Made an appointment on 5/27 and gave all necessary insurance information.

Was called on 5/29 and they stated that they don’t take my insurance. Incredibly disappointing and inconvenient to make an appointment and schedule around it but receive a call that my insurance actually is not taken by them and now have to go through the process again with a different doctor.

Would have loved someone more knowledgeable and thorough on the phone for my first call so I would have known that an appointment wouldn’t be possible.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to get an ingrown toenail treated. The doctor didn't remove the toenail and just gave me antibiotics, and then I would have to come back when i was done, but they would charge me again. Medical institutions like this are the biggest thieves in society. 20 minutes and I get charged $250, and they wanted me to pay another $225 for the next visit. No other industry operates like this, if I go to a mechanic and they don't fix my car I don't pay them. It wasn't a different part, it wasn't nothing I haven't had fixed before by other doctors. I went to them because they had good reviews, but my personal experience was complete garbage. 2 weeks later after trusting her I'm still in pain and now have to look for a different doctor to treat me. Complete waste of time and money.

Terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Went in February for Bunion Surgery consultation. Doctor said we would meet again for scheduling in April and she would look in to minimal invasive surgery. Show up today for my April visit, doctor said she was not admitted yet to perform the surgery and gave me no information on minimal invasive surgery. They then said they would write me a referral. I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes and decided to leave when no one showed up with the referral. Complete waste of time.

Explained options for treatment and helped me make a great choice. Super nice office staff.
1 year later. However, the doctor that worked on my big toe nail cut so much off that it has been a problem ever since. No ingrown nail now but missing 20 % of the nail. I wished I had looked around a little more.

Incredible, thorough, caring, friendly. I really can't say enough great things about my experience. Dr. Dafforn and Jayla are AMAZING! Ive been experiencing extreme pain in my feet from neuropathy. Ive been sooo disappointed in the previous doctors Ive gone to and thought, ok Im sure they will spend 5 minutes with me and send me on my way...JUST THE OPPOSITE! Ive never had a doctor spend so much time. Dr. Dafforn and her amazing assistant Jayla literally LISTENED to me. She did not let me leave until every question I had was answered and assured me we are going to get to the bottom of this problem. They genuinely want my quality of life to be great. One thing that is aggravating that not only this practice but many other practices do is they don't allow you to pick up your orthotics without making another appointment you can't just pick them up so that means another co-payment and creases the price out of pocket for your orthotics. If I had a an adjustment that needed to made to the orthotics that are already paid for that would mean paying another $40 co-payment so it encourages you to just live with what you have

This was my first visit with Dr Nguyen. He was on time to see me and along with the pre done exrays and leg arteries analysis, Dr Nguyen analyzed my plantar fasciitis issues and determined an in office treatment and home exercise regiment. I was impressed with Dr Nguyen and his podiatric medical capabilities. The offices and treatment rooms, however, appear to need major upgrades. Otherwise, I would have given a five star review.

I had been to Eastern Podiatry 20+ years ago for bunion removal and hammertoe surgery and they were wonderful! Having recurring problems with age, I was pleased to see they were still in business. I’ve gotten treated here two times, and I honestly do not want to go anywhere else if I need something done in the future. The staff are nice, they’ll definitely work with you. Dr. Hendershot did a great job prefacing the procedure to me, and it’s obvious that he knows what he is doing. Normally, I dread the pain that comes along with this. I’ve had really bad experiences with some places that really make my teeth clench and white knuckle the armrests. I consider myself to have a moderate to slightly high pain tolerance. But Dr. Hendershot was really easy going, and kept the pain to a minimum. Honestly, the worst thing was just the numbing injection, which is not bad at all. Barely even felt the clipping. He’s really great, thank you.

I highly recommend Eastern Podiatry. I’m always satisfied whenever I walk out of this place.

Dr Bauer is amazing with “the injection” to numb toe before removing the nail. The staff is friendly, was able to get a timely appointment, did not have to wait too long in the office and he really had great bedside manner. He waited until I said I was ready for the injection, talked me through it, and best part... waited until I was numb to begin. Did not treat me like I was just another patient in a busy day. I am shocked at the outcome. Would highly recommend!

All of the staff at Eastern Podiatry are outstanding ! I originally went to this location on a whim a few years back and was happy with my treatment . I recently returned to have an ingrown toenail looked at and had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Reed for the 1st time . He was so wonderful and allayed my fears about having a procedure to correct the problem . No high pressure or admonition from Dr. Reed was a refreshing change from other doctors who make you feel your choices are limited. I had the procedure to remove part of my ingrown nail and walked out a short time later . It was no big deal , literally ! Dr. Reed is caring, kind and professional and so good at what he does. His smile will blow you away too.
I highly recommend Dr. Reed and the considerate and efficient staff at Eastern Podiatry . I will continue to patronize this practice even though it is out of my way and there are podiatrists closer to my home, it's worth the trip.

I went to that clinic for a serious problem I had on my toenail, I was treated by Dr. Bauer and the medicine he prescribed gave me a very good result. I recommend it. He is an excellent doctor.

Horrible experience with Dr. Bauer, uncertain about treatment options and how to treat my issue, stated was putting in a prescription when I finally stated what I would like to do. Later that evening went to retrieve the scripts after waiting an hour to be told no prescription was ever put in. A waste
Of money and my time.
