This is a wonderful office with a caring, professional, and efficient team. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that patient care is a top priority. They have recently hired a new staff member who is very understanding, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to make patients feel heard and comfortable. The providers, including the Nurse Practitioner, are highly knowledgeable and thorough. They take the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident about your care. It’s clear they are experienced and truly dedicated to their patients’ well-being.

Although I have seen some negative reviews regarding the office manager, my personal experience has been very positive. He is straightforward and ensures that the policies agreed upon during pre-registration are followed, which helps keep the office organized and running smoothly. While some may not appreciate that structure, I find it contributes to an efficient and fair environment for everyone. He also showed a kind and personable side by giving my children lollipops with a big smile, which made the visit more enjoyable for them.

The Medical Assistant is incredibly efficient and hardworking. Even when the waiting room is full, she stays on top of everything and keeps the flow of patients moving without making anyone feel rushed. Her ability to stay organized and attentive under pressure is impressive.Overall, this office does an excellent job balancing efficiency with compassionate care. It’s especially impressive for a small, family-run practice to operate at such a high level. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a reliable and patient-focused healthcare team.

This office is overwhelmed with patients and it shows—they don’t provide the level of care families deserve. Dr. Barton is kind and compassionate, but he is rarely in the office. It took over 10 days to receive my child’s test results, despite multiple phone calls, an in-person visit, and even scheduling a telehealth appointment that Dr. Zulich completely missed. For your child’s health and peace of mind, I strongly recommend finding a different pediatrician.

This is a pretty good pediatrician office. My child has had 4-5 visits so far. The staff is nice and the doctors and students are very knowledgeable. The only problem I have is the wait times. No matter your reason for an appointment it takes minimum an hour and a half to see the doctor. I went to get a referral for my child and ended up waiting two hours! Very unexceptable and very stressful with a small child who doesn't want to sit and do nothing for 2 hours! The office was also empty when we showed up, no way it should take that long. It also appeared that patients who showed up after us were seen before us. This is a great place if you have the patience to wait hours to be seen. I'm not sure how many more visits we can take where most of our day is wasted.

Edit 1/23/25:

The guy who vitals the kids is awesome but the rest of the practice needs some help. We went today for our daughter’s 2 year appointment.
The provider we saw (not Dr. Zulich) said we never got our baby’s 18 month labs done, but we did about a week after our last appointment 6 months ago. After her last appointment they were supposed to call and let us know if there were any issues with her labs, since we never got a call we assumed everything was fine. When the results were obtained today she told us everything was fine even though her platelets were elevated. This result can indicate iron deficiency anemia, especially considering her iron binding capacity is at the high end (confirmed with a hematologist). I asked multiple times if she was sure more labs weren't needed and she said no each time. So not only did the group not do their due diligence in making sure her labs were received, they didn’t know how to read the results, and they didn’t see the need to send a new order for labs. It should also be in her chart that me, her mother, also has iron deficiency anemia, so clearly the charts aren’t being reviewed.
The issues are present across multiple levels and these coupled with the fact I was getting emails for other peoples kids over the last 6 months (even after multiple calls to remove my email and a voicemail to the manager that was never returned), we will be finding a new pediatrician after her booster flu shot in a month.

I had a really good experience at the Southern Nevada Pediatric Center. Before seeing Dr. Zulich, I visited several pediatric clinics but never had the chance to meet a pediatrician. I don’t mean to discredit the nurses or medical staff who are qualified to provide care, but my experiences with them have not been positive. Despite my baby showing severe jaundice symptoms and signs of a hernia, no one properly explained the situation. So, we went to ER and NICU. I saw five different medical professionals before seeing Dr. Zulich, and except for one, I was not satisfied with the care I received. (I did meet one great person at the Henderson location, it was so far from my house. The reason was why I had to leave that clinic.) Eventually, based on my friend's recommendation, I switched to this center. From the moment I walked in, every service exceeded my expectations. All the staff were kind, and they took the time to listen and be patient with me, even though English is not my first language. Dr. Zulich also answered all my small questions with kindness and professionalism. Even the medical student who introduced herself explained how to manage my baby’s colic, predicting it before we even asked. I was thrilled to receive such a level of care and professionalism that I hadn’t experienced at other clinics. I truly believe meeting Dr. Zulich and visiting this center was a stroke of luck.

My son was delivered by Dr. Zulich which I think is an amazing pediatrician.
The office here is the worst, I have finally decided to part ways and find a new provider.
Every time the last 2 years I have been here I have waited over 2 hours just to be seen.
Changing my child’s pediatrician that delivered him at the hospital is a hard thing because I wanted him to grow up with the same doc.
But the waiting and bad customer service that we receive every time we visit this clinic, just isn’t worth it anymore.

Their office manager is rude. Waited almost two hours to be seen for less than 3 minutes of actually being seen. Then the manager wanted to run around with papers I needed for my daughters school for ten minutes after the appointment. At this point I lost my patience and told him I need to go NOW and to please give me my papers so I can leave . I blocked off enough time for 90 mins for the appointment and it still went over .. he suggested I go somewhere else to be seen (mind you my daughter has been going here almost two years) sure enough , without notice, I did go to a different pediatrician. Had a change in insurance too so took that opportunity to find a better doctor. The doctor is OK. But again, there is better.

Literally row worst experience. There was one person in front of me at my son's wellness appt. Which was supposed to be 1045- we got there at 1030 I sat there with my 4 year old son till 1245 with no toys to TV just quiet didn't here from a doctor or anything and I asked if I just needed to reschedule as he's sitting on a chair in the back doing nothing and said I have 2 more patients, well what is the point of an appointment and who wants a 4 year old to sit there for 2.5 hours and expect him to sit another 2 hours for literally a referral we have had this appointment for iver a week. I've been taking my kids to this clinic for 9 months, putting up with over 2-hour waits each time without complaining. But now, the office manager actually complained to me, saying I was wasting his time when I asked about my kids' vaccine schedule on the phone. He said he has patients to take care of? Seriously? First let me say The office manager is a rude. They charged me over $100 for an office visit when I never went into the office. We just did a drive up covid test and never saw the doctor. So they billed my insurance for an office visit and covid test. When I discussed this with the office manager he was very rude and made it clear that he didn’t care that they billed me incorrectly. He also told me I should have have gone somewhere else where it was free. If I would have known they were going to charge me this much wouldn’t have did the covid test there. Mind you, I have done previous covid tests there and never got charged for an office visit. It’s unfair that I have to pay for a service that I never received. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Appointment was at 10:10 I AM STILL HERE AT 11:21 AM THEY HAD US SITTING IN A ROOM FOR OVER 45 mins came in with shots that weren’t for my kids then I was told my 7 year old doesn’t get shots. When I’m fact she does get her yearly shot. My 10 month old grandson has been seen there since birth, never encountered any issue, so my daughter transferred her other two boys to this office. Yesterday 9/21/22 two of them had an appointment and they were refused to be seen because I couldn’t complete their online check in. I has issues with my phone all day and wasn’t able to check them in. There was no tablet to do this at the office and when I asked to fill out what they wanted on paper, the front office girl said no. This is completely unexpected. If you are going to switch to online check in then you need to provide a tablet or another form of check in for other that might not have an email or a computer to do this online. I don’t think I will take them back, I will be looking for a office who cares and has the customer service their patience, parents, foster parents and whoever else walks in though those doors for service.

My baby is almost 2 month old, We went to see dr zulich last Thursday 5/26 because Lucas has a cough and difficulty breathing, you could see his chest going in. Dr zulich didn’t show up because she was to busy with other patients and this is the 3rd time I am in that place and I’ve never seen the Dr. even though I requested. Anyways the nurse practitioner saw my child and told me he was ok, that his lungs sound good and the breathing was fine, however here I am at the sunrise hospital because my baby has bronchiolitis, how is that possible, he has same symptoms he didn’t get any worse from Thursday to Saturday but I just didn’t trust that nurse practitioner, how come she is treating children, I would never ever will trust any of you people

This office is the best! Dr. Zulich is the main doctor in the office supported by Dr. Baron. They have residents who train and who have great bedside manner. Dr. Zulich allows for appointments for soon-to-be parents to meet and talk with them regarding concerns of vaccines, delivery, and general practice. I was able pick them while I was pregnant with my little one. Dr. Zulich was unable to make rounds at Southern Hills hospital, but we came in for our follow up a few days later. We have been treated with support and empirical data the whole time. No BS with personal opinions rather advocacy of the parent and historically best treatment for baby.

However, the office staff is horrible I dread even going into the office calling the office or having to deal with any of them. My children are 24 and 17, so I’ve been in Pediatric offices plenty of times. But I didn’t know just how amazing, connected and simply life-changingly influential a pediatrician could truly be until we came to Southern Nevada Pediatric Center in 2018.

My now 17 year-old first saw Dr. Barton, who had such a warm and welcoming demeanor, and made my son and I both feel involved and invested in the decisions we made.

We then met with the incomparable Dr. Ronda Zulich, who has truly changed both my and my son’s lives for the better. She not only listens and makes suggestions based on the most current data and best practices in medical literature, if she encounters something outside her scope, she has the humility to express it and doesn’t stop searching until she has the right answer.

I know she is easily working nearly non-stop yet she makes it look so easy and also very fulfilling, as if it isn’t even work for her. You can hear it when you talk to her what a wonderful and involved mother she is and that she really has “been there.” Her empathy is incredible and her insights are succinct and clear.

I also can state without a doubt that Dr. Zulich more than just cares for her patients as business clients. The love, concern, compassion, respect and hope she has for her patients and families radiates off of her, wrapped in a dynamic, competent, powerful, strong, and just all-around badass woman.

The office itself is very easy to work with and is filled with fine humans. Even if there is an issue, it is easy to reach an actual person and calls are always returned when applicable. Appointments are very easy to obtain, for both well and sick visits. Telemed services have been fantastic throughout Covid-19 and the in-office services are running smoothly as well.

Southern Nevada Pediatric Center is a gem of an office in Las Vegas. I will truly be sad when my son ages out of their care in a short time. I will terribly miss “working” with Dr. Zulich, as she truly makes it feel like a partnership working towards a goal.

This is one of the most unprofessional pediatric you will find in Las Vegas. We just switched to this place and it is a mess of a place. You do not want to bring your kids to this place. Below are a few of my experiences:

- A few weeks ago we had a scheduled appoinment with them.When we showed up they had no idea what was the appoinment for and We had to reschedule since there was not a doctor available to take care of our appoinment.
- They pretty much open Monday- Thursday since Friday they only have one doctor. So if you have an emergency on Friday they will go the easy way which is go to the ER if you need help.
- They make you wait for hours even though you have an appoinment.
- At least half of times we been there they have not towels to dry your hands.

This is the worse pediatric place to go to. The will check you in an will take an HOUR for the Doctors to see you, the appointment took 2 1/2 hours. Then they send the prescription to Walgreens but my insurance would not cover it so Walgreens asked for a change request and the Doctor never got back and know they want me to make another appointment because its there Fault they never got back to Walgreens and now they want me to make another appointment it’s ridiculous the worst pediatric you can go to.

I cannot recommend his business. After completing an online form to schedule an appointment, I was contacted a week later. I scheduled and confirmed an appointment with a doctor for roughly 2-3 weeks later. They called me THE DAY BEFORE the scheduled appointment to tell me the doctor is no longer taking new patients and tried to book a later date. What!?! Booking doesn’t know who is who or what is available? I’m glad my child wasn’t facing a more serious issue. I’ll go find a real doctor now; one who’s scheduling staff won’t leave me with a failed appointment with barely 24-hours notice!

Southern Nevada Pediatrics was a Blessing to me and my son! Dr. Zulich practice is the Best in the valley! From her front desk staff who greets you right away to the telehealth that is available! Her office is lite up with bright colors and very child friendly. Even her business manager Calvin is well spoken. Upon my initial appointment years prior, Dr. Zulich listens to my concerns in it’s entirety. Dr. Zulich mapped out a plan to approach every concern that I had regarding my child and gave me multiple options to a remedy! Even if you are a parent on a hectic schedule she take her time via telehealth to explain. To be a doctors of pediatrics you have to be compassionate about what you do. Not sure how this place has great reviews. I travel almost 30 minutes to come here, just to wait even longer for my kids to be seen by the Dr. She does not ask questions about your children. If you don't ask or bring up any concerns, you will be sent on your way! My youngest has issues with her ankles, which required xrays for diagnosis.. but in the meantime had to have 2 video calls with her for a referral to orthopedic, both video calls lasting less than 5mins long.. she still charged insurance + me paying the copay for the so called "visits" which resulted in over $200 for her. Her bedside manner is nonexistent. The receptionist who answers the phone does not seem to know her job and is always saying "uhmm" every time you ask something. I requested my children's shot records to enroll them in school, they told me at the end of the day they will be faxed over. It did not happen. I called the following day, it did not happen. My husband had to finally do the "contact us" on the website in order for the Dr to send me the shot record files on the app they use, which is ironic considering the receptionist told me they could not do that, only pick up or fax. Also make sure you are being billed correctly - they overcharged me at our first visit and they had to fix it. I am just SO happy that I found a new pediatrician to take my kids to, because this place is just not good!

Hopefully people read that reply and decide to take their kids elsewhere! What a snarky reply, and not professional at all.

Dr. Zulich requested a telehealth visit to mock up a referral for an xray. $25 copay PLUS whatever my insurance covered for this so called "visit." (Around $98 or so), for a TWO MINUTE 20 SECOND chat.
Once the xray came back, she requested another telehealth visit to discuss the results. She was 30+ minutes late. During that 2 minute 56 second chat, she ASKED ME what I wanted to do, if I wanted to take my child to see the orthotis or not. Good thing I decided to just "waste time" by going, considering my child does need the help from them. But that 30 minute late, 3 minute long chat resulted in another $25 copay, along with whatever insurance paid.

There is either an over-booking problem, or time management is not her thing. I'm clearly not the only parent who had to wait way beyond the appointment time to be seen. Our very first appointment with all 3 kids, we waited over an hour for the Dr to even come in. My children got their vaccines before they even got their checkup. The nurse doing them came in and asked if she could do them really quick before we saw the Dr because of how backed up she was and she's trying to play catch-up.

I did chat with her via the app to ask a couple simple questions. First was if the office ever received a copy of the xrays. The second one was if my 20 month olds belly button was OK because it was red. The last one, I asked about autism and milestone delays, which are common in kids who have weak muscle tone, and that is what my kid was diagnosed with in her ankles. I asked that on 5/25 and she FINALLY replied back on 6/2 with "call the front desk to schedule a time to talk about this."

You shouldn't EVER feel like a burden when you are getting help for your children, and this place does that. Our previous pediatrician in Wisconsin was sometimes a little behind, but made up for it tremendously by being polite and personable, allowing time to ask any questions, and answering questions in a knowledgeable manner, and never making you feel like they want you out of their office ASAP.

So yes, I agree, this pediatrician is definitely not a good fit for me, or for anyone who values their own time and their children's care.

Added 6/4/21: Because I am just now seeing the owners response 4 months later I would like to provided clarification. Letting me and my children in the building is not the same as my children being seen. They were not seen on the day of their last appointment. Additionally, the reason there was such a large outstanding bill is because I never received that bill before showing up on that day of the appointment. I have everything documented but am hopi g to be done with SNPC.

They office staff seems like it changes every month and who ever they hire doesn't get trained before being left alone to deal with patients. At the beginning of the year our insurance changed. We contacted the office to let them know and cancelled an upcoming appointment. We were told they would work with our insurance for the doctor to become and in network provider. In March both of my children were sick and I called to see if they had worked out the insurance and was told it would be fine. The scheduled a telehealth visit on March 18, 2020, and an appointment to be tested for COVID the following day. In June the office called me to schedule my daughters 18mo appointment and I was again told our insurance was fine. During this time I never received a bill. At the end of the summer I received a bill for what looked like co-pays that were not collected and called to pay whatever our balance showed. On December 8, 2020, I scheduled my daughters 2 year appointment, and an appointment for my son to get shots. While waiting for the the doctor I was handed a very large bill and told my children would not be seen unless 1/2 was paid. I was livid, I asked for an itemized bill and was told I had to get that from the office manager who was not there and again that I would not be seen unless I paid 1/2 the bill. I gathered my kids and put them in the car. The office manager, Calvin, came out and handed me another 2 statements that were still alot but significantly less then the first ones I had been given and told me I did not understand my insurance. He told me we would figure out what happened with the insurance and that we could be seen that day. Because I thought my daughter needed shots for daycare and I was an hour in, I agreed and went back into the office. While again waiting for the doctor, and speaking with an intern, the same person as earlier, came in again and this time said the doctor was out of network and I would be responsible for the bill if my children were seen. I gathered my children, had a long talk with Calvin, who essentially let me know it was my fault, in the hallway of the doctors office and left. I spoke with my insurance administrator and the insurance itself. Other then a call on March 10, 2020, there is no record of paperwork being submitted to have the doctor added. I feel like an idiot for believing the office manager and staff, and will now have to pay alot of money because I believed them to be competent. While Dr. Zulich is fine and may be a good pediatrician, there are other good doctors with office managers and staff that is upfront, respectful, and competent in dealing with patients and families and recommend you only seek this practice out as a last resort. Since this incident I have called the office twice and had my insurance reach out as well with no response, this is why I waited to post by review. I was hoping for some type of resolution.

My son is one and has been coming here since newborn. We love Dr. Z she has been amazing! I just have to say the wait time here has been by far the worst. Waiting a small room with a total of 4 people for more than 1 hour and a half and no air is the worst. Especially when you have your one year old screaming out at the top of his lungs. I seriously am thinking of changing providers.

I love the entire staff and so does my son. The minute we walk into the door to answering phones. They’re organized and so kind, thank you for always treating us so well and with the upmost care. So far i have been taking my little one here. Front desk is great and nothing bad to say about them. Doctors are okay. We see Dr.Z but honestly with the great reviews I feel like its overly exaggerated. However we also seen and I absolutely like Dr. B. Reason why I am giving this place a three star is because they reccomended my little one to dr.hwang for urologist. Horrible place and should not be reccomended from this place.

I recently moved from the east coast a few months ago. It was so hard to find a pediatrician here. I went to another before this one, horrible experience.
I really like the doctor here she's great! I just don't understand why there is no hand washing here. I have no negativity against this pediatrician but where I lived before for all of my child (12mo) routine check ups during this pandemic medical staff came in always washed hands & then gloved up. So on for the next staff member who entered the room... as they left they disposed of gloves. I would really appreciate if this pediatric office would wash their hands before treating children, especially now. I'm not sure what their protocols are but I know that the CDC recommends continous hand washing. If are you treating patients/ children I believe some parents would be even more at ease/ comfortable with seeing the medical staff/ doctor hand washing. Again, no hate all towards this office or pediatrician. I really appreciate them but please consider hand washing or sanitizing before assessing children.

Dr. Zulich has helped me so much and it really makes me happy how every visit she has this big 'ol smile on her face when we tell her about how things have improved since the last one. She is knowledgeable, caring, humble, personable, and truly passionate about her work, which, as my mom stated, doesn't even seem like work for her. She is a tremendous person and an even better choice for a pediatrician.

I have pretty severe ADHD along with depression, anxiety, and some bipolar symptoms. Dr. Zulich has helped me and my family tremendously, along with many others I'm sure. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for the impact she works so hard to create. :^)

The ease of making an appointment online was invaluable! I loved that there was a door for sick kids vs healthy kids. The staff was extremely nice and was not condescending towards me.
Our previous pediatric clinic would always assume everything was a “first time mom” problem for me and would never listen and we would always find the problem using another pediatric doctor.

I’m overall very pleased with this clinic and would highly recommend this location, especially for those on TRICARE Prime!

I am highly satisfied with their services. Front office has great customer service. I am big on first impressions. They are great 😊 I love Dr. Zulich! And the fact that she uses the Spruce app to communicate with her patients. I was able to send her a follow up message where she answered a few of my concerns about my baby (upset tummy) without having to visit the office especially in this Vegas heat. For that I am also grateful.
