This was my first visit after being with the same doctor since 2017, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded my expectations. My previous doctor wasn’t bad, but I never quite felt heard the way I did here.

Dr. Archer Grimley took the time to listen to every single concern I had without rushing me. What really stood out was how thorough and patient they were,they sat with me through the entire visit, walking through a clear plan and making sure I understood everything. Even the small things that might seem minor to another doctor were treated with importance, which made me feel genuinely cared for.

On top of that, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Scheduling was also quick and easy. I didn’t feel like I had to wait forever just to be seen.

Overall, I left feeling heard, respected, and confident in my care. I’m really glad I made the switch.

Hands down the best Dr's office I have ever been to. From the front at check in, to the walk back it's always a great experience. (What I'm saying is staff are always awesome). When Dr. Grimley comes in is a caring and companionate who listens to everything you have to say, very responsive and knowledgeable about diagnosis she knows her stuff. As I'm writing i just received a thank you call from the staff at CAN Community Health. I just finished my rating on there personal forum. Now that's how you make a person's day. I've had the best experience at CAN. Dr. Grimley listens, advises, and is amazing at what she does. The front office staff is pleasant and responsive. The phlebotomist is so friendly and puts you at ease. I'm grateful that CAN exists. My wife and I are both patients there and it's truly great for us.

CAN is so great! I really appreciate their dedication and the support that they provide to the community. Dr Grimley is the most outstanding physician I have ever met, they are wicked smart, kind and compassionate. Earl, the phlebotomist is great at her job and has such a lovely demeanor. Dr Archie is wonderful! Took her time during the appointment and took down details such as family history. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. Seeing new practitioners always makes me nervous but that went away almost immediately with Dr Archie. Blood tech was also amazing, barely felt the needle in the back of my hand and didn't end up fainting like I usually do for elbow draws.

Doctors are great, truly lovely people, however I find myself ripping my hair out trying to get the office staff to help me.

I understand if they are backed up, hire more staff please! Any time I need prior authorization for a prescription, or some sort of paperwork from the. I have to pester them to get it done which makes me feel terrible because I don't want to be a jerk. But I sometimes go a week without my meds or what have you. It's frustrating.
