So why should I pay when I’m not even there .. and the assistant Samantha she was so rude too . All they want is money every month regardless even if you have no visit…so be prepared because he is doctor so he thinks it’s his right for free money and yes we did sign up from you being regular doctor you became a membership doctor , you didn’t tell us the dos and don’t so that’s on you, we didn’t ask for this membership drama

I had high hopes with this doctor. Very disappointing. I paid for the $100 cash appt. and told Dr. Qamar what was going on with my health. He told me he wanted to start with a neurologist appt. I said fine but I'd like you to do the referral for a doctor in my network. After I left the appt. 2 hours later I sent in all the contact info for the neurologist I wanted to see. It was sent to the email address they provided. One week goes by and nothing. I call and they cannot find the email. So I send again to the same address and they finally get it. 2 weeks go by and still nothing. I call again and they say the doctor has not looked at it. Finally that same day they get back to me with referral. It should not take 2 phone calls, 3 emails and 3 weeks after my initial appointment for a referral.

'Our records show much of what we ordered was never done and that you made no effort to schedule follow up appointments'. I fulfilled and completed every lab / radiology / mammogram appointment as scheduled before the end of last year 2021.

I disagree and dispute the healthcare practices of this office.

I anticipated and expected so much more as a new patient for Dr. H. Qamar. After seven months time lapse and only one initial face-to-face new patient meeting with the doctor, I am disappointed. Following my initial office visit, I was farmed out to various labs and radiology vendors with no follow-up meeting with the doctor to discuss my existing health condition. I never got a call back regarding receipt of my medical records and there was a mishap whereby the office billed the incorrect insurance company for payment (information that was noted within my out of state medical records...so they had actually received my records!). This doctor was not responsive at all. The aesthetics for this office are pleasing, however there was no substance from this doctor that warrants being in charge of my healthcare. I'm 63 yrs old and always had doctors provide to me the utmost care. This experience has tarnished my view of Nevada's healthcare providers. I will re
port my experience to the state board. I've cancelled my patient status as of last week due to after five separate requests for Rx refills, the doctor had the audacity to request that I schedule an office visit be4 consideration to refill. Enough bad treatment is enough.

I am still recovering from failed heathcare expectations to be provided in southern Nevada from my experience with your team. Absolutely shocked!!! My first appointment here was just fine, I became a patient and made my second appointment a few months later, today my 2nd appointment I was 8 minutes late and the doctor Samir already took a different patient! They didn’t even call me to ask me if I’m on my way, the most disgusting customer services I’ve ever experienced, after driving 25 minutes I was told my appointment is cancelled for BEING 8 MINUTES LATE!!! My consultation was today, 9:15 am. After waiting for days for the consultation, and called to make sure everything was good to go and confirmed they accept it my insurance… (I have all the messages saved!) today, yes, today when I was already there the front office told me they don’t accept it my insurance!!! I deleted my previous negative reviews due to mistakes were made by both sides and because of that my services with this clinic came to an end. All in all the services provided were top notch. If I was to complain about any aspect of their business model is that the medical assistant should learn how to communicate better where there would not have been any miscommunication to begin with. I do not believe the mistake made by the front office warrants any star deduction as I never gave her a chance to explain.

Well, I called a couple months ago and made an appointment for my husband. Ever since then, I've been trying to get ahold of the front office to schedule an appt for myself. Nobody ever answers the phone, and I've left 2 or 3 voicemails over several weeks - none of which have returned any phone calls to me.

You may be a great medical practice, but how is ANYBODY supposed to get ahold of you? To schedule an appt? What if a patient needs to speak to someone urgently?! Do I have to show up physically just to make an appt?

Healthcare in the USA is nothing short of a bad joke anymore.

I am new to the area. Called the practice on 6.20.22 @9:35am. I was directed to the website that I was already on and could not get any information related to cost for the concierge medicine offered by the Q's. I fully support any business being run the way the owners wish no issue however, why would I have not been told in the past 2 years that I would need to find another Dr when I hit 65? Better yet, why would you not advertise the fact that you will not see patients inse they turn 65? The kicker is, I am not on Medicare, have health insurance through my employer but they say they can't see me. So, here I sit with test ran but not able to see a Dr to tell me what I may or may not need because they would not get.me in any sooner than 2 months out. If you need an actual Dr to see you in a timely manner or treat you go somewhere else. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Now I have to find another Dr that will see me and go through this whole process again. I thought having insurance was a good thing

I received a phone call after leaving this review. I was given an apology (though no explanation) and offered a weekend appointment with the doctor, at no cost, to review my labs, which I accepted. The practice made a sincere effort to make things better and keep me as a patient. Under the circumstances, this is exactly what should have been done. Mistakes happen and I am glad they did what was necessary to correct it.

I scheduled a total of 4 appointments with the female Dr. Qamar and two of the four were canceled same day because of an "emergency." The first one was canceled minutes before my appointment; the second one was canceled one hour AFTER I sat at my desk alone in a google meet for an hour waiting for a telehealth visit that neither the doctor nor the staff thought prudent to jump on and inform me of the situation. I found out my appt was canceled because I called. So, 50% of my total visits were canceled by the doctor. Do better.

I was given the option to reschedule my appointment for ONE MONTH out, despite the fact that the reschedule was not caused by me. In one month my lab results will be 3 months old. Again, do better.

On the positive side, Evelyn was very pleasant and it is unfortunate that she has to make excuses for the poor scheduling of her boss.

0/10 don't recommend.

This practice and it's staff/doctor absolutely blew me away. First of all, making my appointment was pleasant and professional. The front desk staff were extremely respectful and provided perfect service on the phone while also providing great phone etiquette. Getting to my appointment, the staff again provided great service and allowed me to fill out my paperwork and collect my insurance card/i.d. at my own pace. There was zero rush to provide all my document as soon as I check in for my appointment. I was brought into the exam room on time and was greeted by the most caring doctor I've ever met in my life. Seems like an extreme statement to make but I literally got to my car and cried because I've never felt to cared for by a doctor. She sat with me for about 45 minutes to an hour and just got to know me and my medical concerns. As she heard my concerns and things I've been dealing with for year's, she offered a medical opinion and also told me what she wanted to do in terms of my care. She provided referrals to other specialists that she highly recommends and I left there completely relieved. After my appointment, I was brought into the waiting room where her staff provided me with all of the referrals and bloodwork needed. In one visit I feel like I trust Dr. Qamar. Thank you so much!!

My kids (19 & 11) and I have been seeing Dr. Qamar (Hisana) for years. She is amazing, she listens, and is curious, she asks good questions and is always helpful. She remembers too, it's nice to have that closeness with your doctor. I hope, we can continue seeing her for many years to come!

Like many of you, I’m not a fan of going to the doctor!
However, I have say that Dr. Qamar is amazing. After a longer than expected appointment with Dr. Qamar where she took her time to ask some very detailed questions, she prescribed visits to a few specialist to make sure everything was in “good working order”.

Promptly after all the test had been completed, her office called me to make an appointment to go over the results. I was expecting a very quick meeting to say everything was OK (which it was). However, the doctor spent just over 30 minutes on a video call (because I couldn’t make it in) and gave me detailed results of ALL my tests, what each one meant along with some follow-up advice to make sure I would maintain my “healthy” status.

It seems counterintuitive that I would be writing a review of something that should always be the norm, but I think we’ve all been to doctors where they rush you in and out after waiting forever to see the doctor for 5 minutes! Not the case here: the staff was friendly, the doctor was on time and unimaginably cordial and professional and the follow-up was surprisingly amazing!

I would love to keep her a secret if possible, but that wouldn’t be right! Go to Dr Qamar at Queensridge Family Medicine! She’s truly wonderful!

I’ve had only one appointment so far with Dr. Qamar and I found the office and staff to be welcoming and relaxed. Dr. Qamar was friendly and conversational and took her time listening to me and discussing my health. The exam room was large, well decorated and welcoming. It was probably the most enjoyable doctor visit I’ve had in a long time. She provided healthy eating and lifestyle tips and seemed to really take an interest in my wellbeing.
The new patient paperwork was typical. If I have any criticism is that this and all doctors should record the insurance information from the card themselves rather than require the patient (customer) to write it all out numerous times on forms. Other doctors are starting to do this and it really sets them apart. But this office’s paperwork was no worse then most. Overall my initial impression of Dr. Qamar is very positive.

I saw Dr. Qamar (female) they are a husband wife team for the first time a couple weeks ago. Definitely don't mind doctor visits anymore. She was very kind and compassionate and I Definitely will be back. She actually is a doctor that listens to her patients. In May I scheduled an appointment at Queensridge Family Medicine for an annual physical. I additionally informed them I would need some lab work done such as antibody titers and a TB test, as these are required for my upcoming rotation in a healthcare setting for my school program. The facility and Dr. Qamar were very nice. However, once she entered the room the first thing she told me was she didn’t have time to complete my physical and fill out the form I had brought for school. This was obviously pretty shocking since it was literally why I created the appointment and what I clearly conveyed to the receptionist. She did order the lab work I needed and informed me she would complete the physical form by the date I needed it for school. That was also a surprise because she did not complete a full physical assessment besides listening to my heart. We did not discuss any medical, diet, exercise history or anything else. Upon leaving the appointment the nurse gave me a packet of papers, including the forms to get the lab work done. When I got to the car I realized she had ordered about 6 other tests we did not discuss, including a COVID antibody test. I had told her I already had COVID and been vaccinated, so an antibody test was completely unnecessary. All of these additional tests would have been extra charges to my insurance had I not specifically told Labcorp to skip them. Additionally, she handed me a packet on “eating an anti inflammatory diet”. As someone in school to become a Registered Dietitian, I know how little nutrition education MDs get in school. Since she did not review my diet history she had no clue what I currently eat and what nutrients I need. She also didn’t ask my medical history to know if perhaps I had a history of an eating disorder, in which case a list of good vs bad foods could have been triggering. The final page of the packet said I should take a multi vitamin, probiotics, and 5000 IU of Vitamin D daily. That amount is well above the recommended value set forth in the Dietary Guidelines for Americans and a level only someone with a diagnosed deficiency should be given for a short time period to correct said deficiency. Again she could not have made that diagnosis without conducting a diet history or lab work. Finally, her office has yet to call me with the lab results. I got them myself through my Labcorp account weeks ago when they became available. I will not be going back and am shocked at the unethical and borderline malpractice treatment I received.

I've been visiting Queensridge Family Medicine for about 4 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The receptionist is always polite and helpful when you call or visit, and you're always treated with courtesy.

I have met with both doctors and they've been great. They are very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and are quick to let you in on their thinking process. They did a great job of catering to my needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, which has been difficult for everyone.

Dr Qamar is exceptional , conscientious, focused, most knowledgeable and one of a kind ! I consider myself so so blessed to have him as my doctor ! First and foremost, Dr. Qamar is genuinely compassionate and an Excellent listener. He gives you that feeling that “ I matter “! Went in for my follow up from my yearly well exam and had a list of questions to ask. She told me she didn't have time for them that she had a waiting room full of clients and that I needed to schedule another appointment to go over them. This was my follow up appointment for that. She is always running anywhere from 30-45 minutes late on her appointments. Total length of doctor time with vitals was 10 minutes. Not even a regular length of her so called 15 minute time frame. And for the record I was 5 minutes late. I had to wait in line to check in also, but she was already running 30 minutes late. I paid for my appointment and she didn't address what I was there for, but she sure did take my money. She likes churning her clients, she loves to schedule another appointment. More appointments for her equals more money.

Couldn’t even tell me if my medical insurance would be able to be covered. Just automatically says oh I have a herd of your insurance you have to call your insurance and find out what work at this particular doctor. Not to mention the lady on the phone answer the phone was extraordinarily slow wasn’t able to even answer basic questions about the facility the doctors with a type of practice of which this is. I don’t know why people don’t want to provide good service so that they can receive good revenue from good clients.

I live on the other end of town, about a 40 minute drive-it was well worth it. I found Dr. Qamar online trying to find a doctor that takes cash paying patients. I am so glad I found him. He is friendly, thorough, and listens to you. I had blood work done, and it was very affordable. I am bringing my whole family to see Dr. Qamar.

we just received a letter stating we have unpaid bills and disruptive behavior which i dont remember weve done.this clinic accusing us of unpaid bills just because of missed appointments. we never disrespects any of staffs i dont even know why this person accusing us being disrespectful.All of the amount that you charge in your policy ,we havent seen and read it on your website we always works and busy,you couldve explained it to us perhaps.we always pay after we get done checked up we dont remember unpaid bills and being disrespectful to you,because we always informing you if we cant make it. you mentioned all of your policy now,but you werent explained everything to us that once we have missed appointment we will be charged of unpaid bills or whatever.we couldve known if at the begining of our appearance atleast explained to us.we havent informed that we will be charged of each missed appointments.you told us before that if in case we can make it just walk in even without appointment youll accept us but now it seems all changed just because we are unable to show up.you already know about our job as truckers and by the time its out of route we were not able to go there.you should just talked to us in a professional way,now you accused us having disruptive behavior and being disrespectful were not bad people.if only we know that itll be like this we could look for care near us,we dont have own adress we are living on our truck so dont compare us to those patients in travel they know and they can plan their destinations,we were just under the managements plans.such a bad experience.you wont either refill our prescriptions even you know we urgently needs it the fact that we already informed you ,were on our way seeing you day after tomorrow the time we called,but you havent trusted us,you instead told us that you will be charging us doubled because of the past appointments. thats not fair.we dont have insurance,we dont have that high amount to pay double charge,we only have enough money to pay the bill,but you showed us unprofessional behavior and accused us of false words,were disrespectful just because we cant make it?not all of patients can comply on all appointments your giving to them specially when they cant afford to pay each appointments.your just damaging your reputation eventhough dr quamar is a geat doctor ,but by treating people like this wasnt nice.im sure theres more better clinics out there that can handle patients professional and not reversing us and what happened.and to let you know we followed what dr quamar told us excercise,proper diet eat healthy,its just the prescription thats lacking on us,you havent trusted us even were on our way,and double charging is a killer thats why we decided not to continue going there anymore,we said thank you and appreciate everything etc if you remember,so were not disrespectful we just cant afford double charge that you want,hope you understand.And its out of our route so better just end it there.

This place is truly unique and amazing! The office is beautiful, the staff super friendly and the doctor is the best i've ever met! I have no insurance, and for only 60 dollars i got the best doctor experience in my life. Dr. Qamar is one of a kind, there is no rush, he explains things that you are really able to understand everything. He treats you like a human beeing and not like a number. He really works with you, instead of writing a prescription and rushes you out of there like other doctors. He is kind and nice, makes you feel comfortable, its just a pleasure to be there! they can really be proud of their office, everything was perfect and i never felt so well taken care of! Thank you so much for this experience, i thought doctors like that dont exist!

These doctors deserve 10 stars! I took my aunt here to visit the doctor and I have NEVER been so impressed with a medical practice. Everything is perfect from the moment you walk in - you are greeted by a very professional, efficient and welcoming staff member; the waiting room is more like a friendly sitting area than a typical doctors office and the whole office has a very warm feel where you can tell the staff and the doctors care.

THE DOCTORS ARE TOP RATE - honestly, the doctor was so wonderful, I was blown away. There is no where else in Las Vegas that has this quality of physician. I have never met with a physician with such a high level of knowledge, but also with the ability to communicate that knowledge in a way that anyone can understand. The doctor is one of those people that you would just like if you ran into whatever the place - just a nice, easy going person who is kind and caring and very likable. It is a rare gift to find such a doctor - I have searched for years and never found one until Dr. Qamar.

I can only stress that you will never find the level of knowledge in any physician in this town - this is a whole different level of practice. The best part of this practice is that you really get a face to face visit with a doctor - not just a doctor who grabs your file and runs in and out of your room but a doctor who knows their patients by name, knows their history well - it is like an old fashioned doctors office or a high end concierge care office where your doctor is your trusted family friend and someone who you can rely on and turn to. I recommend this office highly.
