Dr. Ferrer is amazing. She has been mine and my kids primary dr for many many years. She listens to everything I have to say and never makes me feel like I’m just another number.I never feel rushed when I’m there. Never feel like I’m being judged. Nobody really likes having to go to the dr. But knowing I have a dr who not only listens, but actually cares about what you’re saying and going through is refreshing. This office has always been amazing. From the ladies who run the front office, to the ladies who take you back to your rooms, and all the drs I’ve had the pleasure of meeting there. They have been wonderful and I would recommend this office to anyone.

Best doctor ever! This is also the best healthcare clinic in LV. My insurance has sent me to other places but I always change my PCP to them. I drive from Summerlin to come here. Very affordable care, and they will help you with every single one of your concerns. They always have appointments available the next day too! Ladies can get your pap done here without needing a referral.

In November 2020, I was in need of a Primary Care Physician due to the fact I was living in Las Vegas, Nevada. I was recommended by my brother in law the Jurani Clinic. I made an appointment I made an appointment and went down there and was introduced to Dayco, I call him Doctor Dayco. I don't want to make this too long so I'll say it was the best visit I've ever had with the doctor, I had to relocate to California but I will say this I love that clinic so much because the people that work there that I travel from California to Las Vegas anytime I need to see my doctor and have no problem whatsoever taking that long drive to get care for whatever issue I might have going on at that time. Dr. Dayco and the staff are tremendous individuals, and wouldn't change them for nothing in the world. I want to thank the Jurani Clinic for always being attentive to my needs and for listening to me and my issues before making an evaluation. God Bless you guys you guys are the best.

Was skeptical the first time going there because of the not so good area but to my surprise the clinic “patient waiting room and rooms where the Dr. sees you” are very clean and organized. I was a patient at this clinic for about one year, and they served as my family doctor during that time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I noticed a consistent lack of professionalism and care. Almost every time I had an appointment, the doctor arrived 30–40 minutes late compared to the scheduled time given to me. On one occasion, I requested ear cleaning, but the procedure was not done properly. As a result, my hearing became worse, and I had to see a specialist afterward. The way the procedure was handled felt very unprofessional.

Another major issue was referrals. Multiple times, the clinic failed to fax my referrals to the specialists I was scheduled to see. I waited for days and followed up several times, yet the referrals were still not sent. This happened on more than one occasion. Additionally, when I asked for referrals, I was told to contact specialists myself to check if they were accepting new patients. This is not something patients should be responsible for — it should be handled by the clinic.

Lastly, the front desk staff and nurses were rude and unprofessional. They often spoke to patients without proper courtesy or respect and did not follow basic professional ethics.

Overall, due to poor communication, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional behavior, and recklessness I would not recommend this clinic.

This has been my son’s Doctor for a few years now and it’s been a wonderful experience. From regular check ups and the occasional illness, we are always treated with kindness and respect. I’m very glad to have them as a care provider.

Dr Gerianne Ferrer Is the most meticulous caring doctor I have ever had in my 78 years… she clarifies and describes every procedure. She is about to perform. She is never in a rush and will sit with the patient as long as needed… I recommend Dr. Ferrer two patients of all ages…
