Was referred to Dr Romero by my oncologist for a bronchoscopy. He had reviewed all my previous scans and tests and explained all options and procedures. He took the time to answer our questions. There was a bit of a wait but he apologized immediately.

Dr. Romero sent me for the tests to see if I qualify for the zephyr valves. I got Covid so I couldn’t take the test right away but as soon as I was cleared I went and took the tests. He told me I did not need to come back for a visit he would call me with results. NEVER HAS. I have called his office numerous times to see if I qualify. No response. His team said they leave messages. How unprofessional. I talked to my primary pulmonary doctor and he told me he won’t respond to him either. I really would like to qualify for these valves. Maybe this review can get him to get ahold of me. He was a very nice doctor but this is my last fe. Come On!
