I was a patient at this clinic for about one year, and they served as my family doctor during that time. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I noticed a consistent lack of professionalism and care. Almost every time I had an appointment, the doctor arrived 30–40 minutes late compared to the scheduled time given to me. On one occasion, I requested ear cleaning, but the procedure was not done properly. As a result, my hearing became worse, and I had to see a specialist afterward. The way the procedure was handled felt very unprofessional.

Another major issue was referrals. Multiple times, the clinic failed to fax my referrals to the specialists I was scheduled to see. I waited for days and followed up several times, yet the referrals were still not sent. This happened on more than one occasion. Additionally, when I asked for referrals, I was told to contact specialists myself to check if they were accepting new patients. This is not something patients should be responsible for — it should be handled by the clinic.

Lastly, the front desk staff and nurses were rude and unprofessional. They often spoke to patients without proper courtesy or respect and did not follow basic professional ethics.

Overall, due to poor communication, lack of responsibility, and unprofessional behavior, and recklessness I would not recommend this clinic.

For quite sometime, the doctors are very good compare for what’s out there always the same doctors that’s what I like. But the people who is in charge of handling the referrals are REALLY BAD, every time that the doctor have to send you to a specialist or other doctor you literally have to keep on top of them to remind them about the referral, also the front office people are REAL BAD AT CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you call to make an appointment it’s even worse I already lost to appointments because of them not sending a referral or not responding to emails with information that others specialist need it. First off,I was referred to this office as a pedestrian. I called to see if I could make an appointment for a first time patient, Yevone (front desk clergy) answers, I explain this would be my 5yr old first time here. She goes on to ask for her medical ID number in which I didn't have at the time, so I asked her if I could give her social to check insurance coverage she went in to say she couldn't look it up that way, so I said okay I call the insurance company to get it and give her a call back. Then she said we'll what's the child name and date of birth I have it to her only for to say oh yea I can't make it with that information. I said ok I'll get it and call back, I did, I called back within ID day 10min or so when I called back I said hello I'm trying to make an appointment for my daughter she will be a new patient. As she talked I seen she really didn't want to deal with me so I said excuse me who am i speaking with. I asked this twice again politely asked if there were anyone else that I could talk to she said hold on I got in my car and drove to the clinic to me 9mun and was still on hold. When I walked in and asked why she said I told her I wanted to soak with someone who speaks English which was a total lie cause I was literally still in hold. When she was confirmed with that now she (Yevone) didn't want to speak. She also said I hung up on her. Crazy how a person could just lie like that she went to the back and didn't come back out. Now they're saying I have to speak to management to see if I can still be seen.. lol little did they know, I'm actually law enforcement and I will be pursuing this further. She was confronted with the truth and instead of saying she was wrong she decided to just walk to the back and stay there. SMH at the customer service. She didn't think I'd come up there.

My doctor never told me specifically what was wrong with me he assume because I was sick, but that’s why my blood pressure was up but he never tell me what my diagnosis mess. I am currently in the hospital right now in emergency room from aches and pains that I had and I told him about that my doctor is very good at prescribing medication. If you cough he’ll give you the prescription makes you need, but I’ve never had a real physical from my doctor. So now I’m in the ER trying to figure out why am I having all these pains on my side and I have a very bad cough. I wish my doctor knew the answer.
