Dr Sparling is an amazing primary care doctor. Knowledgeable compassionate understanding. This team is amazing, you always get a call back and they always follow through with a smile on their face but you can feel through the phone. The very best in Las Vegas. It seems the service level everywhere since COVID is lousy. You can't get through to anybody. Nobody calls you back.
But this office is different wonderful staff. Wonderful doctor I can't recommend them.Any more highly.Tracy, doctor sparling's assistant it's incredible. If you're a senior with inner mountain healthcare on your advantage plan, this is the office for you.

My appointment was for 9:30 AM. I checked in at 9:20 AM. The reception personnel were friendly and helpful. I was taken into the doctor's examining room at 9:40 AM, very prompt. Doctor Sparling spent 20 -25 minutes with me going over all my blood work and answering all of my questions. In all my experiences with doctors over the years, I would rate Dr Sparling at the top of my list.

This way my first visit with Intermountain Healthcare .
First of all my appointment was at 8:00am and they called me back early. That has never happened to me in my life. After the nurse took my vitals and went over my paperwork the doctor was in the room within 5 minutes. Dr. A. Call went over my past medical history. She spent at least 40 minutes getting to know
me. She took care of my prescription refills and the referrals I needed. Overall I would rate my visit a 10 out of 10 from the ladies at the reception area who were very friendly to the nurse and the doctor.

The positives are that Doctor Sparling is always punctual ,and spends more than two minutes with you, and this office has a facility to draw blood, which saves a trip to Quest. They used to have an x-ray facility ,but unfortunately they got rid of that ,which means an additional trip to desert radiology if you need an x-ray. They one negative is that if you call their office ,expect to be put on hold for a long wait time . The main reason I continue to use this facility is Doctor Sparling, but not all Intermountain locations are like this one Ii have been to their Henderson facility twice, and both times I waited over 2 hours before seeing a doctor.

The technician who draws my blood is very thorough, sanitary, knowledgeable and kind. She has been drawing my blood for 5 years or so and though I could have my labs done much closer to home, I come to your office because of her!
Dr. Sparling's Assistant is also very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. She makes sure that she is aware of the primary issues that I need to discuss with Dr. Sparling to make the appointment as efficient as possible. I always feel cared about when I meet with her.
Dr. Sparling has been my PCP since 2010. He remembers my medical issues and is very knowledgeable of medications and which ones will be most effective with my various medical issues. He is also very kind about how my health is in general. He CARES about ME and that is very important to me!!

Appointment was on time ..The doctors are understanding and explain all the test results. The nurses are helpful and supportive. They all encourage comments and questions. The best group of health care professionals I have had in 30 years !

Ever since me n my wife retired, We have been with Dr Sparling. We can't find a better Dr than him. I have diabetes and my wife is a two time cancer survivor. Dr Sparling always takes his time and discuss everything with us .Some time we spend over an hour or more with him and he always answer all our questions.
We are so happy to have a such great, careing and understanding doctor.
All the staff are helpful.
We can't ask a better health care provider than Intermountain.
