Dr. Pervaiz has been my doctor going on almost 10 years now. He has saved my life from a deadly spider in an emergency. The office and staff I’ve gotten to know and love them. This office is caring, understanding, with great manners. I’m from a small town so it’s nice to have that small town feel.

Was a bit nervous at first since it was at urgent care since I've never been to one, however, I was very happy with how my appointment went. The staff was welcoming and sweet from the moment I walked in. The lobby was comfortable. Not too hot on a day like today and had very comfortable seating which is nice since I suffer from back and neck pain. The doctor was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. They took the time to listen to me and made sure I had everything I wanted to talk about taken care of. I would highly recommend it!

Went to urgent care. No doctor was present. I ended up speaking to him over the phone for less than 2 minutes. The lady at the front desk proceeds to charge me $75 for speaking to him over the phone. The front desk lady also had no idea which prescription I needed, so I waited for at least 20 min while she figured it out. So unprofessional and unhelpful.

Dr.Syed has been the most dilegent and prompt doctors ive ever had. My daughter has a particular condition and hes always been fair and quick to make sure she getsany referalls i ask for. Ive had to deal with a lot of doctors these past three years and hes been the dictor that really listens. I counldnt ask for a better primary for my family.

When I receptionist Lucia said I have a copay I ask why. I’ve never paid in years. Lucia said she’s looking at it right now, and said I have a $ 30.00 copay. She called my insurance on the phone and told me I don’t have to pay anything now. I ask her why, she said call your insurance. Every question I ask Lucia about why I don’t have to pay now, her reply was call your insurance, I don’t work for the insurance company. She was very rude, not professional at all. When I did see the doctor my blood pressure was high and he asked did I take my medication today. I responded yes, but Lucia in the front office got me so upset that my blood pressure just went up. All Lucia had to be was a little more understanding with my questions and I would have been fine, but no. She would repeat call your insurance, I don’t work for them as I was sitting waiting to see the doctor. She is very unprofessional, rude, and has no customer service skills whatsoever. She should not be working in that kind of environment if she doesn’t know how to handle a question correctly. With that being said the doctor Francisco Corptus is a very god doctor. I no complaints of him. Thank you.

I’ve been going to this office for awhile now. My recent experience was superb, everything was done in a timely manner, process was smooth, and heard back immediately via tele-health which I love. Only thing that may need work is getting a hold of the clinic, voice mailbox is full but they do call back. Otherwise they get the job done and are very professional.

I didn't receive the prescription via email as promised, I have to take the bus to the clinic to get them myself and the phone always answered by the call center and the call center never pass the message to the office, not sure why not use the real person to answer the call instead no function call center? Very disappointed for the quality of service right now after coming here for over 10 years now. Considering to switch out primary physician after the annual physical check up.

Waited over 2 1/2 hours for before seeing a doctor to get a medical clearance from filled out! “11:20a-2:50p” Then was told I need to come back, after labs was completed! Before leaving and while waiting I Asked serval time if my birth control was send to to pharmacy. An I was insured it was! Guess what the Prescription was never sent to pharmacy! I Rechecked with pharmacy around 7p still nothing! Now it’s day 2 still no prescription sent in, not only that I went to clinic this morning to drop off forms that need to filled out immediately. Still waiting for my forms to be filled out and still waiting for my call back from doctors! Overall the doctor was kind and caring but the whole experience was horrible and this was the first time having a bad experience in the 5 years I’ve been going to this clinic! ☹️
