Because of this Pandemic, we're having to adjust to doing things different to protect ourselves and our friends and families. I was greeted by a very pleasant gal in the nearly empty lobby who helped me log in via my phone. She explained it was their new "contactless" checkin. I was impressed and pleased with the way the office was protecting me and other patients with their new check-in and not being in a packed lobby. As usual, I didn't have to wait very long before called into the back to see my doctor; I
always appreciate that. I had a thorough visit with my doctor and knew when I left, what I had to follow up on. From the gal who greets you in the lobby (hopefully temporary) to the gals in the front office, the nurses and finally the doctors, you couldn't be in better hands than those who work in the Intermountain Healthcare office.

The time was longer than I expected but that is because Dr Kalra took her time and went through my health records and then she asked me if I had any questions. It was refreshing to have a doctor actually listen and talk to me and not just rush. I changed my pcp to her after the visit and my husband liked her too and he will be changing to her as well!! The ladies at the desk were friendly and helpful too

I had my first visit with my new primary care team, Dr. Sunita Kalra is great. My previous primary care group had such terrible office staff, appointments and referrals were a nightmare to endure.
I no longer have to worry about that, Dr. Karla's office is conveniently located, getting an appointment was super easy, and the appearance of the office is clean and modern.
The reception staff was friendly and efficient. The nurse who took my vitals was warm and friendly and so was the lab tech who took my blood. She was so gentle and found my vein with no trouble.
I am extremely happy I made the switch to Intermountain Healthcare and feel I am in very capable hands.

My former doctor retired and I searched online for a new physician. I was very impressed with Dr. Kalra's review. I have seen her twice. She is very nice and easy to talk to and I feel comfortable with her. Dr. Kalra listens to my concerns. The doctor gives me feedback and recommends different procedures for my ailments. I feel very lucky to have her for my new doctor. One thing that is really helpful is to write down everything you want to discuss with the doctor beforehand. It makes everything go smoothly. Dr. Karen Gonzalez is one of the best doctors I've ever had. She explains anything that concerns me, makes sure that I'm getting any tests that are necessary and I couldn't be happier to have her watching over my health.

I attended the Green Valley clinic to have the eight staples removed from my head that I had received at the emergency room following a fall on August 22. The medical assistant that removed the staples was wonderful. I had been really worried about this procedure, as it had the potential of been really painful. The medical assistant was extremely careful and considerate. I really didn't feel any pain! I was so thankful that she did such a tremendous job!
