The doctors assistants Kaylin and Alissa and Dr. Gutglueck work great. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Overall, I had a great experience with the three of them and I think that I will be okay as a patient at this facility. However, the front desk staff they could use some training. They are not people friendly. They seem to be very dry and distant and cold. They need to work on that.

Been visiting with him and his PA now for about 6 months to 8 months now. I went in for symptoms of migraines and numbness in hands, feet, hand not gripping like they should, fine motor skills sloppy or dexterity hard. Things like opening those annoying seals inside the tops of cosmetic or opening potato chip bags. Over all just fumbling of the hands. Not always but comes and goes. So they ordered test and put me on medication to stop the migraines. The migraines have decreased and they are very much interested in my questions concerns. All I had to do was ask and she answered me. I feel they have my best interest in their care plan for my health. Office is friendly clean. No complaints

Update 5/22/26: Once you’re established as a patient good luck rescheduling appointments. Front desk picks up the phone and immediately puts them on hold. No greeting or saying please hold. You’re on hold for hours and you finally have to hang up. Office manager needs to train staff appropriately with manners. I’m not sure how seniors can navigate this on their own trying to get appointments. Unfortunately if it wasn’t for the difficulty in making of follow up appointments my rating would be higher.

I had a great experience at Clinical Neurology Specialists in Henderson, NV. I saw Dr. Leo Germin; he was awesome; was very knowledgeable, explained the procedure that was going to be performed, showed great care while performing the EMG, and explained his findings so that I understood them. This was my first ever visit to a Clinical Neurologist; I’ve been around physicians for the past 40 years as I worked as an athletic trainer. I would highly recommend Dr. Germin and his staff for any needs that one would have. I value his skills and have complete trust in his care for me. His team is amazing as well. I sought care for arm pain, tingling, numbness, and weakness that began immediately after a painful blood draw where a nerve was affected. The symptoms have continued for approximately a year and a half, including painful flare-ups, numbness, and weakness in the affected arm. The disproportionate weakness between my injured and non-injured arm was confirmed during the initial physical examination by Dr. Gutglueck’s physician assistant.

Once Dr. Gutglueck entered the room, the tone of the appointment changed. Multiple comments throughout the visit were dismissive and unprofessional. When I explained that limiting use of my arm helps prevent multi-day pain flares and that I sometimes need help lifting heavier objects during flare-ups, he responded, “Oh, so you don’t want to get better.” No guidance was provided afterward regarding safe activity levels, symptom management, or how to navigate flare-ups.

Dr. Gutglueck ordered nerve testing but did not explain what the testing would involve, what it would evaluate, or what to expect. I had to ask staff members basic questions during checkout and received inconsistent answers regarding the procedure and expected pain level involved.

The appointment itself lasted only a few minutes. I did not expect immediate answers or a cure, but I did expect basic guidance while waiting for further testing, including recommendations regarding activity, symptom management, pain relief options, warning signs that would warrant urgent care, and a clearer explanation of next steps.

Because of the dismissive tone, poor communication, and lack of practical direction, I do not feel comfortable continuing care with Dr. Gutglueck and will be seeking evaluation elsewhere.

Unacceptable 3-hour wait, dismissive staff, and unprofessional conduct.

I arrived at 9:55 AM for a 10:30 AM appointment and was not seen by the doctor until after 12:15 PM. Despite arriving early and checking in twice to see why I hadn't been called, I sat in the waiting room for over an hour and then in an exam room for another 45 minutes with no updates.
When Dr. Germin finally arrived, he was rushed, defensive, and openly rude. When I expressed concerns about the lack of communication regarding the two hour delay, he dismissed my time entirely, stating he “has nothing to do with scheduling.” He then attempted to rush through the actual medical portion of the visit.
I missed two pre-arranged transportation rides due to this office's mismanagement and didn't leave until after 12:45 PM. To make matters worse, the Office Manager, John Fina, was just as dismissive when I tried to address these issues. There was zero accountability or respect for me as a patient. I will never return to this practice and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for professional care.

I previously had been to another neurologist and wasn’t happy with him. So I got referral to see Dr Lujan. I looked him up on line and was impressed with what I read. I was so excited about my appointment with Dr Lujan. With what I read about him I actually thought he would be curious enough to look a little deeper into my case and maybe even listen to me with an open mind. I was hoping he would understand that I have inhabited this body for almost 63 years, I am very aware when something isn’t right. But, when my appointment was over I was very disappointed. Dr Lujan had gotten my records from the other doctor, and he just flipped through a couple pages and made a decision off of the other doctors notes. He didn’t ask any questions. He didn’t want to listen to anything I wanted to say. There is a disconnect or short somewhere in my head but nobody wants to help me find it. I left Dr Lujan’s office feeling scared,alone, frustrated and depressed once again. I feel Dr Lujan is just another neurologist, run of the mill, nothing special.

For a first visit, it was okay as she is still getting familiar with my case. However, I would have appreciated a more engaging approach and more detailed input. As the neurologist, I expected clearer guidance on whether I’m ready to return to work, but instead was told to follow up with my primary provider, which felt dismissive. I also keep a detailed daily log of my symptoms to provide a clearer picture of my day-to-day experience, but it wasn’t reviewed due to not having glasses, which felt like a missed opportunity to better understand my condition. Dr. Germin is a brilliant, kind and patient doctor. He is conservative, meticulous and truly cares for his patients. It's hard to find good doctors here in Las Vegas. If you need a neurologist, he's number one. My husband and I have been seeing him for years. His advice and care have prevented us from spending hundreds of dollars on services we didn't need, as other doctors would just send us for all kinds of testing which were not necessary. As long as Dr. Germin is in practice, we will never go anywhere else.

I've been seeing Dr. Pandaranga since 2019. He was my 7th Neurologist. He LISTENED. He took the time and documented every symptom. He watched the videos I recorded and read what I'd described as it was happening. He ordered every genetic test to rule out every possible cause of my unrelenting pain and cause of my seizures.

I called the very beginning of February to transfer care. I was told I needed to have my records sent over and they were booking into the end of February. I had my records faxed over three times with two different numbers. I call every week to check and was even told it probably wasn’t “processed” yet. Had a nerve conduction test done and it was quite painful for me, so I was a little red and nervous when I had to do the EMG (needle test) afterwards. The doctor straight up kicked me out claiming he "doesn't do this test on crying patients" and to come back when "I could handle myself better." No one is going to be thrilled at getting a test like this, so I was appalled and quite frankly embarrassed, it felt like being treated like a child. Absolutely unprofessional. Not to mention the first visit for the consultation beforehand I was made to wait an hour past my appointment time. No complaint to the folks working the front desk, as they're doing their best and were respectful to me. But the doctor was absolutely out of line. I had more tests scheduled here but I am never coming back. Never been treated this badly in my entire chronic medical health history of seeing specialists.
