I have been bringing my children to Nevada Pediatric Specialists for almost 12 years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. My child had an appointment scheduled for 8:40 AM, and I arrived on time. However, the door to the “well” side was locked, so I had no choice but to wait in line on the “sick” side behind three other people. Eventually, a staff member called over for someone to unlock the correct door.
After waiting even longer to speak with the front desk staff, I was treated as though I had done something wrong and as if the delay was somehow my fault, when in reality the issue was caused by the office not properly opening and managing the correct check-in area. I arrived on time for my child’s appointment and should not have been made to feel responsible for an error that was completely out of my control. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Gas is far too expensive and people’s time is valuable. Waiting nearly an hour only to never be seen was extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, due to the rude, unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff, I am now considering changing providers after many years as a loyal patient family. This experience was very disappointing.

Dr. Nicole explained my child illness very well. I would never though she would have that. Thank you so much.
I don't like the billing department charge us for checking the throat and nose for $34... gave them a call 2 weeks ago and they never call about the charge we didn't request for the wellness check up but keep sending us the bills. Beware of the charges. Make sure u check them before you pay.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Cristina and her Nurse Alexandra. I’ve been bringing my children here since my second child was born (she’s almost 1 now), and I’ve since added my first child as a patient as well. We truly love them.
Dr. Cristina is incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and informed as a parent. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and their families.
Alexandra is just as amazing. She is always kind, welcoming, and on top of everything, which makes each visit smooth and stress free. We never feel like we’re waiting forever, and she keeps everything moving efficiently while still being warm and personable.
One thing I especially appreciate is how Alexandra handles vaccinations. She is very gentle and quick, which makes a huge difference for both me and my kids. She always communicates what she’s about to do, gives me time to comfort my daughters (like putting on a song or show), and even lets me know she saves the more uncomfortable shots for last. At my daughter’s 6 month visit, she only cried during the very last shot , everything else went so smoothly.
That level of care, patience, and attention to detail really stands out. As a parent, it means everything to feel like your children are in good hands, and that’s exactly how we feel here every single visit. I highly recommend Dr. Cristina and Alexandra to any family looking for compassionate and efficient care. Also to add she speaks Spanish!

I love this place, yeah it can get busy sometimes but the pediatricians are very thorough! SOME of the nurses can try to be more i cant say kind cause their not rude just more i guess playful towards the children i know its not a play place its a place of work but its a job that involves kids so i thought it was common sense to be playful and happy around the kids but other than that they are all wonderful with everything else and i definitely trust them with the health of my kids!

They take care of people who come in after you check in for your appointment. This has happened too many times to be ignored. Either that or they take in Hispanics before any other race. Like I said, it's happened Every time I've come in. And that's maybe two or three times a Year. I've never said a word. Just observed.

Dr. Berroya is the best! We have been seeing her for a few years now since our daughter was born. Her office has moved further from our home but we are happy to make the drive because of how satisfied we are with her care. Dr. Kevin is the best! He would always take time to discuss the purpose of the check ups and is always open to inquiries. We met him when my son was about 2 months old and have stayed with him since then. My son is now 2 years old and we promised Dr. Kevin that we will follow him wherever he goes. La dr princess berroya no me gustó como atendió a mi hijo anteriormente mi hijo lo checo otra dr y le comente sobre los resultados y preguntas y lo unico que ella me dijo sigue con esa dr que ya vio a tu hijo prácticamente me dijo no vengas conmigo, pero no hay citas con esa dr cada dr deja sus notas su resumen en la información del paciente ellos pueden ver la información del paciente no importa quien te atendió pero ella no se quiere tomar el tiempo, es una sola clínica todos pueden ver la informacion del paciente. Yo nunca mas pediria que alguno de mis hijos lo atendiera y tampoco la recomendaría ., no todos los dr son como ella

We had such an amazing experience with our Nurse Pediatric Practitioner Princess Berroya . She was incredibly kind, friendly, and immediately made us feel comfortable and heard. You can truly tell how knowledgeable she is—she explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions with patience and care.
What stood out the most was how dedicated and detailed she was. She took her time during the visit, carefully assessed everything, and made sure we understood the next steps. It never felt rushed. It’s such a blessing to find a pediatrician who genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide the best care. We are so grateful for her!

I love this place. It's very clean, and the receptionists are very professional and respectful. Some are bilingual and can help if you need a translator for your appointment, reschedule, or have medication delivered to your CVS store. The doctors are professional and explain everything in detail and in a way that's easy to understand. My son has been a patient here since he was born. He's six years old now, and I've never had a single complaint. 10/10

Walked in on 01/16 at 4:55PM and said “Hello”, but the receptionists were so rude that they wouldn’t speak back or even acknowledge me. After an awkward 30 seconds of silence, one of them finally looks up from the computer and sternly says “Do you have an appointment?!?!?”. I gave her my daughter’s name and went to my email to find the providers name. Before I could even get the words out of my mouth, she tells me that they “tried” to call me and let me know that the provider (whose schedule was posted online) wouldn’t be available. I had no missed calls from anyone and they didn’t even attempt to reschedule me for another time — they just said that there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have a “closing doctor”. I drove all the way from Summerlin and this was a major inconvenience — so if you don’t have time to waste, look into other options. My son was already a patient here and I was hoping to get my daughter on the schedule too, but now I’ll be taking them both elsewhere.

I have been taking all my kids here since my first born she's about to be 10 next year so yes almost 10 years. We Have our favorite dr caroline , she is great, shes very nice and she loves her job we usually see her all the time. One day we had to get dr. Kevin & I gotta say I was surprised with how great he is!!
He's very respectful, listens to you & if you have any questions he would discuss it with us right away. Hes very helpful & you can tell when someone loves their job. My last one DR PRINCESS omg!! Dr Caroline is on vacation for 2 weeks , my 1 year old got sick we got dr princess and she said he was positive for RSV she helped us right away , she was so caring and helpful she's the nicest. She did everything to help my baby for him not to go to the ER. THANK YOU so much for helping my baby i really appreciate it.
Anyway. . . if you're looking for doctors who actually love their job. THIS IS THE PLACE. GOOD DOCTORS ,NICE ENVIRONMENT , GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE AND A GREAT PLACE FOR CHILDREN CARE. 🥹❤️

However, the front desk staff could improve significantly in their attitude and customer service. They are often rude and unwelcoming, which creates a negative first impression. Working in healthcare requires empathy, patience, and kindness toward people, and unfortunately, that is currently lacking at the front desk.

Doctors are great back office staff is very helpful. My problem is the checking in and checking out of office you get the attitude you get the I just don’t want to be here face. I have my doctor of preference because she knows my daughter’s condition and I feel more comfortable her seeing her Dr. don’t care if I have to wait a lil extra but instead I got from check you get the doctor you get and you will be getting this other dr. No let me try or I’m sorry it’s my policy. Just the face of I don’t want to be here. I like this place but I’m thinking of just going to another clinic.

I been talking my kids for 5 years to Nevada Pediatrician Specialist. Siobhan Assoon-Broady is one of the best doctors that my 3 kids ever had. Unfortunately in Vegas we don’t have good doctors. She is different she really cares about the kids. She is great with referrals and she had called after hours just to check on my kids. I have 2 kids with a lot of health issues and she is always on top of there health.
