From the beginning of my Dr referring me to Innovative Pain Care Center they have been great! I got a call right away to set up an appt, I recieved paperwork to complete and even after having trouble getting my medical records from my other Dr, they were professional, very nice and had so much patience. I saw Dr. West and he was very nice and listened to everything I had to say. He wasn't in a hurry and I felt like he really cared. I'm so happy my Dr referred me to this group!! I will definitely refer them to everyone I know!

Staff was wonderful, friendly and professional. Dr. Wu was very thorough and understanding. Facility was very nice and reception was very friendly. The problem I have is spending TWO HOURS filling out 42 pages of new patient paperwork. Good thing I’ve already had carpal tunnel surgery because I would have needed it after all that.

He is very knowledgeable concerning different areas of the medical field as it relates to orthopedics. He's always friendly & takes time with you & not just comes in for a few minutes then goes on to the next patient.
Mike's assistant is very nice, friendly, professional & upbeat which is refreshing these days.

My PAC Michael Eastman is the best, and always ask me if he has answered all my guestions. My back surgery was a year ago this past April-2023. Had it not been for Michael Eastman and Dr Burkhead's referral to the surgeon I would not be feeling as good as I am now. The front desk receptionist at the Pecos office is the best. She is always pleasant. I have been with Innovative Pain Center for many years and I would certainly recommend anyone needing the care I have been given.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly both the ladies that normally sit at the front desk always greet and ask how I’m doing. I am suffering unbearable pain as a result of cancer. The staff at Innovative Pain Care Center have been very compassionate at a time when it really matters to me. There knowledgeable staff, (in particular Mike Scott,) have been able to put together a treatment plan that helps elevate some of my pain. I can't recommend them enough. If I could I would give them 10 stars.

I have been going to IPCC for several years for chronic neck and back pain. I would recommend them to anyone suffering with chronic pain. The staff has always been helpful and caring.

This Dr Wu and staff embody the best customer care I've ever experienced in Las Vegas...a rare experience for sure. Dr Wu really cares and goes the extra mile to ask great questions and provide insight without me having to figure out what to ask. Love love love this team and this office.
