Dr. Dafforn helped me and was truly amazing. She took her time to take care of me and was very nice. She was really nice.

HOWEVER, the front desk needs training or a new team. I went twice and did not have a copay due at the time of service but got a bill later which is fine. I tried to pay at the office and not only did the front desk girl try to charge me $147 for my $80 bill, but told me I couldn't use a specific debit card. I called the billing office in utah and the card worked fine when I paid on the phone.

Very unprofessional and disappointing. They canceled my appointment twice. The first time, they told me they needed a referral half a day before an appointment I had made well in advance. The second time, I worked hard on getting a referral, but it didn't go through. My provider told me it doesn't look like they are in your insurance network. I called them, and they said, "Oh yeah, we don't accept your insurance." This is despite the two times they made the appointment for me; they repeatedly confirmed that they accept my insurance. From the other comments, it seems this is their pattern: they confirm things and then disappoint later. A complete waste of time and energy.

Myself and two daughters get ingrowns pretty bad. With temporary removal, they keep growing back. But we avoided permanent bc so many podiatrists are generous with the removal and take so much nail. I searched, read reviews, and reached out to so many offices before choosing this one. However, I was disappointed. Dr. Dafforn was not interested in educating or answering questions in detail. We had to ask multiple times to get complete answers to questions. Their website says they use a gutter splint. Dr. Dafforn said they don’t and that she has never even heard of that. And she was not conservative with her removal like we were told- she took out quite a bit. Glad we didn’t let her do permanent.

This place is terrible. For my first visit, I had an appointment for 7:40 AM, but when I arrived, I was told they didn't open until 8:00 AM and had to wait outside. Once they opened and I went in, I was told the appointment was actually set for 8:30 AM. Today, I had an appointment for 10:30 AM, only to be told it was scheduled for 11:30 AM... They’ve kept me waiting for an hour. This place is the worst.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I went in to get an ingrown toenail treated. The doctor didn't remove the toenail and just gave me antibiotics, and then I would have to come back when i was done, but they would charge me again. Medical institutions like this are the biggest thieves in society. 20 minutes and I get charged $250, and they wanted me to pay another $225 for the next visit. No other industry operates like this, if I go to a mechanic and they don't fix my car I don't pay them. It wasn't a different part, it wasn't nothing I haven't had fixed before by other doctors. I went to them because they had good reviews, but my personal experience was complete garbage. I'm not trusting her I'm still in pain and now have to look for a different doctor to treat me. Complete waste of time and money.

Made an appointment on 5/27 and gave all necessary insurance information.

Was called on 5/29 and they stated that they don’t take my insurance. Incredibly disappointing and inconvenient to make an appointment and schedule around it but receive a call that my insurance actually is not taken by them and now have to go through the process again with a different doctor.

Terrible. Would give zero stars if I could. Went in February for Bunion Surgery consultation. Doctor said we would meet again for scheduling in April and she would look in to minimal invasive surgery. Show up today for my April visit, doctor said she was not admitted yet to perform the surgery and gave me no information on minimal invasive surgery. They then said they would write me a referral. I waited in the lobby for over 20 minutes and decided to leave when no one showed up with the referral. Complete waste of time.

1 year later. However, the doctor that worked on my big toe nail cut so much off that it has been a problem ever since. No ingrown nail now but missing 20 % of the nail. I wished I had looked around a little more.

Incredible, thorough, caring, friendly. I really can't say enough great things about my experience. Dr. Dafforn and Jayla are AMAZING! Ive been experiencing extreme pain in my feet from neuropathy. Ive been sooo disappointed in the previous doctors Ive gone to and thought, ok Im sure they will spend 5 minutes with me and send me on my way...JUST THE OPPOSITE! Ive never had a doctor spend so much time. Dr. Dafforn and her amazing assistant Jayla literally LISTENED to me. One thing that is aggravating that not only this practice but many other practices do is they don't allow you to pick up your orthotics without making another appointment you can't just pick them up so that means another co-payment and creases the price out of pocket for your orthotics. If I had a an adjustment that needed to made to the orthotics that are already paid for that would mean paying another $40 co-payment so it encourages you to just live with what you have

This was my first visit with Dr Nguyen. He was on time to see me and along with the pre done exrays and leg arteries analysis, Dr Nguyen analyzed my plantar fasciitis issues and determined an in office treatment and home exercise regiment. This office fitted me with some HARD Orthodics and gave me 90 days to try out now they have changed their policy do not get their orthotics they are super hard and uncomfortable don't waste your time very unfair practices

Very nice atmosphere. Very clean. Seen Dr Bauer. Very nice and explained everything, answered all questions. Had ingrown toenail removed. Didn't feel a thing. He also cut my toenails and does a great job. Would recommend them for sure.

Is been 2 months that I visit this clinic The Dr is very professional and Nice the staff that help get my X-rays She is so patience But is 2 months that I ordered my shoe inserts and they haven't get them yet I had call so many times they said they are not here yet Soo I cancelled them...

I had been to Eastern Podiatry 20+ years ago for bunion removal and hammertoe surgery and they were wonderful! Having recurring problems with age, I was pleased to see they were still in business. The staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Henderschott was great, putting me at ease immediately! In my mind, i was sure another surgery was upcoming, but thankfully I was wrong! If and when necessary, I'll definitely return.

BRAVO for Eastern Podiatry!!! First time here, had an excellent experience: from setting my appointment without an excessive wait, to quick paperwork as a new patient, caring receptionists, back office staff, and friendly, professional, no nonsense doctors who are well trained, helpful in their explanations & suggestions. I am a school teacher who is on my feet most of the day, so when I need help with my feet, I don't need care that takes a century to address...I require prompt, exact care & treatment at a fair price. 5 STARS and more if I could give them!
