Estamos en Nevada Pediatric Specialists desde que nacieron mis hijos aproximadamente hace 11 años! Nos sentimos triste cuando se fue la Dra. NIicole Hartvigsen ya que ella cuido de mis niños por casi 8 años. Ahora la Dra. Caroline Nguyen es quien ve a mis niños y es excelente su atención y cuidado, ella siempre dedica tiempo e interés en las necesidades de mis niños. Dr. Caroline Nguyen is truly the best pediatrician, especially for first-time parents! From the very beginning, she has made us feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we navigate life with our first baby.

She is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable, but at the same time very open-minded, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely knows what she’s doing, and we have so much confidence and trust in her care.

What we appreciate most is that she never makes us feel rushed. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns, answer all of our questions, and really understand what we need as new parents. No question ever feels too small, and she makes sure we leave feeling reassured and informed.

We also absolutely love the positive, warm energy she brings into the room. Her attitude and personality make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. Having Dr. Nguyen as our baby’s pediatrician has made our experience as first-time parents so much easier. We are incredibly grateful for her and couldn’t recommend her enough!

I love this place. It's very clean, and the receptionists are very professional and respectful. Some are bilingual and can help if you need a translator for your appointment, reschedule, or have medication delivered to your CVS store. The doctors are professional and explain everything in detail and in a way that's easy to understand. My son has been a patient here since he was born. He's six years old now, and I've never had a single complaint. 10/10

From the moment I walked in for the first time for a morning appointment i knew i scheduled at the right place! front desk ladies were so nice and they lady at checking out and scheduled me for next appointment made sure time and date fit my schedule timing. No waiting time I checked in 3 minutes later I got called in and in the waiting room they took my daughter vitals very gentle. Scheduling with Kevin Lopez Physician Assistant - Medical for my new born daughter was even better he took his time to explain to me new things in my daughter's growing and answering my questions we spend aboit 15 minutes talking and him checking on my daughter for the record.

ive been going there since my son was born. heads up the lil nurses that you have to check in with at the front desk always have an attitude and will not tell you the right things. one tike one of them told me that since i missed three appointments they wouldnt no longer take my son in. i found out a year later that was never true. i came back and they are still exactly the same. rolling their eyes, really rude attitude right out first thing you come to the counter. and i had only three different doctors there one i asked to switch because he was also very rude. the second one was absolutely perfect but she either retired or transferred. the last one is wayy too i wanna say almost shy, quiet, and isnt really trained well in hands on with kids. seemed like i would just make the appointment fast as possible..he was never rude just dont think he is really ready to work with kids in my own opinion. overall just wouldnt ever recommend going here theres more cons then pros for me, they need to improve their staff or at least their work ethics. i know its their job that they go to for a paycheck but my som is in all their hands as a team….just do better. im so glad im moving states and finding a better peds for my son!

The front desk staff here is absolutely fantastic! Mia and Elizabeth were incredibly nice and professional, making our experience so smooth. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They answered all our questions with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed right away. Words can not describe the experience my 12 year old son and I just had with Caroline Nyguen and her staff. They were amazing and professional. From the front staff being very professional and a warm welcome thank you so much. To the nurse assistance checking vitals making my son feel comfortable. To the doctor coming in and actually wanting to know about my son and asking him questions. Amazing!!!! I have had the same pediatrician for 10 years for my son but they have never made me feel the way this office has, like family. Rude and condescending doctor who does not listen to fathers. You have a man trying to tell you that his daughter uses a breathing machine to help with her asthma symptoms, which she’s been using for years and it’s been working just fine under another doctor’s care, and a new doctor who listens so poorly that she wants to put in for the child be tested for suspected asthma. We already know, we’ve already been getting treatment for her, and got ignored so much so that it was pointless to waste the breath explaining more.

Have to say , this pediatric office is the best I have ever gone to or encounter . The staff here are the most welcoming, polite and helpful I’ve seen .
Many staff from doctors offices can be snappy and rude , but i have never received any negative treatment from any of the ladies in this office.
I recently had a problem with my overdue vaccine appointment for my daughter, had to make a last minute call to see if I can get squeeze in before school starts . Isabel , was the reception nurse to answer my call and I explained to her that it was very crucial for me to get an appt before Monday because I didn’t want my daughter to start school late , I knew it was gunna be almost impossible to get an appt within the next two days but Isabel went above and beyond , found me a spot to come in the next day . Not every specialist office accommodates your emergency needs . To top this whole amazing experience I came in the next day and was welcome with great positive energy from everyone in the office .
I definitely made the best choice on using this pediatric office for my daughters . Thank you ladies for the great genuine treatment you give us , I know working with people can be very stressful and complicated but you ladies are rocking it!!!!

The front of the office staff are extremely rude with absolutely no communication skills. I’ve never received a simple “Hello, Welcome in!” One time in 9 months since my daughter was born. Dr. Siobhan
Assoon-Broady is an amazing doctor and has been an amazing help with every issue my daughter has had. As for the rest of the staff, very unprofessional and as another review said, they just have the “I don’t want to be here” look on their faces.
The rooms are also very dirty. This is just one room but the rest are honestly no better. Wiped it down myself and tore off a new paper before laying my baby on there The only clean spot in the room was the sink area.

I have been bringing my children to Nevada Pediatric Specialists for almost 12 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My child had an appointment scheduled for 8:40 AM, and I arrived on time. However, the door to the “well” side was locked, so I had no choice but to wait in line on the “sick” side behind three other people. Eventually, a staff member called over for someone to unlock the correct door.

After waiting even longer to speak with the front desk staff, I was treated as though I had done something wrong and as if the delay was somehow my fault, when in reality the issue was caused by the office not properly opening and managing the correct check-in area. I arrived on time for my child’s appointment and should not have been made to feel responsible for an error that was completely out of my control. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

Gas is far too expensive and people’s time is valuable. Waiting nearly an hour only to never be seen was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the rude, unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, I am now considering changing providers after many years as a loyal patient family. This experience was very disappointing.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Cristina and her Nurse Alexandra. I’ve been bringing my children here since my second child was born (she’s almost 1 now), and I’ve since added my first child as a patient as well. We truly love them.
Dr. Cristina is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed as a parent. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their families.
Alexandra is just as amazing. She is always kind, welcoming, and on top of everything, which makes each visit smooth and stress free. We never feel like we’re waiting forever, and she keeps everything moving efficiently while still being warm and personable.
One thing I especially appreciate is how Alexandra handles vaccinations. She is very gentle and quick, which makes a huge difference for both me and my kids. She always communicates what she’s about to do, gives me time to comfort my daughters (like putting on a song or show), and even lets me know she saves the more uncomfortable shots for last. At my daughter’s 6 month visit, she only cried during the very last shot , everything else went so smoothly.
That level of care, patience, and attention to detail really stands out. As a parent, it means everything to feel like your children are in good hands, and that’s exactly how we feel here every single visit. I highly recommend Dr. Cristina and Alexandra to any family looking for compassionate and efficient care. Also to add she speaks Spanish!
