Nothing better than a doctor like Moazez, a caring and intelligent doctor. And a doctor that listens and she makes me know that I am getting the very best care. As a former teacher, she gets an A+ from me.

Because an excellent cardiologist is difficult to find, Dr. Richard Chen at Nevada Cardiology Associates truly stands out as one of the best if not the very best cardiologist in Las Vegas, or perhaps the whole state of Nevada. Even after the closure of his Maryland Parkway office for business reasons, Dr Chen, continues to lead his team of 10 highly trained lead cardiologists at his Rainbow location, located at 5380 S Rainbow Blvd # 308, Las Vegas, NV 89118 providing the same exceptional level of care and professionalism.

In my unique case, he immediately ordered the appropriate tests to uncover a potential cardiology issue, showing how proactive and thorough he is with his patients. He takes concerns seriously and works efficiently to make sure nothing is overlooked. That level of attentiveness and expertise is rare in the medical field

I would follow Dr. Chen to the moon if he ever moved there thats how good he is, but luckily he’s still here in Las Vegas. I highly recommend him for all your cardiology needs. Don’t go anywhere else or take a chance with anyone else when it comes to your heart.. Don't say I didn't tell you.

She has been always caring about me and explained everything. Has been my cardiologist for a while and was recommended to me by my past cardiologist Dr. Dominic Robine that left the State.
Very happy to recommend her.

They changed my moms appointment day and time without notifying us.

I only found out about the new, incorrect appointment when I received a standard confirmation call the day before. No other communication was received prior.

When I explained that the new time was wrong and conflicted with her dialysis schedule—which I had specifically scheduled around — the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting the mistake was mine.
I checked my moms original appointment confirmation, which proved that the change was made internally by the clinic, not by me.

Still, the staff didn't seem to care and just offered the excuse that the doctor wouldn’t be available on the origonal scheduled date.
Thanks to their mistake and lack of professionalism in fixing it, my mother's (urgent) cardiology appointment has now been postponed another two months, waiting for the next available slot. Very frustrating.

This level of disorganized operation, along with staff refusal to take responsibility for a major error, is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. If you have an appointment booked there, be sure to call and confirm that it hasn't been changed.

I got seen by Dr. Marroush & originally he seemed like an okay-ish doctor outside of him telling me I was too young to have heart problems. I asked him if he could fill out my FMLA paperwork as my job placed me on a leave of absence due to me fainting, collapsing, & throwing up at work from my high heart rate. He said yes he could. I get a call a few days later from the nurses & they said that he changed his mind & will not be filing out my paperwork because “he doesn’t know if it’s cardiac related”. So my high heart rate isn’t cardiac related? Got it. I don’t know about the other providers at this place, but I know that Marroush is one of the worst providers to be seen by. Not to mention the nurses were also bad mouthing him as he left their office early “due to an emergency at the hospital” while he stood around for another 10 minutes doing nothing. The nurses made a comment of “what a convenient time for an emergency”. No hate to them, I understand what it’s like to be working with a lazy, unmotivated, uncaring, lackluster of a person; it’s just funny that not even their own staff is fond of him. Save your money, save your time, find someone who is actually knowledgeable on the profession they chose to go into, not someone who is unsure of the one thing they should understand. Dr Marroush is lazy & unprofessional, the only good part of this clinic were the nurses & front desk staff.

Thank you for the excellent care my father and I received at Nevada Cardiology Associates on Monday.

From the front desk to Dr. Marroush, everyone was wonderful. As a new patient, my father's 1:00 PM appointment started promptly, which we greatly appreciated after experiences with long waits with other cardiologists practices,

Dr. Marroush was very thorough, ordering comprehensive tests to monitor my father's health. We are very happy with this cardiologist and highly recommend your practice.

Thank you again for your outstanding service.

Been having three types of chest pains the last two months. My primary doctor referred me to Dr. Marroush. The front desk was kind and efficient. Carla did a great job getting my preliminary vitals and history. Dr. Marroush was calm, confident, knowledgeable, and professional. They gave me options for the next step for testing. I left feeling better about the condition of my heart.

Had an appointment today 3/11/2025 I have been a patient for many years. Today I had a follow up for my echocardiogram since I have been having an issue with my replaced heart valve. They refused to see me since I didn't have the $158.00 co-payment
In the past the tenaya office would send a bill and allow me to pay it on my payday. I guess now they don't care if their patients die.

Been dismissed by their doctors not once but twice now! Apparently if you are young with heart palpitations and multiple hospital stays you are a healthy individual and just need exercise. “Everything is fine, exercise is key” couldn’t possibly be a medical issue just exercise is all. Even with family history, and multiple documented episodes that end with syncope and hospital stays. Truly baffles me best you can come up with is exercise. Thank you truly, very helpful couldn’t have done it with out yall.

This office is more interested in abiding by their internal rules, however arbitrary they are, than in their customers well being. I get Social Security, SSI, have a bank account, health insurance and other such things and am who I say I am but I cannot provide a current government issued ID because my IDs were stolen SO they won't see me and.cant explain to me why not other that that's their rule. Utterly ridiculous.

Dr Sirulnick pretty much saved my life. Went in at 9 am with a heart rate of 40 that I had for the last month and he said go home and pack a bag come back and check into the ER and I’ll put a pacemaker in and by that night I was feeling completely normal. Don’t know what caused the low heart rate,
my normal would be 70 to 80, but any longer it would’ve been disastrous. Thank you!!!

He was so rude to me...I'm 67 years old n he asked me if I speak english...I'm from russia but been living here for 25 years...no other doctor was so rude to me like that...if I didn't understand anything..every other doctor would explain.....the front desk is a joke...he should not work with heart patients at all cause I ended up back in hospital..the doctor put me down... he made me cry so many times.. this doctor should not to be a doctor at all..

Maybe the doctors are excellent, but the staff in front desk need some social skills. I went asked if they do EKGs since my insurance card has that office as an in- network provider. The one that went verified about the service, instead of saying that they dont usually perform EKGs to non patients, she decides to say that" my PCP does EKGs" when in fact he doesnt and he mentioned another MD. Most of all the dismissive attitude. Sad.
