On the morning of May 07,2026,at 9:15 , I visited Optum Lung and Allergy—located at 4750 W Oakey Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89102—for allergy testing. From the front desk staff to the medical personnel, everyone treated me with a friendly, patient, and professional demeanor—most notably Dr.Lee was extremely friendly and patient with me. Not only did he meticulously gather as much information as possible regarding my allergies—even guiding me to watch a YouTube demonstration video on how to perform a saline nasal rinse—but after the consultation concluded, he also repeatedly emphasized the importance of remembering to clean my nasal passages with saline solution twice daily, both morning and evening, to help manage and control my allergy symptoms.I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the medical staff, Ms. Marisol and Ms. Nathaly, for their exceptional care and assistance throughout the entire process of my allergy testing.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍

I have been going to this facility (primary care) for several years. I like how easy it is to set up an appointment. They have a, Quest Lab, here so you do not have to make an apointment if your doctor there orders any blood tests. They have many specialists in the building you can be refered to, if needed. The whole staff here are very nice and helpful.

I’ve been to gastro, pain management, urology and multiple pcp there. The one consistent thing is the drs don’t care. They go thru the motions and that’s about it. Dr. Gortardo actually missed a serious cardiac issue on an annual scan that I found just by reading the report. 99% artery blockage. If I hadn’t caught it and brought it to her attention who knows what would have happened. On another occasion with her I had a list of things I need to get done. Her exact words to me were “would you like fries with that?” It was on a video appointment in an office with several other people present. They all burst out laughing. Must be nice to make fun of patients issues in front of others. Hope it made her look big to her associates. Too bad you can’t sue them just for being bad drs. They would go out of business. Avoid if you value your health.

I honestly feel like doctors should be actors, because they’re very good at appearing like they care—until you leave the office.
I’ve been trying for over three weeks to get a simple medication shot handled, even though there was only a two-week window to complete it. The lack of urgency and follow-up has been extremely frustrating. No one reaches out, no one keeps you updated, and nothing seems to move forward unless you physically come back in for another appointment.
It feels like unless you’re sitting right in front of them, nothing gets done.
If you’re coming here, I strongly recommend making sure everything is fully handled before you walk out the door—because once you leave, getting anything resolved becomes unnecessarily difficult.

Dr. Romualdez is kind and caring. She listens to her patients, and wants to get to know them. She discusses results with the patient, explaining what everything means in a way you can understand, and values your opinion about the treatment plan. She doesn't prescribe things that aren't needed, but does make sure she covers the bases for what is needed. The staff is kind and considerate, and I haven't had any problems with them getting the things done that need to be done. When I first saw her, and she learned about my cancer diagonseses, she showed genuine interest and care. She asked questions to learn more, and it felt like a conversation with a friend as opposed to the way doctors are generally perceived.

After posting my update apparently this office decided I could use a second opinion. Sad you have to go to these lengths for care.

******UPDATE****
I was informed by Optum that Dr. Seibel did not see a need for a second opinion even after suggesting I see the physician I previously saw. Initially my second opinion referral was denied. After contacting Optum customer experience, HPN and sending messages via my chart my referral has been granted.

Dr. Ross Seibel was rude & discourtious. He stated incorrect information and opinions regarding my primary care physician and sewed seeds of doubt regarding her care of me. I feel he had a bias regarding my health conditions. His bedside manner / personality does not belong in patient care. I reccomend he recieve some coaching regarding being respectful to imdividuals. .I have been in contact with patient experience and placed a complaint with my medical insurance.

He diagnosed me with possible lung cancer, A tumor that was growing. Gave me a referral for a biopsy that doesn’t take my insurance. Called to get another referral, it took them five months to get back to me. When I went back in, he gave me the same referral saying that that’s the only place had for me to get a biopsy.Told me to take it up with the insurance company. Does not care.

I couldn't be happier with Humana and with the Optum and Southwest medical my doctor too will my homologous doctor retner and my doctor Dr Chung I've been satisfied I don't believe I've ever been upset about anything with one exception when I went in to the hospital with pneumonia I caught 10 hours a day and it took him 4 days to give me a a substance that broke up the congestion I fractured to a ribs from coffee so that was pretty upset about all of that but then I was in such bad shape they should have given me a catheter because I pissed in the bed and soaked at every 2 hours so that's about the only response I would have other than that the nurses were great I just wondered why they didn't give me a catheter and that's about the only thing that's bad my surgery with Dr Chung went beautifully it absolutely increase my life by doing a dual volume lung reduction surgery to remove the dead tissue you know there's a lot more I could say about it but I'll leave it at that

My experience with Southwest Medical has been incredible with Dr Gokul and his team. Everyone in the staff exceeds expectations for their knowledge, courtesy and compassion. Their follow-up is very Timely and all of their recommendations always helpful. I've had similar experiences with all departments Within Southwest Medical with the exception of their billing department. The follow-up is non-existent. It's a shame because everyone else on the staff works so hard. Maybe the staff in the accounting department is overburdened, but waiting a year and still not getting any answers is not acceptable

We wait no more than five minutes in the waiting room, we come in on the paper that’s on the chair for the patient. She always has welcome D and Susan they write it on there. She is super super nice. She’s like one of our friends and the day my blood pressure went sky high I called her that day said I need appointment as soon as possible and I got in that day and she prescribing my medicine I needed.

My visit to the gastroenterology department was easy. Questionnaires help keep staff informed. Bring lists of medications and supplements to the visit. All staff,I encountered, were respectful, asked how they could help, informed you of the process, and asked if the next step in the process was okay with you and that understood that step. Kortney Mortimer was thorough, respectful, asked questions based on the questionnaire, reviewed the procedure process.
