If i could give 0 stars I would that office has poor customer service this was my first appointment! The P.a. dont listen to u she just does what's she wants . Then they were late seeing me. No apologies, then they never sent over the prescription or offered a hard copy I had to ask for one and had to drive back. Then she said I get a text for everything regarding that visit the only text I received was my next appointment lol . Which made me call about my prescription. Then the have virtual assistant that transfers u but u have to ask I was on hold about my prescription for the longest time . Walgreens saids they never received either one . Now I had to go back to the office and wait in the waiting room when they said my prescription secretary for pick up it wasnt .
Lesson learned dont trust always ask for hard copy . Then when I was at the desk other people were having trouble getting there refferals. This morning I called to ask for manager I got hung up on and no return phone call. Very sad

She walked ask me if I smoke cigarettes and said, that's why you have light high Blood Pressure.

Yvonne has been so so. Main issues are her cancelling my appointment a day beforehand. Now I have a birth control prescription that I can't fill because she sends it over without a signature. I've tried calling and the pharmacy has tried calling and every time there is no signature. I can't even get an appointment to go back in and see her for the appointment she canceled where I was supposed to get a minor procedure done. I'm so fed up.

This is Randal. I had a great checkup with Dr. Barry this morning. I told her about my feeling that for many doctors the bottom line has become more important than their patients health. Dr. Barry listened to me and lamented that medicine seemed to be going in that direction. I also told her a story about how I credit my last doctor, Doctor Ricardo Perez of Morgan Hill, California, with saving my life. Because of his thorough examinations, he noticed that my prostate had enlarged. He sent me to a urologist who performed a biopsy and confirmed that I had prostate cancer. Because of the early detection, I was treated with radiation and have been cancer free ever since. Dr. Berry then performed a thorough physical on me and noticed a heart murmur that I never knew that I had. She has referred me to a cardiologist and wants me to come back for a follow up visit to discuss the results of my lab work from today and from my appointment with the cardiologist. I genuinely feel that she put my health first. Before I left, I thanked her for renewing my faith in doctors.

I was looking for a new doctor and I found Dr Tam in my area. My visit was overall wonderful. The front desk staff were friendly and organized. It was also a thorough but quick visit. Dr Yvonne Barry is by far the most caring, personable and intelligent primary care doctor I've ever had. She has the best bedside manner and doesn't rush you like you're just a number like a lot of doctors do. Her staff, Shelby, Angelica and Sara are such wonderful ladies that have gone above and beyond for me numerous times. They all deserve top dollar raises. It's so hard to find medical office staff that genuinely care.
