they are only thinking of taking money away from the insurance to carry out an operation I absolutely do not recommend it

Visited this office as an emergency due to ears clogged with wax along with immense pressure and pain. The front desk personel were very friendly and welcoming.
It took a turn for the worst once I was called to the back. I was talked into a CT scan, which I denied at first but was told that "I'll have to speak to the nurse" in a rude manner. It gave me a denial of service impression. Due to the circumstances at the time, I didn't care and later agreed. The NP walks in and wanted to address other issues and I repeatedly told her to address the reason for this visit. Not only she didn't even put a good faith effort into addressing the issue which resulted in leaving the office with the same problem. I was clearly disgusted with this office and gave me an opinion of Las Vegas as a whole at the time.
The host at the hotel I stayed arranged an appointment with another ENT after listening to my frustrations with this visit with the promise of changing my opinion of Vegas. I was able to see the recommended ENT the next day, The ENT not only went above and beyond to fix the issues with my ears, but stated that the CT scan wasn't needed (I felt scammed at that moment) My visit lasted exactly 13 minutes and very happy with everything.
I should've read the reviews prior to going to this office but you live and learn.

I’ve seen so many different ENTs over the years, mostly in California where we’re from, have had 3 septoplastys and one other balloon septolasty just last year but none of those other doctors produced a great result/relief for me than Dr. Nalbone. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Nalbone for ending my sinus infection/problem…

I went to this Dr because I kept having nosebleeds and problems with my ears when I fly. The first thing they did was a CT scan of my sinuses. When they showed me the results it was clear that I had lots of inflammation, deviated septum And blockages in the eustachian tubs in my ears. They recommended that I have a balloon sinuplasty which could be done in their office. When they said it would be done without anesthesia I began to panic. Ellen took the time to answer all of my questions and assure me that I would be numbed and relaxed with a sleeping pill so I would be comfortable during the procedure. She even offered to have someone hold my hand if I wanted. My recovery after the procedure was easy and not uncomfortable. I followed their instructions and went for my followup with Jaclyn Crame today. I no longer have the blockage in my ears, my sinuses are no longer inflamed and I can breathe out of both nostrils. This turned out to be an easy fix for my issues! Everyone in this office is very kind and friendly. Thank you for taking care of my issues!!

We, my wife and I, want to share with anyone that’s been experiencing sinus and throat congestion with zero effective results. My wife has been to many allergy, respiratory specialists as well as her regular doctors over 15 years to address her sinus and throat coughing and congestion only to be prescribed many pills, inhalers and breathing medical devices. She even went to Peru to a specialist in a Japanese Clinic, with same failed result. All had CT scans and endoscopy and all followed the same failed prescriptions.
At wits ends, my wife had discovered Vegas Breathe free, sinus and allergy center. I was skeptical after the thousands of dollars previously spent! I am, we are so happy we went!
The clinic, the staff and facility are 5 star, friendly professionals in a very clean environment. Queen and our PA, Jaclyn with Caroline went above and beyond to exam my wife, explain and answer every single question i skeptically had. They quickly identified what had historically affecting my wife. It was mechanical and no pharmaceutical would ever relieve my wife’s condition! The procedure is called ballon sinuplasty.
I cannot say enough about PA Jaclyn, Queen,Caroline, Aya, the entire procedure team and Dr Vincent Nalbone!!!!
My wife’s throat issue completely went away within 24 hours!!!
If you’ve tried everything else and are still struggling with a throat wheeze and nasal congestion, do yourself and family and go to Vegas Breathe Free Sinus and Allergy center.
Say hello for us, Juana and Rex!
Peace

Earlier today, I was discussing with my boss the challenging medical landscape in Las Vegas. My previous primary care doctor shifted to concierge medicine, forcing me to find a new one through a Reddit recommendation. While they are competent, securing a timely appointment is a constant struggle. When you’re sick and need Urgent Care, the experience can be hit or miss.
Three years into the pandemic, I finally caught COVID and suffered lingering ear issues as a result. My primary care doctor couldn’t help much, and Urgent Care directed me to see an ENT specialist.
I scheduled appointments with two different ENTs, each providing a markedly different approach to my condition. The first one conducted a hearing test and then inserted tubes into my nose. The second one immediately suggested a comprehensive CT scan.
The outcome of how my ear situation is still unknown, and I will cover that in a follow-up review. However, I must highlight the exceptional friendliness of the staff at this facility. It’s rare to encounter such personable and genuinely happy medical professionals.
Although a second visit is inevitable (courtesy of my insurance), my experience was surprisingly pleasant, making it a noteworthy exception in the healthcare field.

I had the sinus surgery and it went great. Unfortunately the triazolam did not work on me so I did feel pain during the procedure but it was not horrible, I would say 6/10 pain.
The young man ( I wish I knew his name!) that was in the room with me prior to the procedure was very nice. We sang some songs together and talked a bit!
The girls here are SO nice. I even went on a rant about how much I liked them to my husband and he said, “ it sounds like you want to work there” lol. Honestly it’s very rare to go to places and have genuinely nice people working there.
Overall, no more pain and a very great experience. :)

This is my experience at this office and how it went down. I had my initial appointment with the doctor but came to find out I was seeing the NP( nurse practitioner) which I thought was fine, since I am in health care field myself and having friends and relatives who are NP's. Right off the bet I was told that I needed surgery on my nose, though my issue was swallowing. I decided to consult with an ENT doctor friend of mine in California and asked for the CT scan. I was told it would take a few days to get it and never got it. At my follow-up appointment, which was scheduled around noon, I got a call from the office if I could come at 11 am since they have an opening, and I rearranged my schedule rushed to the office. As I was pulling over to the parking lot someone from the office called to tell me that the doctor is now busy and can't see me, not only at the earlier appointment they called me for, but at my scheduled appointment as well, and that the next time he can see me was in 5 months. I was so distraught and didn't know what to say. The whole shenanigans seem to be orchestrated and couldn't make sense of it. Could it be because I was in a healthcare? I don't know, but it crossed my mind. Anyhow, I have not seen a doctors office so unprofessional and disorganized. As I was getting ready to write this, I decided to read some of the bad reviews, and I'm glad I didn't go through surgery. The same day in the afternoon i had a yearly check up appointment with my primary doctor and told him my swallowing issue and he said i need to see a GI doctor and not an ENT, and that i don't need a surgery on my nose. It was a blessing in disguise. I can't say what anyone should do regarding this office, but hopefully my experience will give some kind of light to help you make your own decisions, but as of me and my house we're not going near to this office.

I went to SRC after months of a persistent sinus infection that I could not shake with OTC meds. Everyone I met there was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to; they explained every step of the way and after clearing the infection, they showed me what the real issue was, and how to fix it. Within 3 weeks ( and a small procedure) Dr. Nalbone fixed issues that I have been dealing with for 8 years or more. I can hear without congestion in my left ear and my breathing had greatly improved. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Nalbone and his team are amazing! I came to this office with pulsating ear pain, after seeing several doctors for treatment no one could figure out what the issue was. Dr. Nalbone immediately did an MRI of my head (+ face) and was able to determine the cause of the pain. He recommended surgery and it was painless, his staff was very professional throughout the procedure, and I have fully recovered in a matter of days. No more pain and in absolute enjoyment of my life. Thank you Dr. Nalbone and Team for delivering outstanding results and helping me through a challenging time. You guys are the best and highly recommend to friends and family!

Everyone at this office is very nice, thorough, and professional. It is very unusual that you find an office where the providers AND support staff are all awesome, but that’s what they have at Sinus Relief Center. Everyone that I have dealt with has been fantastic, but a special shout out is necessary for Jeremy. He was the first person I encountered on procedure day, and his thoughtful, calming nature was just what I needed. He walked me to the restroom, got me a blanket and pillow, and was just nice to chat with. He is definitely in the correct line of work, and an asset to the practice.

I recommend Dr. NALbone and his staff 5 out of 5
I’ve always had a hard time breathing when I got congested or sick. Even when I wasn’t sick and just going about my day one of my nostril would be clogged. Then a few hours later my other nostril would clog up.
I got fed up and discovered Dr. Nalbone. The first visit, we did a 2 week medicine treatment, but no improvements. My second visit the office did a CT scan and discovered I had fluid stuck in one of my cavities and also my turbinates were larger than normal. He scheduled me for a quick in and out surgery in 1 months time. His office gave me instructions for the few days leading up to the survey.
The day off the surgery it went smoothly. About maybe 2 hours from checking in to pick up, but the procedure was fairly quick, about 10-15 mins or less. Over the next day or two I had gauze inside my nostrils to hold back the bleeding. There was some bleeding over the next few days, typical, but the bleeding slowly declined over the next few days. Immediately I could breathe
It’s now 2 months post surgery and Im so happy that I did it. I wished I could have done this surgery sooner in life. I recommend Dr. Nalbone and his staff to anyone and everyone. I’ll be going back to his office any future nostril needs

I've suffered with sinus issues for years. Made an appointment with the Sinus Center who was able to see me quickly. Got a CT scan of my sinuses and was presented with treatment options. Basically with sinus issues it's always been trying medications or surgery. I've opted for medication in the past but with balloon sinuplasty showing good results over the past 15 years I opted for the surgery. Staff confirmed my insurance and my share of the payment in just a few days and I was scheduled for the surgery in office within a few weeks of my appointment. The procedure was pretty painless. The worst part is the novacaine injections but they are quick. I had minimal bleeding and no discomfort. I can breathe much better and my sleep has definitely improved. I was very happy with the care I received and I'd recommend the procedure to anyone who has tried managing symptoms with medication with little success. I still take my allergy medicine but I'm breathing better then I have in years.

Horrible experience. Dr. Nalbone was rude and did not address the obvious problem of my severely deviated septum (CT Scans and recent NEW doctor visits confirmed that it is in fact severely deviated which is clear to the naked eye). Nalbone took scans of my head and said it was fine when even I could tell it was obviously deviated (green line was center and my nose was FAR left of center). He insisted on a balloon procedure. This was pointless as sinus cavity/ allergy issues was not my issue. I do the procedure because he made me feel crazy and hey, he is a doctor. I am not put under and was scared (I could hear all the terrible noises) and he yelled at me for crying. He made me think I was insane believing it was deviated and "not an issue". DO NOT GO TO HIM. Period. 3.5 years later I finally worked the courage up to go to a new doctor where even he confirmed Nalbone does balloons because they are lucrative. Terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if possible. I look forward to actually breathing properly soon with my new doctor. SHAME on you Dr. Nalbone for prioritizing financial gain as opposed to helping a young woman breathe properly for the first time in her life. I am posting this review now after coincidentally finding out my roommate also went to him and had a shared awful experience. My tip off? "My nose doctor was an a**hole" and I immediately knew. Saying his name confirmed it. That should say enough.
EDIT: Dr. Vincent Nalbone has replied to my message and aggressively lied. I went in for a deviated septum. For a "doctor" to speak this way to his former patient, reply as aggressively as he did, AND to lie? Let that be all you need to know. I will retract no statement I've made because it is the truth.

Had an appt for what I thought was ear pain which I told them over the phone. When I finally got into office they said they couldn’t even help me with my ears. Since I had already paid my copay for the visit I had them check out my sinuses. I have never been able to smell so was looking forward to actually seeing a dr and instead got assistants who in turn put me on nasal spray and antibiotics saying I was inflamed. So I agreed to a ct scan in which come to find out from another e.n.t I did not need. and when I asked about smelling; No knowledgeable answer was given. I had to reschedule with another e.n.t and was told my sinuses were normal. I also had a nasal endoscopy done at the other e.n.t which she used a scope to look in my nose which was uncomfortable. At your office was 30 seconds and a very different type of nasal endoscopy as you call it. Beware of this office and fine print. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing dr Nalbone and instead got his uneducated staff.

If I could put zero stars I would. This office tries to scam you just to get money for insurance. I had surgery with this doctor about four years ago. I remember they were barely any charges. I have Culinary insurance and it is amazing. This time I paid $30 for a co-pay. They said I had to have a CAT scan and almost immediately moved me to perform. And then they immediately booked me for surgery which I didn’t even say I wanted to do right away. A few weeks later I got a bill from my insurance and it says that I had the surgery and there is a huge charge for a CAT scan which should be covered by my insurance. (It is ‘in network..’
There are a few more reviews like this so please look out. I will not be paying these ridiculous amounts because they did not do a surgery in office and only the CAT scan. There was nothing even put my nose at this visit. I will do what I can to bring this office down because charging for things that did not take place is absolutely ludicrous!
To the other reviewer is that posted similar things, I see that Dr. Vincent Nailbomb replies. Trying to explain and rebuttal all of these lies. I do know about billing, Higher authorization processes, honest care insurance and everything.
The nurse practitioner basically put a piece of paper in front of me and had me sign it if I wanted to possibly have a surgery in the future. Nothing was told to me that if I signed I would be charged for a surgery.
There was NO procedure in office except a ct scan and he took a pen-like object and looked up my nose with his two eyes. No in office procedure..
Again, I had surgery at your office years ago and it was not like this. Maybe your practice is failing and you feel like you need to scam money to get by?

I visited this office on April 20, 2021 for a consultation to determine if I would benefit from the Ballon Sinuplasty procedure. I have been suffering for years from chronic allergy symptoms more so since my move to Nevada. During my visit, I met with Dr Nalbone’s Physician Assistant (PA). The exam consisted of a cat scan of my nasal cavity. After reviewing all the consent forms and my cat scan results, I decided this procedure was not for me. Upon receiving the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my health care provider, I questioned a service from the doctors office coded surgery. When I spoke to my health care provider they asked if they performed a procedure in which they inserted a scope up my nose to look into my sinus/nasal cavity. I informed them no such service was performed. After contacting the doctors office to question the “Surgery “ charge, May from accounting said if the PA inserted anything in my nose that would constitute a surgery.
To be honest, I don’t recall the PA looking into my nose or nasal cavity but if she did, she used an Otoscope which is the same tool my allergist uses to look into my nose and ears during a routine exam. I am being charged $224 for using the same or similar tool as other doctors use as part of their routine examination. When I asked them to explain why their bill is more than my EOB, no one has been available to explain the additional charge. I just payed the bill because I don’t want any issues with my credit. I am very dissatisfied with the billing aspect of my visit so beware.
Response to Dr. Nalbone:
No nasal endoscopy was performed on me. Do you have pictures or a report that such a procedure was performed on me. I’ve had this procedure performed on me in the past which is very uncomfortable and I would have remembered if that was done. You never entered the room or came to speak with me about any of my results or if I needed the procedure. All your staff did was give me papers to sign which I did but
I also told them I needed to talk to my husband about the procedure and consider the risks involved which were quite extensive. If I was going to have the procedure, I would have scheduled it that day before I left your office. When I compared my cat scan results to the Turbinates Reduction diagram (after surgery) in your office, my scan did not look much different than the after surgery results is why I did not elect to have the Balloon Sinuplasty procedure.

My 10 year old had a visit . I made the appt and I also wanted to see how it goes because I would be in need of the same specialist. They advised over the counter meds to help the allergies and help the snoring . Snoring was something as an infant . So following up after trialing allergy meds was confusing to me . Long story short after the initial 5 minute exam and my follow up call asking about the snoring and copay for follow up visit . I recieved a call retracting the copay being waived .. that's fine I didnt asked for it to be waived I ask "the follow up is not included in first visit. " Simple question. I was told that since I was unhappy with the visit the employee on the phone, the nurse that was in the exam room , and doctor all felt I should go to another doctor and they could recommend one. I was also told by the employee on the phone that i had all the opportunity to ask questions during the exam and that i said i understood everything . My spouse went to the exam i was at work. It's my insurance being billed so that is why i followed up with visit also like I said I was planning on scheduling my own appt but my kid was my priority. Never had a first visit experience like this and I'm very disappointed.

I was referred to Dr Nalbone by my PCP for evaluation of vertigo and possible build up in my ears. Let me start by saying I am a registered nurse and have worked in healthcare for over 17 years. I have never been treated the way I was by Dr Nalbone in all the years I’ve worked side by side with physicians or as a patient. I left his office shaking and in tears.
Unfortunately, on the day of my appt, I was unable to find childcare for my 3 year old and 18 month old. My husband is in the military and we don’t have a large support system in town. However, I felt I came prepared with lots of snacks and distractions for my children.
The office staff was satisfactory. Friendly enough, no complaints. When the tech pulled me from the waiting room, I apologized about having to bring my children with me. He was gracious about it and replied it was no big deal. While waiting for the doctor to come to the exam room, my son became very interested in a piece of equipment in the room. I told him to not touch it and that it wasn’t ours. He asked what it did and I told him that maybe we could ask the doctor when he came in. At this point, I noticed a television in the room. I assumed it was for patients, so I was trying to find something for my children to watch. At that time, Dr Nalbone and another woman entered the room. At least I assume that’s who he was. He never formally introduced himself or shook my hand. I sensed immediate disapproval from him. Perhaps because I was trying to change the channel on the television? At this point, my son walked over to the piece of medical equipment and asked the doctor what it was for. Dr Nalbone sternly scolded my son and said it was “expensive and complicated.” Let me be clear. I am in no way defending myself or my son for touching a piece of equipment that does not belong to us. But there is a gentle way to handle situations and this did not get us started off on the right foot. I apologized and asked my son to sit down. I looked at Dr Nalbone and told him my son was dying to know what that machine did. To which he stared blankly at me and could clearly not be bothered to take 15 extra seconds out of his day to appease myself or my three year old. Instead, he asked me why I was there. I replied that I thought I had some build up in my ears and he asked tersely “of what”...really? I was already so shaken and upset that I just wanted to go. I apologized I had my children with me and that maybe this wasn’t going to be a good fit. I intended to leave at this point. I should’ve. He encouraged I stay and then instructed me to answer the questions concisely. I proceeded to answer his questions without making eye contact. I knew if I looked at him, I would probably start crying right there. At some point he confronted me that I wasn’t looking at him. The questions and exam proceeded uncomfortably and a treatment plan was discussed. I will say that he apologized at the end of the visit that we got started on the wrong foot. While I appreciate the apology, there are plenty of ENTs in town.
This is the first time since being a mother that I’ve felt I inconvenienced someone with my children. I get that the situation isn’t ideal. I deal with it on a regular basis in the hospital setting. But I’m surely not the first or last person to need to bring their children to a doctor appt. Dr Nalbone is likely a fine physician. Perhaps the perfect fit for a patient with no extenuating circumstances. But I’ll be finding an ENT with a better bedside manner.
I’ve waited to post this review until I had another referral from my primary care physician. I’ve held off because I have no doubt Dr Nalbone will reply to this negative review, as he has all the others, is an aggressive and patronizing way. I’ve never posted a review about a physician before now. But nearly a month later this experience still sticks with me.

The staff at his office is friendly. I just wish Dr. Nalbone had taken more time to speak with me about my situation. The appointment went so quickly that I actually asked the front desk to have him call me. I just wanted a second chance to speak with him and ask some questions, but I never heard from him.

Thank you Dr. Nalbone. You’re recommendations for less invasive nasal surgery kept me from missing work AND solved sinus issues I’ve struggled with for about a year. My wife thanks you because I also no longer snore at night!
A side note - this is one of the few medical offices that has never kept me waiting.

My daughter was seen for a couple years by Dr. Nalbone, over the years the time he took to look at her ears was less and less. No concern for her. No "Hi, how are you?" He wouldn't acknowledge her. Just because she is disabled doesn't mean she deserves any less. He would just say let's do another set of ear tubes. So I call to schedule a follow up and am told he no longer accepts her insurance. I guess it's ok because his office is NOT wheelchair friendly and can hardly fit 2 people in his exam rooms let alone accommodate a wheelchair.
UPDATE: You speak of the "The land of the free and home of the brave", yet you seem to be forgetting the first amendment...FREEDOM OF SPEECH. These reviews are our personal opinions and no matter how many times you reply and try to discredit our opinions, they will remain! Your responses only makes you look worse. You are basically calling all of your patients liars! And we'll see if the ADA finds this to be a fabrication. Can someone using a wheelchair navigate the entrance of your office without any assistance? Maybe take a moment and acknowledge your patients because without them, you wouldn't have a practice. I wish you internal peace because you seem to be a very angry little man.

THIS IS A DOCTOR FROM HELL AND HE'S CLULESS ABOUT HIS JOB! I HAD A BALLOON SINUPLASTY AND I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SO MUCH PAIN IN MY LIFE, OTHER THAN CHILD BIRTH. FIRST OFF, HE COULDN'T DEADEN THE INSIDE OF MY NOSE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS. I LET HIM KNOW I FELT EVERYTHING. COLD PART ABOUT IT, IS THAT I STILL CAN'T BREATH! HE TOLD ME THE PROCEDURE WOULD HELP ME BREATH, HELP MY SLEEP APNEA AND THAT IT WAS IMPERATIVE I HAVE IT DONE IMMEDIATELY! NO CHANGE! HOWEVER, HE MADE SURE HE BILLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY $17,000.00 FOR THE PROCEDURE. IF YOU COME ACROSS THIS GUY, RUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN! I SEE HE'S USING DAMAGE CONTROL BY HAVING SOMEONE RESPOND TO THE BAD REVIEWS, IGNORE IT. THIS GUY SHOULD HAVE HIS MEDICAL LICENSE REVOLKED! HE'S COLD HEARTED. ALL ABOUT THAT $$$$$

Had a sinus issue for 9 months, finally I was referred to Dr Nalbone. I have had three visits and the waiting time was less than 5 minutes. He checked me thoroughly and suggested a procedure Balloon synoplasty. They explain the procedure in detail . Both benefits and risks. Two weeks after my initial visit I was scheduled for the procedure. Instructions were clear - medication was called in 2 days prior. Today I’m happy to say that my symptoms have improved dramatically. Thank you Dr Nalbone and staff

I was having sinus pain everyday for a couple montha. I had tried every over the counter medicine and sprays, prescription sprays and medications, antibiotics along with steroids and nothing was helping my doctor referred me to vegas ent and they diagnosed me with a chronic sinus infection. They told me about the procedure where they stick 2 like balloons in your nose and blow them. I said yes to it and it was the best decision. I am now living my normal life without pain. It was a pretty quick recovry (about a week for me) i can now breath! Which i hadn't been able to since i was a kid. They always got me in on time and the follow ups were quick. Everyone in the office was super friendly.

I went to Dr. Nalbone after a freak accident where I broke my nose. I had been seen by another ENT and he wanted to do full on nasal surgery with a cast on my nose and sticks coming out of it so I could breathe during the healing process among other "crazy" unnecessary things. Long story short I left him & visited Dr. Nalbone. When I say this doctor is extraordinary it's an understatement! I've had major sinus issues since I was a young child therefore I've had many experiences with ENT's across the country. Although he doesn't have the warmest bedside manner he makes up for it with his skill set that's second to none! My nose has always been my irrational fear so when Dr. Nalbone said he'd intended to fix my nose as well as my sinuses all in the office rather then a surgery center of course I was scared to death but the confidence he exudes gave me comfort so I said I was "in." I was given xanax and valium two hours prior to the procedure then two more doses of each at the office. I remember almost nothing and definitely no pain. His staff are all as gifted as he is. The one thing I remember is his support staff holding my hand when I became a bit nervous during the procedure even though I had no concept of what was occurring. The brain/body connection is an amazing thing. My daughter took me home where I slept comfortably and pain free all day. I also must mention that all this happened right at Christmas time, when the rest go on vacation Dr. Nalbone is performing procedures that are no less than miraculous. Now my nose is beautiful but better than that I can breathe through my nose for the first time since before I was a teenager and my sinuses are pain free! Thank you Dr. Nalbone for not only relieving my pain but for making me look beautiful in the process. If anyone out there is in need of this surgery this is the only doctor that you should allow to touch you. His highly skilled hands are a gift to modern day medicine.

What a nightmare. Incorrect paperwork, charges for tests i never did. Staff has no clue whats going on. Doctor examined me for less than 2 mins. Didnt correct problem. Charts were wrong. Long wait times. Mis scheduled events. Worst experience with a doctors office I've ever had. Would definitely not recommend this office.
Responce to the reply. Unfortunately the responce was longer then the time I was seen by the Dr. The doctor forgot to mention that I originally saw a student and then he came into the room. He states I saw a PA. He forgot to mention that he has since terminated the PA or that is what I was told on the phone. First visit he didnt listen to my problem and miss diagnosed me saying my eustacian tube was clogged. He told me to take over the counter medicine for two weeks. It did nothing. When I returned for my 2 week follow up I was told it was for a hearing test. I arrive at the office pay another co pay and no hearing test. The audiologist dosent even work on the day of the appointment. As Im sitting in the exam room answering all the same questions from the first visit I look over at my records on the computer. The records indicate that I had test performed. Which never happened. There was also information entered incorrectly. For example when they asked if I was experiencing pain I answered no at least 4 times on the first visit. When I looked at my chart it stated I was experiencing pain. So I am there for nothing. Wait I paid $50 to reschedule a hearing test. On my third visit I see the audiologist who was great. She explains that there is some issues with my middle ear. Then I see a PA who then assumes I have an infection without looking at my ear she prescribes amoxicillin and tells me im all done. Just take the meds I dont need to come back.
Its easy to reply when I cant defend myself. Yes I was generalizing in my review. But now here are some of the examples. Again you spent more time writing the reply then you did diagnosing my issues. You dont take any responsibility in your reply. Perhaps you are not aware of what is going on in the office. Perhaps you should have a serious conversation with your office manager. I am obviously not the only one who has givin the office a bad review. Finally today I contacted your office to get my records to give to my new doctor. The staff promptly sent my audiology results and then told me I had to pay for my other records. I told the girl thats okay Im not going to pay for the records thats insane. My should I have to pay for my own records. You really need to charge me to make photocopies. 3 hours later I get a call from your office that my records are ready and I can pick the up for the charged amount. I kindly told the records girl that I didnt request them per my conversation with the first girl.

I was suffering from congested sinuses. I had really really bad dizzy spells I felt like I was driving drunk. I couldn’t work. My workouts suffered as well. This lasted for about 2 months. Then sleeping started to suck every time I would be ready to fall asleep I would jolt up thinking I was suffocating. I shopped around for an ENT so to speak to see if I could get this taken care of because urgent care didn’t fix anything. I was on antibiotics four times in 2 months. Dr Nalbone office was able to get me in the same week I called. Whereas other offices couldn’t get me in for months. I ended up getting the surgery I was skeptical at first I don’t like procedures being awake. But I didn’t feel a thing. The recovery was easy too I was back doing normal things within a day. This is written a few weeks after the procedure. Within 2-3 days after the procedure I was able to smell hand soap for the first time in months! My food taste like food again! My headaches and dizziness went away. My sleep has been excellent. I would definitely recommend this procedure and at this office. They took great care of me. They were urgent as well. Dr Nalbone is cool too. This is the healthiest I’ve felt in a long time.

Hands down the best doctor experience I ever had in my life. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from him and his staff, from beginning to end. From the first day of my visit within 5 minutes they x-rayed me in the office, found the precise problem with my sinuses and had me scheduled for the proper procedure to be performed within 48 hours. I couldn’t believe it. The procedure that was performed was quite an advancement in technology using a balloon to expand, free and clear sinus obstructions and Dr. Nalbone also removed polyps as well. For the first time in a long time I can actually breathe freely from both nostrils with little effort. I feel amazing! And it is all attributable to the great work by Dr. Nalbone and his amazing staff. I will forever be indebted to them. They are the best!!!

Dr Nalbone may be a good surgeon but I have issues with unprofessional practices. First of all, he failed to ask if he was okay to bring in an observer nor did he introduce him. Second, he has a very large painting of a seminude woman lying on her side (back is facing), with her butt partially covered. I was going to ask him about it but he came into a small exam room with 3 other people and left abruptly 5 minutes later. I'd rather go elsewhere.

Dr Nalbone has been extremely professional, shocked to see some of the other reviews here. The hospital I was supposed to get my surgery at messed up some paperwork and the office staff and Dr Nalbone worked after hours to get my surgery scheduling issues resolved to accommodate my schedule.
Recovering well after a few weeks and several visits. My 3 year old daughter was just told by our kids Dr to see an ENT due to snoring and I'm taking her here. Not sure how I could give a better review than taking my own child.
Dr Nalbone is soft spoken and has listened to any/all concerns and responded accordingly... Couldn't ask for more. Office waits are longer than they were with my ENT in Ohio; however, on par for the Vegas valley.

The other poor reviews are right one par with my visit. I waited over an hour. He had no interest in what my actual concerns were that I had been dealing with for years and was more interested in me having surgery for something else. He acted very weird and never even looked in the area of my concern. I informed my doctor that it was a horrible recommendation.

suggest surgery, i get surgery, he doesn't tell me what he is doing, just rips the splints out of my nose without warning and laugh as i scream out in shock and pain, then proceeds to shove a metal tube to suck stuff out of my sinuses, again without warning and causes me more pain, says next time he will numb me. i was fine for about 2 weeks before i was getting constant sinus infections, and bleeding, he would come in for about 2 minutes mumble that i need to take more and different allergy medications (every single time i went in) would completely ignore my complaints. finally after a sinus and an ear infection i talk to my primary doctor she sends me to a allergy doctor where i find out i have Non allergy Rhinitis.
Don't go to Nalbone, he doesn't care, and doesn't bother to see if maybe something else could be wrong. With me, nonwe of the allergy medicine cocktails he kept telling me to take were obviously working, but he wouldn't really talk to me, or listen to me, he just didn't care.

Very bad patient service, they tried to push my wife into different tests without explaining why we need it or what other options we have according to the test results.
We called the office twice to get some answers and even asked if we can arrive in the end of the day to talk with the doctor for 20 seconds, just so we will know why they want to schedule all these tests, they said NO We can't arrive and he can't talk to us over the phone because he is very busy, they did say that if we have any questions, we can schedule an appointment and ask our questions.
We called 2 other clininc in Vegas and ask them the same questions (over the phone) and they were very happy to provide us with all the information we wanted to know without pushing us to different tests or pointless appointments.
The receptionist was very rood, sounded like a sales representative and was very condescending, and if the doctor can't spare 20 seconds to talk with his patients without an official appointment, its not the place for us.
We already moved to different clinic.

Called as a new patient and got in right away. As soon as we got there he verified that we needed to get her tonsils and adenoids taken out. We just moved here so before we could do surgery we needed to get cleared by a pediatrician. They gave us a referral we also got in right away and cleared. The initial appointment was on thursday and the pediatrician was on friday. We had another apt on monday to make sure everything was fine then had surgery on wednesday. When he came there was another patient ahead of us but he kept checking on us and assuring that he was almost ready for us. When surgery was over with he came to find me in the waiting room to let me know she did great. I would defiantly recommend him.

He has completely changed my 8 m/o Daughter's life by putting tubes in her ears. She was having ear infections along with fluid, and a ruptured ear drum on and off for 3-4 months. Which made her projectile vomit, lose weight, tug on her ears. Hated laying flat. Her life was miserable. And as a parent you feel helpless. Dr. Nalbone was amazing. The whole procedure took less than 20 minutes. By the next day her eating and sleeping have improved 10 fold. By the third day her true personality came out. She is the happiest baby now. It honestly brings me to tears thinking how much better her life is now.
Thank You so much Dr. Nalbone!

So let's see... Usually, I do not write reviews but this definitely called for it... Where do I start...
*Office staff = Poor Customer Service
*Wait Time = For a Scheduled Appointment 30 minutes to an hour (2 out of 3 times waited longer than 30 minutes... and once the A/C was broken... Now for those that live in Las Vegas... 100°+ weather and inside with no air... no bueno)
*Trying to reach the office via phone = Dialed over 100 times (phone bill to prove it) and no one answered. Their answering service doesn't even know what time they go to lunch. The IVR message advises that they go to lunch from 1PM-2PM and when I finally got through at 1:10PM, the staff said they just got back from lunch, with no apology and speak to you a condosceding tone... that was fun 😉 Update your information!!!!
*Medication: My wife just had a tonsillectomy a week ago and needed a medication refill because the worst pain is just not subsiding. Dr. Nalbone writes her a prescription for a refill, but this time we will try pill form. At this point wife is okay with trying whatever it takes to relieve the pain. We walk out of the office with the script and drop it off to Walgreens. To our Surprise something has been verified and she has seen other providers... Well no s#$%... in the last 90 days she has experienced a knee fracture and had to get anew implant done for a tooth... if you had bothered to ask or check your system that keeps those records before writing the script... the office would know that... but instead you decline the script you wrote and the pharmacy voids it out AND NOW your patient is in so much pain she can't even think straight or function. THEN... (YES, there is more..) when I explain this to the doctors office after calling and trying to get through numerous times, the medical staff that answers the phone demonstrates lack of empathy and acknowledgements to even attempt to de-escalate your disgruntled customer (Psst...not sure if you knew this by the way is someone contributing to your salary, cause without patients... you dont get paid.) TOTES AWESOME JOB!!!
* Doctor = Decent doctor but when you have a horrible staff that treats you like a number... your ratings drop tremendously... Coach your medical staff to have some sort of empathy when your patients just go through a procedure that most would say isomething the most difficult experience they've ever been through. Baby-ing someone and showing empathy is two different things. The 2nd one costs nothing but just a general kindness.

I waited an hour for him to see me. When he finally saw me, he spent 3 minutes. with me. I'm not over stating. Then after I had listed all my medications, he prescribed one that would have given me a problem had I not called my GP to make sure i should take it. He doesn't rate one star. Select another Dr.
