Receptionist were polite and welcoming. The wait time was not long at all. Nurse was very polite and friendly and made sure that scheduling my next appointment was set up to accommodate my needs. Wow! What a difference! Just left a very "High Rated" Neurology Center and came here. Best decision ever!
Dr. Panduranga and his Medical assistant (So sorry! I can't remember her name right now), paid attention to what I was saying, had decided on a treatment plan to help with diagnosing me and discussed it with clarity, all by the time I exited.
They make you feel like you are a human being and not like cattle being pushed on through.
It was definitely the right move to come to CNS. Even though it's hard to leave a doctor that you have been with, sometimes it is best to seek out other physicians that can take a "fresh look" at you. It can make all the difference. So don't be afraid to try CNS!
I will follow up with this report as time goes on.
The only problem I saw was the horrendous walk from the bus stop to the office in Henderson. Also when walking through the parking lots and around the buildings, it was like a maze. I was crying by the time I found the office 😢. So try and drive or be driven to this center if you have a lot a pain or difficulty walking.

Dr. Glutgluek and his staff are great! Even though I was called from the waiting room 25 min. after my appointment time, everything after that went very smoothly. First, I saw an assistant for small initial tests then I saw a wonderful PA for some additional tests and info gathering. Dr. Glutgluek spent a lot of time with me, listened to me intently and gave me loads of info and orfered further tests. He has a great sense of humor, is very friendly and is obviously experienced. I would highly recommend Dr. Glutgluek!

Dr Lujan is very thorough going over all of my symptoms and works with me very well over my medication‘s, etc. As far as the front desk goes, however they could be a bit more friendly to the patients. DO NOT recommend. Saw Dr Knirk for my frequent/severe headaches, dizziness, nausea, neck pain - underwent a whole battery of tests and found out that I have a brain aneurysm. She did not bother to tell me that I had critical results for 2 weeks - her MA told me "the radiologist wants you to have a CTA" but didn't tell me why, so I pulled my own results from the imaging patient portal. Luckily for me, I work in the medical field so I was able to advocate for myself, got the CTA quickly and 45 minutes after the scan, the imaging facility called me to say, call your doctor. I had to call CNS to inform them and was told they would send my referral to interventional radiology who I still have not heard from. Took matters into my own hands and I have already seen a neurosurgeon who will be treating my aneurysm to prevent further growth and potential rupture which can be fatal. Knirk was flippant and dismissive at my follow-up visit to go over my neuro test results and made it sound like my aneurysm was no big deal. Also sitting in their waiting room, I heard many patients complain at the front desk that their prescriptions were not called in, they didn't receive calls back, orders were not sent in, etc. Front desk staff is also dismissive and shows no compassion. I will never go to this office again or refer anyone there.

My experience with this practice has been pretty terrible. I should have cut my losses when they told me at my appt that they would take 2 weeks just to send my referral for imaging, then I could schedule it. The internal process of referrals, appointments and follow up I cannot get with. If you can find another Neurologist in the area, save yourself some time and go elsewhere. I attempted to get my issues resolved twice this week: all to no avail! I was met with 0 empathy and just pure indifference. Today, I called to cancel an upcoming appt. I was asked " For our records, why are are cancelling?" I told the scheduler "I was dissatisfied with the practice." The scheduler said "ok, thank you for letting us know." Definitely a place that doesnt value customer service! Would not trust them with your health & well-being.

Staff were kind but as a new patient experiencing new symptoms, it was not a doctor that cares about patient experience. My appointment was at 3:10pm, I was back to my car by 3:28. Doctor talked to me for less than 5 minutes, gave me no advice and jumped right into doing 4 tests before having another conversation. Didn’t gather a full picture medical history, asked very little questions. Seemed like she wanted to be anywhere else but there. Whole experience felt very off putting and rushed - I will not be returning nor referring others to this company.

Dr. Gutgleck Is my all-time Favorite physician! This might mean more if I explained that I’m a 70 six-year-old diabetic with myasthenia gravis, so I see lots of doctors. He is so knowledgeable and personable that I actually look forward to every appointment with him.
That being said the office staff, although well meaning seems overwhelmed and it takes much longer to accomplish tasks, especially Answering phone calls. Yesterday I received a call from me your office and I was in the shower when I got out of the shower. I listened to the call and parts of it were not clear but I did see or hear that I was to give them a call. So I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes before the call was answered and when it was answered, I explained why I was calling back and the receptionist said what we were just telling you about tomorrow’s Appointment and there was no reason for you to call. That was disappointing.
I want make it as clear as I possibly can that. I understand that staffing is an extremely difficult challenge for any Office and the small problems with the staff in no way make me question my choice of Neurologists . I cannot imagine a better experience overall than my experiences with Dr. Gutgleck

I've been seeing Dr. Pandaranga since 2019. He was my 7th Neurologist. He LISTENED. He took the time and documented every symptom. He watched the videos I recorded and read what I'd described as it was happening. He ordered every genetic test to rule out every possible cause of my unrelenting pain and cause of my seizures.
I hopefully will never have to visit another Neurologist again, as this man is truly a valued specialist of my medical TEAM.

I saw dr lugan today for back, neck and nerve damage. I was really impressed with how kind he is. He spent a lot of time with me, asking questions, reviewing my images and examining me. I was referred to this doctor to get treatment for already diagnosed conditions. Having several chronic illnesses, I was hopeful he would be compassionate and willing to help. Instead, I was strung along by the office staff (who clearly does not communicate with each other) for months and received inaccurate information regarding insurance, tests, and results. Never did I actually see the doctor, only his extremely rude and disrespectful PA. Would never recommend anyone to this provider.

Dr Gutglueck is amazing and very knowledgeable! After my mom's initial visit, we returned back for results and he immediately knew what was wrong with her. We've been to 2 other Neurologists in the last 2 years and they couldn't figure it out. Since my mom's diagnosis is a severe and rare autoimmune disease, Dr Gutglueck will be able to stop the progression of the disease before it does more damage to her body. He basically saved her life. Highly do not recommend. I’ve had my appointment rescheduled 5 times and I’m well over 6 weeks my treatment. I’ve exhausted all my rescue medication waiting on them to resolve my scheduling issues. I finally have an appointment at 9:20, stuck on the 15, called in to let them know I was at a dead stop but, no one would answer the phone. I arrived at 9:15 and she turned me away. Refused to see me because I was late. Appointment was at 9:20. I was there at 9:15. 6 weeks past my original appointment that they had to continue rescheduling and I’ve exhausted all rescue medications and still get told I’m late we have to reschedule you. I don’t understand how they can do that.

Usually the front office answers calls but has been times I’ve called throughout the day and cannot get anyone. The inside of the building is clean and organized. I have 3 concerns. 1 feeling like not all my conditions are being answered. 2 not sure why a NP or PA comes into the room first and then walks out and comes back with Dr. G. 3 Sometimes you wait longer in the waiting room than the short visit.
