Dr. Eghterafi was amazing, he listened to what I had to say and was very helpful and courteous. He gave me a lot of information and talked to me about what I needed to do to get better, and he was very funny and kind. Everything was clean and everyone was very nice while getting checked in. Great experience.

I've posted my issues with this Dr before but now here's an update. After finding a new dr I had an MRI done to at least test for the symptoms I complained about. Turns out I needed surgery to replace a disk in my neck and fuse the joints bc I was a small car accident away from being paralyzed from the neck down. Turns out that not being able to feel your hands or grip anything is an actual issue that has nothing to do with depression or anxiety or even covid. I have more surgeries in the near future but I'll never get back the function that I lost in the year I was dealing with this dr.
