I have struggled with health issues that other doctors could not seem to help with for over two decades. Dr. Olsen is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, competent, and eager to help others on their journey to better health. His staff is amazing! I’ve been seeing him for almost three months now and I feel so much better and I finally have answers I’ve been looking for. I have been coming to this clinic off and on for over 20 years. This is the only clinic or doctor I’ve been to that spends time with you to create the best wellness path for you as an individual. Absolutely horrible experience. Made an appointment over a month in advance for 8:30 am, as I was told this was first appointment of the day. Turned in my paperwork, sat in waiting room, and was taken back to an exam room at 8:30. Height, weight, and vitals were taken. Was told doctor would be in to see me in a few minutes. Fast forward an hour and forty five minutes later, still no doctor. No one came into room to acknowledge the wait or let me know if there was even any reason for the unreasonable delay.
I would completely understand if some kind of emergency had come up, but someone on staff should come let me know that there would be a delay, and give me the option to either wait or reschedule. To expect someone to wait for an hour and forty five minutes for no apparent reason is unprofessional, and shows a level of arrogance that seems common with most medical "professionals".
People who have a hard time being prompt and on time typically have a hard time with attention to details. This is not what I want in a Dr.
When I finally left, I walked out to the front desk and told them I was leaving. Receptionist said that the doctor had scheduled another appointment ahead of me. Based on the fact that I was supposed to have first appointment of the morning, and I watched the other patient get called back about 3 minutes ahead of me, it was more like the patient was scheduled instead of me than ahead of me.
What really surprised me was that the receptionist asked me if I wanted to reschedule another appointment. I was there before my appointment time, was on time, and waited for much longer than was a reasonable wait.
Why would I reschedule to have my time wasted once again??

My friend has been struggling with her health for the past 2 years and several Dr.s told her they would not put her on thyroid medicine until her numbers were high enough. I've been going there for 18 years with wonderful results. First I was treated for mercury poisoning very successfully. More recently I was taught how to treat bone loss with no dangerous medicines. I doubt seriously that I would still be living without the mercury removal. My dentist was part of that project. Every other year I go for a bone scan to my local doctor. The person doing the scans said that I always show added bone. The last time it was so remarkable that the doctor's office made a special note on the bone increase in my back. Dr. Royal made the information to help this problem easy and affordable. Originally the medicine prescribed made me very ill. I simply could not use it.
