I am giving CenterWell Senior Care services and doctor Yang one star review. Failure to renew my prescriptions is dangerous practice. This is considered negligence.
My provider was negligent and did not renew my medications in a timely manner. On some of my medications I had to alternate what days to take them just so I wouldn’t run out and what ones I had to stop taking because I did ran out. I even called the pharmacist and asked them to fax a prescription renew order over to my provider. But after three weeks had gone by, my provider canceled the fax requests. All this occurred in a span of 10 weeks and two follow-up appointments with them to renew those prescriptions, and still no renewed prescriptions.
At first this provider was attentive and spent the time with me, was very thorough, ordered tests and procedures, reviewed my labs, discussed treatment options, but as time went on my provider seemed less interested in my health care needs, and more concerned with great reviews.

Dr. Yang is an amazing physician. He takes great care of my mother. Any time she is in the hospital he always calls her to check on her. The office staff are always polite, the reception staff are amazing as well. Can't see my mom going to any other doctor for her care.
