My son was only on their wait list for about 5 months which is better than other waitlist he was on for other therapy places. They were always so helpful and nice and they worked with him and he was finally able to chew food and eventually eat. I highly recommend them to anyone! My son had only been able to eat purées up until starting therapy with them and now he eat well.

We’ve been taking our daughter here for the past year and it’s been such a pleasure. The staff prides itself on customer service and giving my kiddo the best help possible. We’ve received so many strategies on how to help our daughter with her anxiety and we’ve seen great improvement as she grows up! Highly recommend! If we didn’t have to move we’d always come here! Such a treat to see the front staff have a vested interest in the kids about their names, how they’re doing, and their progress. These ladies know our car as we pull up and check us in all the time before we even walk in! :) Thank you Let’s Talk and we hope to see y’all again!

I consider us very lucky to have gotten appointments at My Turn. Not sure what the issue is but when I contacted speech therapists for appointments, many were booked for months, 6 months!! Or unresponsive. My Turn ALWAYS answered their phone. They were clear, honest, and professional from the start. They told me what to expect and followed through.
We were able to get an assessment after 2-3 months and once assessed, able to get appointments right away. We like our therapist, Jennifer, who is bright and kind and always ready with a smile. My daughter does seem to be speaking more, along with going to preschool, her language abilities have widely expanded since 6 months ago when she started.
Appointments are only 30 minutes though and parents are expected to wait in the waiting room. Which is fine b/c 30 minutes go by fast. They also have tissue and plenty of seating, some in a sunny area, which is very nice. But realistically the appointments are closer to 25 minutes. I wish they were longer since it's a drive for us but overall I'm happy with her progress and feel confident about coming here.

I have nothing but great things to say about My Turn. My son is getting more comfortable coming here with each session and the therapists are amazing. They give great tips and advice on things to do at home. I'm thankful that they are putting all their effort into helping him with his speech delay. Thank you My Turn!

Robin is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. She will smile in your face and talk about your family behind your back. I could stomach the unwarranted passive aggressiveness and even gossiping about me, the adult, in a public setting. But once they started to disrupt my child’s therapy I had to pull the plug.

My daughter was receiving speech services through Nevada Early Intervention Services. She stopped qualifying for said services, but I still wanted to pursue a private evaluation. I called My Turn and made an appointment. Since my daughter also had Occupational Therapy (at a different clinic), our schedule was tight. My Turn worked with our schedule AND called us at least twice to schedule sooner at a time convenient for us! I needed mornings and that's exactly what we got.
We were coming from Pahrump. I called when I arrived and I was able to go in a few minutes ahead of time to change my daughter's diaper. It was no problem at all. I was ecstatic when I saw that they had a Diaper Genie! I didn't think it could get any better, haha. It did though!
We met with Austin and rapport was immediately established with my daughter, who was 22 months old at the time. Saying that Austin was patient is an understatement: she was calm, peaceful, and it was clear she loved her job! While she was evaluating my daughter, she would ask me questions too. She went above and beyond by teaching me as well. I was thrilled because I learned a lot.
My daughter didn't qualify for services, but I did leave knowing what to look for in the future. It's been 6 months since that evaluation. My daughter talks now, a LOT. She amazes both my husband and I daily (along with other family and friends)! I know Austin would've happily done another evaluation if we needed to. We kept in touch via email, once when I thanked her for her help and again with a 6 month update. Both times she gave me another tip. How generous and KIND!
You have a choice of speech evaluators in Las Vegas. Coming from Pahrump, I highly recommend My Turn. It was easy to find. It's by Dunkin' Donuts if you want some coffee! I don't remember the name of the woman up front, but she was wonderful too! Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

While looking for a ST and OT location I came across this one. Although we are not patients of this clinic I can say they have some awesome people working there. Maggie the receptionist was EXTREMELY helpful. So nice with great customer service and valuable information. I will potentially consider using them for my child's ST and OT.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Neither could the other parents that go there! Sometimes they'd randomly start telling me in the lobby about their child and the huge changes they saw in them once they started therapy here. Good people and a great provider!

My son has been going here for about a year now and it’s helped him tremendously with his speech. Now, they also offer occupational therapy which he is doing 2x week. Austin, Mary, Robin and the team are absolutely fabulous. They treat their students like family. ❤️ Highly recommend.

Ms. Austin and her mother have been extremely beneficial in helping my daughter with her speech issues for the past 6 months. Flexible on scheduling, works with our insurance, and always so excited to see us every week!

I highly recommend going to Austin. I've met with few therapist and it is hard to find someone that my child feels comfortable with. I spoke with Robin to make an appointment. She was very welcoming to me and my child. It is always so intimidating for my child to see new faces. Austin does a great job and I can see progress after going to her after a month.
