She is a very caring person who will listen to you intently, then she will explain all your options and the pros and cons to them. She will ask probing questions to help understand your needs. When I checked out from my doctor visit yesterday, they gave me a summary of my visit. When I looked at it later, I realized the 1st page was someone else's medical information!!!! I called the office for an explanation and, of course, you can't get through directly to the office I go too ( pretty ridiculous!). I spoke to someone in your central office who connected me to the Sienna office. They offered no explanation but said they would call me right back. 20 hours later, no call back, no explanation, nothing! I am extremely upset that MY medical info could have been sent to other people. THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW! I will folĺow up with my lawyer, as well as look for a new medical practice. I DO EXPECT A RESPONSE FROM THIS REVIEW!!! My advice is to stay far away from Intermountain Healthcare- Sienna office!!!!!!

Always stressful when your Dr. leaves the practice but lucky for me that Dr. Urmaza was his replacement!! Kind, thoughtful, never rushes you, answers every question, and totally keeps you informed about what he is thinking, treatment plans, meds. etc..
His nurse Becca is wonderful and as a team they keep their senior patients very happy….
