Oí hablar Maravillas de este lugar y fue una GRAN DECEPCIÓN , tuve 2 emergencias a las cuales siempre hablé pedí cita nunca había disponibilidad o me las dejaban hasta de 10 días despues. Bueno hoy fue el colmo . Mi hija enfermo de vómito, diarrea y dolor fuerte en el estómago, la llevé a EMERGENCIA me dieron cita para ir hoy a revisión con el doctor primario y resulta QUE NO ME QUISIERON ATENDER , pero antes entró el DOC . Con una amiga y le dijo a la enfermera que le diera Cita que no eran pacientes pero eran conocidos!!! Y cuando me tocó a mí me dijieron QUE NO , les dije que ya tenía cita y me dijeron que no que me daban una mas tarde ,SON MUY INJUSTOS al ver el problema la señorita me dijo te doy una cita a la 1:30 pm QUEE 😦, perdí casi una semana , entraba temprano al trabajo no llegué y salir otro dia más , SOY UNA EMPLEADA … SON MUY INJUSTOS. piénselo muy bien antes de acudir a este lugar.

Office is always clean and sanitized., Most importantly the pediatricians answers all my concerns and is always immediate and prompt in taking action to help me out as best as possible. The office staff is always pleasant and kind, and I always have an easy time scheduling my daughters appointments. I feel very comfortable with this office and all the staff. Terrible attention, they never have close appointments, always for one or more weeks, and I asked them for a mask because I forgot it, and she sells the masks for 1 dls. El peor lugar Pediátrico en el que te va a a encontrar. Si ellos tienen buena calificación es por que les piden a los pacientes que los califiquen y te dan un regalo por hacerlo. Me pidieron estar antes de las 10:30 y llegue a las 10:32 y la puerta estaba cerrada con seguro y no podíamos entrar con mi hija. Después de llamar para que nos abrieran la puerta entramos a las 10:42 y me dice que ya no pueden atenderme! Cuando la razón por la que no podía entrar es por que su puerta estaba lock. Maritza la recepcionistas nos abrió la puerta y supo que la puerta estaba asegurada. Al llegar a recepción Maritza súper mal educada, primero me dejo saber que tenía que esperar hasta la una para que pudieran atender por qué venía a cita abierta. Y una vez que mi esposo nos dejo ahí a mi y a mi hija que traía temperatura, me dijo Maritza que no podía quedarme a esperar en la “clinica” por que ellas salían a su break a las 12:00. Esto no puede pasar en una clínica y menos donde atienden a niños por que no les importa en que condiciones llegan si no niegan el servicio simplemente por no trabajar o esforzarse ha hacerlo. No pierdan su tiempo y no dejen a sus niños en manos en gente que no se preocupan por ayudar a los que lo necesitan.

My experience at Mama Mia Pediatrics! At Eastern location was exceptional from the beginning of the main entrance which i think looks very elegant! The inside is very spacious full of pretty colors for the kiddos and the staff are just so polite and very informative in every aspect! Dr Carpo is an amazing doctor. He was my pediatrician back from 2004 to 2014 and now he is my daughter's pediatrician. This location is the newer one of the 2 and the staff is amazing and always understanding.
I won't change my daughter's pediatrician as long as carpo keeps his practice open.

Very welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. The receptionists (Jennifer, Bridgette, and Sandra) in the front are kind and they both have beautiful smiles. The waiting room is clean and my baby boy had fun while we waited for my Daughter to be seen. Dr. Gina is phenomenal and answered all of my Daughter’s questions. Wow where to start!? The staff at this location are so welcoming and friendly. My children love the waiting room which often plays films. The full building is bright, light, airy and very comfortable. Evey room is clean and welcoming. They have previously got us seen within an hour of me calling them when my daughter had croup. I cannot recommend this place enough. We have been to both locations over the last 3 years and we always try to be seen at this one. Hats off the wonderful reception staff who are always polite and so good with my three children. Thank you to all the staff for making a trip to the doctor's a pleasurable one every time.
