I have taken my kids here since 2010 - it used to be available for sick kids for same day or early morning the next day- with my youngest child it now takes 2-3 days to see a doctor when he’s sick- unacceptable. So disappointed in this clinic and will be looking to have his records transferred. It’s a shame how it has gone downhill.

Called to book for both my kids. I think her name was yenlin or something like it. She found 1 spot available. I told her book it so we don't lose it and then check at the other clinic for the other child. Well she did the opposite and we lost the only available booking. I shouldn't have had to recommend to hold it as these people should know how quick they go. Incompetence at its finest. Oh, and did I get redirected to the survey? Absolutely not because Im sure her ratings were already in the trash.

This is the worst and unprofessional pediatric doctor office I have ever delt with. There are three main reasons why this doctor office is unprofessional. Their lack of empathy for their patients is disgusting especially doctor F. When your child needs to actually see a doctor, they cant! Unless you want to wait 4 months for the appointment. So what is the point of having you as my child's doctor if you can not see them when needed? Lastly to get a hold of the office you have to wait almost an hour to get a hold of someone off site. You wait just so thr person can tell you there is no way they can help until December. While your child has the worst earache pain you have ever seen. The only thing I am thankful is I have been pushed to the edge to find a new doctor.

Really sucks because we liked our doctor and had been with him for years, but had to schedule with a new clinic after spending two weeks trying to get ahold of someone for an appointment and the online booking system being non-functional. Also, please get rid of that weird AI system. I doubt anyone feels comfortable giving out their child's PHI to a self-proclaimed AI system. Now's really not the time for that mess. It felt incredibly tone deaf and doesn't exactly make me trust that my child's PHI is secure.

Dr. T should have a better exam of a new patient. Didn't put in her note that my child needed a medicine for her health when I called was told would be refilled Saturday then they called spoke to my child not parent told her to go to er to get refilled. What kind of dr does that! This is harmful to my child!

Unacceptable and Unprofessional

I had two pediatrician appointments scheduled and was turned away both times. I was just 5 minutes late for the first—despite an empty office—and denied the second at 8:20 AM because of it. That’s completely unreasonable, especially for pediatric care.

The front desk staff, particularly Joselyn, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional—showing zero empathy or concern. She looked unkempt and acted like helping patients was a burden.

To make it worse, since it was Saturday, there was no management available, and the call center offered no help, saying there was "nothing they could do." Families deserve better. This experience was disrespectful, frustrating, and a complete failure in patient care.

Dr Tackett was recommended to us by my boyfriend’s coworker with the same insurance. We’ve been going to him since our son was born last year in June and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Dr Tackett is great with our son, straightforward with us and always makes sure to answer any questions we have. We’ve also had good experiences with Dr Santos who provided the same level of care and professionalism as Dr Tackett when he circumcised my son and saw him for a fall when Dr. Tackett was not available. We just went in for his 9 month check up and they had the cutest mini Easter egg hunt set up in the patient room. We met an older little boy and his mom in the elevator on the way out and he was so excited with his eggs and candy and was telling us all about it. It was such a cute little surprise for their patients

The providers are fine. Nothing to write home about but not terrible. The problem lies with the call center employees. They are utterly careless and incompetent and nobody does anything about it. Twice in a row I have scheduled an appointment with the call center, been told it was at a specific date and time, and shown up with all of my children just to be told that the appointment was scheduled for another date. The staff in office do nothing to accommodate the call center’s errors- they stare at you lost as though they don’t understand the language you’re speaking and robotically repeat the date and time they’re seeing on the screen again and again. Managers do nothing once made aware of the errors. Intermountain’s incompetence and recklessness on the administrative side creates barriers and inhibits access to patient care. At this point, I will be pursuing other routes to hold them accountable.

Love that my kids can always almost get a same day appointment! Referrals are done so quickly and efficiently. Dr.Naiman is phenomenal and amazing. Dr.Santos is good as well. The nursing staff is great as well. Highly recommend their office

We were there for 2 hours just to get 4 month old shots. We arrived 15 minutes early, it wasn't busy at all and everytime we walked past the area in the back to use the restroom or throw out a diaper our dr was still sitting on a computer. I understand there's other stuff that needs to be done, but the checkup took all of 10 minutes. Definitely switching pediatricians

My kids have been seeing Dr. Santos for 12 years. He actually pays attention and answers questions. He is also really friendly and warm with kids. I know that seems like a given for a pediatrician, but we have had our fair share of unfriendly doctors before we found him. The office is always clean and the wait is never long. I’m glad that he continues to take my children’s insurance since he has moved to Intermountain.

Dr Naimen is truly the best Dr we could ask for. We’ve seen a few other drs at the practice, Dr Rafferty is really good as well.
But, Dr Naimen ALWAYS takes everything one step further. He makes me feel like my kids are truly safe and nothing will ever be missed. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to have a Dr like that as a mom of 3.

I have brought my son to these doctors since he was born 6 years ago. I have only had good experiences with caring doctors who take the time to listen to a scared first time mother no matter how hysterical she might be. For well visits I never have to wait long and I can always get in same day for sick visits. They have my sons record and all doctors are familiar with him before they come into the room.

I've brought both my children here for years and see Dr Tacvorian. She is kind and caring, very thorough. The staff are friendly and we never wait very long. I'm able to get appointments when my kids are sick, or able to bring them in first thing in the morning for walk in times.
Thre clinic is very clean and never crowded. I would recommend this office to others.

I called this morning at 7 AM hoping to have my child seen by his pediatrician. I spoke with Britney who told me I could not bring my child in. Brittney gave me a number to call and speak with a nurse. I talk to nurse he wondered why Britney told me to call them and that it sounds like my child needs to be seen by the doctor. Called back got Britney again. Britney was was extremely rude and had no empathy or sympathy for me or my child care. She told me I had to wait until 330 to call back and try to set an appointment for that day. Of course that didn’t work for me and explain to her my child is ill and needs to see his pediatrician why would I wait till 330 to make an appointment that probably won’t even be for today. Brittney told me if I didn’t like that that I need to go somewhere else. I could not believe that Britney I’m assuming a lady behind a desk with no medical experience would tell me to take my child somewhere else. This is the same pediatric that my child has been going to since his first week appointment and unfortunately this will be his last. Not sure who trained Britney but they probably need to be retrained them self
A doctors office customer service should be at the highest point especially when dealing with sick children. I’m a palled and definitely will be writing a letter to the medical board about this. I don’t want no one to loose they job especially in these times, but Brittney need to resign. I’ve had better service at Taco Bell.....

They can’t deliver what they are supposed to. My kid took a shot there that never showed up in her records. My husband can’t ever figure out what we are paying for, and when we call HR they can’t tell us what we are paying for. front desk are very attentive and great workers, but it feels they are the only ones taking really care of people. I finally found a different pediatric clinic for my kid. This place is a mess, never coming back!

so far compared to the other pediatrics I used to go to in Henderson, way better. I didn't think there is a wait if you have appointments. On the first visit, they explained to me how their system works. it is nice to know that they takes walk-in. it is early in the morning from 7am-8am but it is still nice if you had to worry about her/his condition thru the night and want to be seen first thing in the morning. They listen to you and give you advices for first-time mom like me which is very helpful.

I've been going to Dr. Naimen since my sons first month check up. I had already gone to 3 other pedis and going to him was a welcome relief! He is patient and answers all of my first time mom questions. He loves the kids to, he even has a lizard for a stethoscope! The staff is very nice and the place is clean with a sick room and a well room.
