I was looking for a new primary doctor and this office was recommended by a retired doctor. Please keep in mind that I am very shy of medical providers in general. I’ve experienced a lot of bad care, judgemental providers; and businesses that just don’t care about people.
This was NOT the case at Health Path clinic. First, it was easy to make an appointment. The woman at the front desk; Laura; was VERY helpful and patient with me. She got me an appointment within a week (first time patient appointments take longer). The office is quaint. It’s not one of those factory places where there are a lot of people and staff. There was very one on one attention.
The paperwork was very easy and Laura was able to help me with my questions. I was brought to the back at my appointment time. I don’t think I’ve experienced that type of service in years!
The provider Kathryn was very nice, patient, kind, NON JUDGEMENTAL, and really knew her stuff. She took her time and reviewed every one of my medications and supplements, gave some recommendations, and addressed all my concerns. I never felt rushed, I felt like the staff really cared about my health and the customer service they provided. Upon check out Laura went over all the things I needed to do, she PRINTED out the information as well. I am the type of person that needs my information on paper. But all the information was also emailed and texted to me as well. Again, really great customer service. I left feeling assured and supported. A week later I needed to come back in. Laura got me in the same day, showed EMPATHY, and again handled all the paperwork and went over all the instructions with me. Laura and Kathryn really went above and beyond to take care of me. I am less afraid of medical providers now and they have restored some of my trust in medical care here in Las Vegas. I highly recommend health path clinics for your primary care needs. Laura and Kathryn will take very good care of you too!

I had the worst experience with Dr Shetty's office yesterday since I've been going here. Ramiro was sooooooo rude and unprofessional when I called for a referral. I asked to speak with Laura at the front dest but she was off then I asked to speak with NP Kathryn and she was off, so I asked him if he could fax over a referral to my eyes appointment (Presice Sight). Ramiro response was, "you have an appointment tomorrow you can ask for a referral then" you have to see the Dr first before you get a referral. I knew he was lying because Dr Shetty's office is not an Optimologist office, he could've sent/faxed over a referral while I was at my appointment. I had to reschedule my eye appointment because he wouldn't send a referral, even though I was at my appointment it was as if I had missed it which was also a was of gas! From now on if he's the only one in the office I will wait, My husband was sitting in Dr Shetty's office waiting for me to finish being seen and said he (Ramiro) was very rude and loud while he was speaking to the lady at the front desk (Mrs. Laura). I will just have to call back when there's someone who is Professional and Respectful in the office to answer the phone.

My primary physician recently closed his practice and I was worried about getting good care for my ongoing recovery from a stroke and finding a new primary 3 years in. After a thorough discussion and review of my records, I saw the attending physician (Dr. Shetty), who spent time discussing my medical needs and scheduled me for a follow up visit in about six months. I've been going to Dr. Shetty's office now for an extensive period of time now. I watched his entire front office staff change and I thought after his prior office manager left, my world had come to an end. When he hired Laura, I feel like she was sent to save me because with her help, my fears and doubts were relieved. She has help me so much with appointments, referrals, and just getting messages to Dr. Shetthy and Dr. Catherine for me during a time of uncertainty. I've gone through some life changing surgeries and without her help it would have been impossible for me to keep Dr. Shetty informed of my progress and issues that I am currently still battling. Dr. Shetty and Dr. Catherine are the best but it all starts with the office staff because they are the face of the practice! I love this clinic so much! It’s been years since I’ve had a primary care provider in general and especially one that genuinely cares and listens. Everyone at this office is phenomenal. Dr. Shetty takes my health seriously and makes me feel valued and heard. Laura has worked with me on multiple occasions to advocate for me and to make sure every time I get everything I need documentation, schedule, and health wise. Katherine made me feel comfortable with a new process and asked amazing questions. It’s not everyday that you’re excited to go to the doctor’s office, but these people make it so easy! Overall, it was a great experience. The office is very clean, organized, and looks new, which I really appreciate because cleanliness is important to me.

Catherine, the doctor’s practitioner nurse, was amazing. She truly listened to my concerns and showed genuine care in helping me with my health issues. She made sure I received my medication and also referred me to a pain management doctor to help control the pain related to my cancer.

No one like to find a new doctor for numerous reasons and I’m especially one who is very picky. But from the time I showed up for my appointment the staff was outstanding and did their jobs far better than one would expect. When Kristin Tracy the nurse practitioner came in she was the most pleasant surprise to me. She was extremely professional, she was interested in me as a patient and not just a what’s wrong put the bandage on and run away. She took extra time to get to know me and why I was there. She wanted to spend more time with me and did for as long as she could without leaving her next patient waiting to much long than she could. She was very thorough and I’m a patient that’s very complex to grasp in full in a short time but she did it and I have found my new primary caregiver. I highly recommend her and the office if you should be looking for a long term doctor. My last doctor retired and I was with him for 30+ years. I might be up in years but I’m looking forward to spending how ever many years the universe gives me with her taking care of my medical needs. She cares and the office cares and that’s important. So if you ever need a new doctor, this is the place to go. The other positive, my better half also sees her as she also handles women’s health.

I initially had a very frustrating experience related to prescriptions, paperwork, and insurance communication, which led me to leave a negative impression. There were delays, confusion with the pharmacy, and unclear information about medications, which was extremely stressful.
However, I’m updating my review because the doctor personally reached out, took the time to explain everything in detail, and resolved all of the issues I had. The situation was clarified, my concerns were addressed, and the follow-up communication made a big difference.

Going to the doctor's had always been a little bit nerve-wracking for me. I had always left feeling like I was "just another patient" that wasn't given the adequate time to express my concerns about my health.
