Me encanta Civic Center Pediatrics porque todo su personal son tan amables , siempre te reciben de bonita manera , muy respetuosos y amables , y la eficiencia de las enfermeras muy amables con los niños saben cómo conectar con ellos para revisarlos sin ningún problema, y las doctoras son geniales , se preocupan por el más mínimo detalle todo bien explicado y te recetan lo necesario!!!! This review is in regards to patient prescriptions fills . According to the person I spoke to the phone Mayra is in charge of PAs, I had my son see his doctor almost 3 weeks ago and I called every week about his prescription status , and the pharmacy nor the insurance had known about any prior Authorization for his prescription
There isn't any sense of urgency for patient health with the staff. I've been fighting and changing doctors to get my kids behavior better and there's no reason a prescription should take weeks to get filled .

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Every time my daughter is sick and I try to walk in or call in they never want to take her. Very rude staff, and show zero concern just trying to get people in and out. Even when letting them know my daughter is combustioning. I understand that for medical emergencies we are urged to go to the hospital however when that is being done they always refer us back to the pediatrician where as always is a dead end with them. Wouldn’t even trust these people with a hamster. Definitely will be switching my daughter offices.

Dr. Ranasinghe is an Amazing pediatrician.She is very caring, patient and attentive with her patients, listens to parents concerns and goes out of her way if she the patient/and or the parent has a health concern. I have been going to her for 8 years. We were recommended by a family friend who at the time she has been taking her 2 kids for 13years. I wish they worked with my new insurance. Definitely recommended her.

This place is really causing me so much heartache and headaches.. My son was getting a total of 120 pedia sure a month. And now all he gets is 60.. mind you my son takes no solids. My daughter is having the same issue they was suppose to do a prescription for almost a month ago .. I get no call back or nothin!!!!

Dr. Ranasinghe is an amazing doctor! She is caring. She listens to my concerns as a parent and really takes her time to find the right treatment needed for my child. She is calm cool and collected and my kids just love her!! And Cesar her right hand man is amazing. If there is ever anything I need he goes above and beyond to get it taken care of!

I was asking for several references, because my son had a stuck tongue and they said no, I took him to some specialists paid with my money and they said that my son has a stuck tongue, my son is a special child and I lost 2 years with them , pediatric civic center, the times I took them and told them about his language problem they said there was no problem! that's called negligence! That's why I changed clinics!!

I’ve had a few issues w the civic center location but not as bad as recently. My daughter had an appointment on Tuesday because she had been feeling sick, no fever at all & they did a COVID test & said she was positive & literally kicked us out the office. I took her to retest because I knew she didn’t have COVID & of course the test came back NEGATIVE. I’ve been trying to call the office to speak to the dr & the nurse that did the test & no one has answered nor called me back. I don’t appreciate getting a false positive & not giving my daughter the care she needed most definitely switching pediatrician !!!

Every time I walk into the north Las Vegas location I don’t feel welcomed at all. The receptionist seems like she would be anywhere else but there. Can’t even have decent manners to look at you in the eyes or say hi. Today my husband took my baby and told me he had a negative encounter with the “front desk lady” right off the bat I knew EXACTLY who he was talking about! If I go because my child is sick I don’t need negativity to make it worse. Will definitely be looking into another office or at least the flamingo location only. Working front desk myself I know they are the face of the company and she isn’t a good one .

Great service! I’ve only been there once because I follow my doctor where ever she is (two locations) I love Dr. R she always tells me everything about my baby before me even having to ask her. She is so informative and answers all my questions, she gives me the info printed out just in case I forget, I love the nurses and the receptionists they opened the door for me when I left, thank you so much!
