I really appreciate that he is always looking for new and innovative solutions to try rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

Sabrina and the girls up front are wonderful! They are always so sweet, attentive, and welcoming and make every visit a pleasant experience.

Another huge plus is how easy it is to get an appointment when I need one, and appointment times are actually honored, which I really appreciate.

I admit, it took me about 6 weeks to successfully schedule an appointment, but I'm glad I perservered. They are aware of the severe office issues and are fixing. I loved Kelsee Chang, who scheduled me for a cervical epidural steroid with Dr. West. They have it down to a science, they sedate you, no pain, just relief!! I wish I had found them sooner.

My PAC Michael Eastman is the best, and always ask me if he has answered all my guestions. My back surgery was a year ago this past April-2023. Had it not been for Michael Eastman and Dr Burkhead's referral to the surgeon I would not be feeling as good as I am now. The front desk receptionist at the Pecos office is the best. She is always pleasant. I have been with Innovative Pain Center for many years and I would certainly recommend anyone needing the care I have been given. I have always had a great experience when going in for an epidural procedure. My recent procedure was 7/28/26, and I was immediately taken in on time. Feeling so much better today 7/30/26. Dr. West is a very pleasant doctor as well as Michael Scott. Both ladies at the front desk at the Henderson office are always pleasant.

I picked Health Plan of Nevada HMO when I was hired at my present employer and I was under the impression l could go to see Dr. West and staff. Unfortunately I was wrong, I waited the entire year out with no pain Dr at all until I could get a different insurance. I would rather suffer than go somewhere else! I was glad to see Michael P. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Willis Wu and his team. The front office staff made the check-in and check-out process incredibly smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Dr. Wu’s nurse was also very helpful and thorough while taking my blood pressure, ensuring she got all the context by asking exactly when my medical condition first occurred. When I met Dr. Wu, he introduced himself warmly and took the time to review my back MRI with me. He gave a very clear, thorough explanation of my medical condition so I could actually understand it. I highly recommend Dr. Wu and the practice for their professionalism and excellent patient care.

I've never had a doctor so inconsiderate or rude, I just told the doctor that I was recommended surgery and he had no care for his patient. I received a phone call while the doctor was looking at files on his computer not talking to me and he storms out the room with like a child throwing a fit. No big deal everyone has bad days... he comes back in and I asked him "What's up with the attitude" in a concerned manner for him and he goes off on me... this was the most unprofessional childlike attitude I have ever seen in a professional environment. His body language and wording became so unprofessional I asked to speak to the owner.

He stated he was the owner... found that hard to believe. This guys hands were shaking like a leaf... I wound up talking to the owner of the business, poor guy, employees suck sometimes. I know I have 8 employees currently. The owner at least was able to understand the situation. I have never been treated like this this in any situation nor will I ever. I will stand up for myself I don't care how entitled you think you are. Find a doctor that cares and doesn't through man fits in his practice is my advise.

Last thing for this "professional pain management facility" I receive a call from Metro asking me to explain the situation, after telling the cop what happened he agreed that the "doctor" (West) that was throwing a man fit was acting entitled and the call to Metro was unnecessary" The care level and patience for the client is not here at Innovative Pain Care Center sadly enough.
