Not very happy with a phone call this morning with receptionist. I called in because I had received a call, and the person who I was transferred to (receptionist) was extremely RUDE . I had a visit yesterday with Dr Jennifer and of course she's always amazing because she listens to me and is very patient doesn't rush me at all and I appreciate that she cares about me. She's always very thorough every time I see her and doesn't miss anything about me about all my medications about how I'm feeling if I'm depressed and is everything ok at home. She is definitely the best doctor I will always be her patient there is not a lot of doctors that are patient but she definitely is a wonderful doctor!! She also has an Amazing staff who is friendly patient and understanding!! My list could go on but I will always enjoy being her patient!!!

I’ve been going here now for about three years and I feel like the care they provide is exceptional . All the people that work here are very friendly, eager to help and approachable. I’m a senior citizen so I feel I can be a little stuck in my ways and maybe a little difficult to deal with but my primary care physician Jennifer Adodo listens to me patiently and then tells me what she recommends and the procedures that would serve me best. I don’t always accept everything , but I don’t feel judged because of that. I feel she listens to me and tries to steer me in the right direction while being respectful of my decisions as well. That means a lot to me. I’m glad she’s my primary care physician.

I entered the facility and security smiled and said hello. Receptionist Sequoia immediately assisted me to check in. Lady Pink lol Melissa makes you feel like a friend while she is taking vitals. If you are nervous, she puts you at ease. Then there is Jennifer, NP and her trainee. The trainee was very thorough and personable. Good job. Jennifer is amazing. She listens to you and takes interest. She makes you feel special. Last was Nafeesah. She enters like she has met you a hundred times, immediately putting you at ease if you are sketchy about shots.
